An oil change coupon came in the mail for this location and I needed an oil change so I made an appointment for one online, it was very easy. When I showed up the attendant at the front desk said it could be an hour and a half wait which seemed reasonable for a lunch time on Friday. An hour later my car was done and I was paid and out the door. The attendant was friendly and knowledgeable, the service was fast, the price was good, this place is great!

Worst service not sure if they completed my oil change correctly because the meter says 20%still. this young man working there tried to pull a nail out my tire when I had explained to them I was just there for a oil change. This young man stated they are required to do an inspection I informed him inspect means just that to inspect not touch if I only came for one service I was waiting for my appointment next door at discount tire when I went for the oil change and had explained this before the service got started. I explained to them when u take it out and it becomes completely flat are you gonna push my car next door he tried to say he would I said no it’s gonna be on me to get it over there.

Was super pleased with the response time for schedulingan appointment, but the oil change ended up being $15 more than the discussed price. In part due to a required extra quart of oil and the rest due to taxes.....I get that, but please quote correctly when I inform about the extra quart up front....also, the 50 point inspection said that there was no problems with my levers or hatch and my trunk has been stuck closed for more than a few mos. That leaves me wondering exactly how much of the inspection was completed. To their credit, they did indicate a problem that I was already aware of from another mechanic- that is what I know.

Recommend highly. Dealership told me I needed a O2 sensor or Cadillac Converter. Cost could be between $3k-$4k. Suggested I shop around & try a Midas. My cost could be between $1k-$2k. Carlos was very positive & super friendly during my appointment setting. Josh found my problem & wasnt anything the dealership said it was. Turned out to be a stuck open valve and repairs costed me $267.00! I passed emissions as I needed to do. These guys were extremely helpful and knew what to do. THANK YOU JOSH & CARLOS!

This is the 5th tire my husband will need replaced in the last 1.5 years. At one point they replaced two tires with the wrong size, which causes damage to a vehicle. The shop has been completely unhelpful, despite these tires having a warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. They have bad products and worse service.

Steve the manager helped me find a quick solution my Chevy. My car kept over heating and figured it was because my fans werent working. If you are looking for quick and affordable services this location is great. Ask for Steve hes great!

I had a really good experience at this Midas location. Good price for an oil change. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.I did have to wait about 30min to get checked in for my appointment, but the poor woman working in the front was definitely busy the whole time - multitasking with the phones and people waiting to check out or in. She could maybe use a little help.Got my repair recommendations and good explanations for why I should get the repairs done, but no pressure sales tactics were used and I was actually told I would be okay waiting to get them done - none were an immediate need. I would definitely return to this location.

Called to make an appointment and was told I didnt need one. When I showed up I was almost turned away because I didnt have one. Despite using a coupon it still came out to the same price as it would going anywhere else. Also whoevers stuck the sticker on the inside of my car not only had terrible hand writing but left greasy prints everywhere.

I made an appointment for oil change I seen AD on tv I did ask person How much is it for blend oil change. When I went to my appointment the person quoted me a higher price. When I was frustrated about the quote he came to my face said we cant give you lower price. Told me he doesnt need my business, very rude. I left went to my regular mechanic. Never will go there again

Hated it bought a Groupon for all brakes which were 139 and I get there and they tell me that the Groupon was only for the purchase of brake pads and not installation so they charged me an extra 189 for installation... During the installing of my brakes they broke the rotor off my back passenger side so they had to order a new rotor to put on which I had to wait 2 hours for after I was already there for 4 hours.. Then the machine broke so I had to leave my car overnight for them to fix it...Never again will I go here

I hate to be cliche, but I would definitely rate my service NO STARS if possible. I took my vehicle in for a OIL CHANGE nothing more, nothing less. At first glance, the service was friendly and the oil change is was a success. Until I got home and read my paperwork and realized that they gave me the wrong oil. I called and spoke with them and I was spoken over and rushed off the phone. Basically the GENERAL MANAGER reluctantly said they made a mistake, bring it back and theyll fix it. I took my car back and they fixed it. Before I left I requested a refund or compensation for their mistake, my time, my frustration, and their poor customer service. The GENERAL MANAGER, who I was speaking to but didnt realize was the GENERAL MANAGER at the time, told me that the GENERAL MANAGER was not there right now, but he would talk to him and have him call me the next day. The next day comes, no call. So I call the following day after, and I got the run around, lies and hung up on, by THE GENERAL MANAGER. Im taking this complaint to HEADQUARTERS, you cant treat people like this in business. I trusted you with one of my most prized possessions and you made a mistake and failed me as a customer. Then you treated me even worse when I complained and brought this all to your attention. THE GENERAL MANAGER IS A WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING. Everyone is friendly until their integrity is put to the test.

I got the runaround from my car dealership wanted to charge me $378 for something so minor. Ended up going to Carlos yet again at Midas. Him and his professional team took care of me had me in and out in less than an hour. He did exactly what the dealership would have done but for 68 bucks!!! The dealership wanted to charge me extra fees and extra add-ons Carlos cut straight to the case this is what I need to be done, and this how much it’s going to cost. I feel like if you always need a second opinion when it comes to your automobile please I suggest you come down to Carlos at Midas! He would not give you the runaround, he’s a professional and he’ll help you save money!I would like to say thank you again to Carlos and his team you guys are amazing and if anything comes up in the future regarding my car I will definitely be back.

Just left pretty upset because I had the wrong shock/struts install on my 2006 gmc Sierra . Mess up all my suspension an now I have to spend more money fixing what didn’t get done right the 1st time here at this location! Got the wrong number of Ryan wheeler gm and can’t even get a hold of him !!! All I want is to get done right here If the owner can’t fix this situation I will have to contact lawyer to do something about it!

Came in for an oil change, and they didnt screw the belly plate back into the car. Didnt realize I was dragging the plate on the ground until a few days later. Came in to have them fix it, and they gave me attitude about timing saying that Im not a priority and will have to wait. If you do choose Midas make sure you fully inspect your vehicle before you leave their lot.

We went there for two things. A oil change and a check engine light to see what was happening. Interesting enough it seems like I had to get my husband involved because I didn’t resize that they were trying to tell me to go somewhere else. Me and my husband are use to going there and getting things fixed. It just seems like we went there during the wrong time to get our cars fixed. Anyways my husband went back and thankfully talked to Carlos and he was able to tell us the code and the warranty that came with what was done before the car. Thankfully Carlos told us that he would take care of it. It was night and day about the service and the clarity he gives us. It’s really transparent and honest. So we will be back but only when Carlos is around.

Absolutely awful experience. I called in advance and asked how much the brakes would cost. I liked the price so I asked how long the wait was and they guy said come over now and we will get you right in. I got there and he said the wait would be 45 minutes. After 2 hours he brought me over and said it would be 20 more minutes and that the charge would be double what I was quoted. I told him the make and model of my vehicle on the phone so he should have quoted me the right price, but he just wanted to get me in the door. After three hours of waiting and paying double the expected price, I finally got out of there. I wouldnt have been upset if the guy told me the correct price beforehand. I also would have been ok with dropping my car off and coming back later if he were to be honest about the wait time. I ended up wasting 3 hours of my one day off sitting in a hot waiting room only to get ripped off. Do not go here!!

They seem afraid to touch my car. I wish i would have been able to go to the one on union hills again this one was just close. The guy couldnt really tell me exact prices. Was missing out things that was wrong with my car. I had to tell him about the hoses on it and they were bad. Like i said i wouldnt take another car back there. My cars gone they were no help. Union hills Midas is a great place go there instead.

Two and a half hours for an oil change and a tire inspection because they were training a new employee. I go home after buying parts from another store since I did not like the price estimate and discover that a lug nut is broken without being told.

Paid over 1000 dollars in parts that supposedly would fix my issue. Am still having the same issue. I had to take my car in the shop over 7 times. The guys in the front really did have patience with trying to solve the problem but you can tell they had no clue what was causing it. Now Im just hoping they could either fix the problem or give us our money back for basically making us pay for something that we believed would have helped fix the car.

Johah and his team in Glendale took care of my daughter and I. They were so helpful and honest! I made an appt for Friday to do an oil change but asked if he could quickly glance at our fluids because we were in the dark putting in oil the night before because our engine light came on. After he agreed to glance at it he said there was to much oil in it and he couldnt let me drive out because it could ruin my daughters engine. He found a way to fit us in. He then explained in detail to us what to do if there was a next time. Jonah is an excellent manager! I have been in customer service for over 30 years and he exceeds in all aspects of it. I observed him with 3 other people. By far an exceptional place to go! We now found a place to be a loyal customer to for our car needs! Thank you team Jonah!!! We will see you again!

I just saw 30 minutes ago ... 3 employees flying out of the store to a wreck that happened on that corner. They had fire estingushers and rushed up to a car on fire and put it out. They saved a mans life. I give props to the amazing and selfless employees there.

Does not do what I need for my car.

We came into midas because we ran out of gas down the street. Tyler had a gas can and had one of the employees here to drive to get us enough gas to get us to the closest gas station. They were very pleasant and I plan on returning to get my bushing replaced and my a/c belt.

Total waste of time.if you want to scheadule a oil change who wants to wait 4 days.especially if the shop is empty.
