This place gets very busy. They do a great job on there car washes and they do great waxes on your car. Well worth the wait

My car looks shiny and clean after a nice car wash here.Only complaint I have is that they dry the car with a circle motion and overtime it can leave small circle marks on the car that look like scratches however you can easily get rid of the circle marks by doing some paint correction.They re-use the same rag on other cars and little dirt or rocks can transfer over which is what causes those circle marks so I think if they either dried the car with straight motion or used clean rags, there wouldnt be this issue.For the price though, I am not complaining too much though about the quality.

Very rude experience over the phone! Called simply to ask if the oil-change prices were still the same as last years and the guy in mechanic shop answers with a rude attitude reply of course not! this is 2021 not 2020 bro, what do you think!! Like a simple no wouldve been fine. On a positive note, I ended up taking my car to Just Tires on Central Ave and payed $20 less so that was a win for me 👌

Sonora is an awesome Carwash near an awesome location. The work is top notch and they’re prompt and thorough with the washes. Not necessarily a budget wash, but you defiantly get what you pay for! Love this place

They did a nice job on my car. I paid extra to get a hand wax ($69.99). The car came out looking very good. Not absolutely perfect, but I was also not paying for defect removal. Id say that it was a good value for what I paid. Even on the standard washes, I notice they do a nice job drying the cars (they have air hookups to dry the cars). Id come back.

Been going here 11 years now, the oil change comes with other services and a free car wash. Service is always good. The guys drying off the cars always appreciate a tip. There are some minor details inside the car that get missed but its free or only $17 (if you dont get an oil change.) You get your moneys worth. They also inform you when your car needs maintenance, part replacement, etc.I really like how Joe asks about my dad (who also takes his car here) because Joe remembers who I am and who my dad is, even though we know him only through the car wash.

I got their basic car wash for $17 and it was as expected for a basic car wash. Was it perfect? No, there was still some dirt specks on the rugs that wasnt vacuumed and some spots inside on the windows and car panels. But again, its a basic car wash. To demand perfection on a cheap car wash would be pretty asinine. For the most part, the car is clean and everything is 95% sparkling clean. Theres just some things that I can easily remedy and clean up on my own in about 5 minutes. So yes, its not a perfect car wash, but its good enough for the price. If I were to pay $100 for it, then I would be alot more picky and demanding and expecting a pretty damn good wash with my car coming back in practically new condition. But I didnt and only needed a basic wash, and if thats all you need, this place should suffice.

This Happen about 7 Years ago. Saw their Sign, Oil Change with Car Wash. Just let them wash Your car. Nothing else. Had a Bad experience, I had them Change Oil and my Fluids in My Radiator. Their the ones that did it wrong. They Broke my Radiator. They Charged Me $1200.00 to fix it.Found out later that they put the wrong part on my car, THEY PUT WIRE TOO KEEP MY RADIATOR FROM COMING OFF, INSTEAD OF BOLTS.😵My Advice is too Take Your Car to Your Dealership. I’ve been going here for years. I love being able to pull up to get my oil change and car wash done at the same time. High-quality service and my car has been maintained very well as they always help with any fixes or replace my windshield wipers as needed and even any mechanical fixes. Basically dealership level service for people that don’t like going to dealerships.

I used to love this place, but I sure didnt feel any love in return yesterday. I paid $100 to get my car detailed and waxed. After I got home and opened my hatchback to put my resusable shopping bags back inside, I found that no one had bothered to vacuum the carpet here. Further, the guy who dried, waxed and cleaned the inside (who I foolishly tipped!) had to have seen this and didnt take any steps to correct it either.

THIS IS A FOLLOW UP REVIEW ON MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE.I returned to Sonora Car Wash after having vented a bit here on my last review of my last car wash. Richard saw me and recalled our last exchange. His willingness to take the time out to speak to me was very nice and professional of him. Even Joe came by and we shook hands. Kudos to both and thank you for being patient with my concerns. I shall keep returning now knowing that I now have a relationship based on mutual respect and courtesy.

The worst car wash in our area. I do not recommend anyone to wash the car there! Just arrived home after washing looked at your car and it is dirty! They just brushed away $ 20 dust. I do not recommend, you need to bypass this place!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I bring my car here for interior and exterior washes along with oil changes. The staff is kind, professional and honest. I wouldnt want to take my car anywhere else.

I just had it washed. $21.99. I need to wash it again to get it clean. And I always have to clean the windows, because they leave a film on the windows.

I have a new car and Im picky about the quality and care of my car being cleaned. They use fresh towels that are color-coded (I asked) meaning, one color for exterior wiping and one color for interior, switching out for each car. I feel like the owner, Richard aims to please his customers. His employees seem happy to be there, which shows in their job quality. Im going to be coming back as its important to me to have a place that treats my car the way I treat it (with individual care) and living in southern cali, I need my car to be clean and shiny every week! :)

If I could give them 10 stars I would! This staff was so friendly and accommodating. I took my car there, my poor baby had been neglected (busy with work life, spills after moving apartments, plants/dirt/paint). My car was a wreck. I was not sure how much they could improve the condition in my car. I dropped it off, I work close by and the manager actually took me back to work. How sweet was that?! I was able to go back to work and not wait! When I went to pick up my car OH MY GOD. I had to check the license plate because I didnt even recognize my car! She was Queen Elizabeth again (my name for my car, she was peasant looking before - yikes!). These guys worked SOOO hard steaming and cleaning my car. I have a Kia Optima 2014 and it looked like it JUST came off the lot by the time they were done. You want to get your monies worth??? Please go here. These folks work VERY hard and have the sweetest personalities and best customer service. Thanks so much guys, my car is amazinggggg!!!! :)

This place is fast and easy the technicians know what they are doing and they also offer air filters for your car. They change the motor oil while you wait. They also wash your car when you get an oil change. Check it out

My experience is not good and the cashier is very rude and unprofessional as she needs extensive training and know how of customer service. I am the customer of this place for over a decade.I paid $59.99 for hand wax and she gave a card with only two stamps when I asked her why she says that’s the way it is and she was to be rude by the management.I wish you had a -0- star as they deserve it a -0–.They lost a customer and I told this to Joe, the supervisor whom I know for many years.Watch out as you may ripped off and attacked by this business.

My car has been scratched due to towels they use. I posted a video of their towelsThey all had some stuff stuck on it and they continued to wipe my black car down which was leaving scratches on it. I have been coming here twice sometimes 3 times a week to wash ask my black cars. Not coming back here again!

I have tried this place many times and every time I had problem with them. They dont clean inside the car the way it supposed to be cleaned. The trunk was not vacuumed and the glasses are not clean.

This place changed my oil in 5 minutes. Because from what I saw the car behind me had more priority. And the nerve to lie to me, I didnt say anything because I didnt want to start any trouble. Drove all the way from San fernando to get my car washed, I show up at 535pm and the gate was already closed yet online it states they close at 6pm. What a shame.

Negative karma is going to catch up with them.My tale is far too harrowing and lengthy to go into, and I want to make sure my simple message is read.In short, they caused serious damage to my paint job when brought in for a detail, and all interactions to right the wrong were met with total and utter unprofessional, and totally unethical responses. Ultimately, completely denying responsibility.This places business methods are aggressive, argumentative, deceptive...downright terrible.Richard (owners son), in short, should not be in business...any business. You sir, need to be trained.Joe (owner) talked, but I wasnt buying it.Morris (manager) straight out lied to me, and charged me for it.Mind you...I had been going to them for details for years...all my cars.Well, on this transaction, they grabbed the stick, and pushed it straight for the ground. Kaboom!I was contemplating legal action. I wish I had pursued that rather than giving them another chance, as that would have at least given them something to chew on.Its gonna catch up with you one day fellas.And Im going to explore every corner of the Internet, and beyond, to help that happen!
