Employees are definitely very helpful!I love this location because they have a huge variety of products! But the only thing they need more is sewing machine products.You will definitely find products you need here that most other JOANN locations wont

JOANN Fabrics and Crafts in Glendale delivers. They stock everything that I need and if they do not have it...they will find it for you. The store manager Kenny is very professional and serious about his business. I am always taken care of when I shop here and more importantly I feel at home.

I had way too much fun at Joanns today! I literally went down every single fabric aisle, and ended up purchasing 9 different vibrant and ethnic textiles at great prices. Sewing is something I havent done for alotta years, and back then I was self taught with very basic information, so this is like starting from scratch again, brand new everything. And since I had no idea what certain sewing things actually were, like bias tape, rotary boards, and interfacing, what size pins, or which scissors to get,I got lots of help from the stores friendly and professional staff. I had a great time, got mostly everything I need to get back in the sewing saddle, and was even blessed to benefit from a discount I received when I downloaded the Joann Fabrics mobile app.

There are not many places to go to get sewing and related supplies. They keep pretty good stock.

I know when I go to Jo-Anns that I will always find what I need. The customer service was very nice also.

They had headliner fabric for my conversion van, kind of foamy padded stuff. you scrap the old stuff off headliner with wire brush, use high temp spray glue and put on new stuff and trim off edges. That easy.

Was surprised by the variety. Great service amazing prices easy parking. Not going back to MOOD soon 😬

Some merchandise was in limited quantities but otherwise found what I needed. Floor personnel were easy to locate and were knowledgeable.

There are few fabric stores around me. If I want a larger selection of fabrics or need some craft stuff, they have it. The people are nice enough, but I like the staff at the La Canada store better. They ready look for ways to save you money.

That is unique Fabric & Craft store in glendale. Glendale people are so pleased with the whole useful stuff. So we need it for lifetime .

Great selection and lots of stuff on sale. My only complaint is that price tags were missing. There were huge signs telling me the item I wanted was 40% off but not a price tag to tell me what the price was originally. They were actually very busy and all the associated went above and beyond to keep the line going and make sure everyone was helped.

My Wife loves this place, we literally come once a week lately.

The online website and curbside pickup is awesome!!! No need to go into store...someone will bring out your items for you to the car. And, their online system allows you to let them know when you are on your to pick up your items so they will be ready for you when you get there. Super fast and easy!

For a chain fabric/craft store, its perfectly fine. There have been better fabric stores in the Fashion District (RIP Michael Levine) but for the burbs this is not bad.

My wife is totally into cosplay. She could never make all the stuff she makes without JOANN and those generous coupons. The store in Sherman Oaks used to be small and crowded, but now it is two stories high and spacious. Moving before the pandemic started saved this store, in my opinion. Great employees who are knowledgeable and courteous makes the Sherman Oaks Joann our favorite

They have large selections of diverse fabrics, notions and craft/art supplies, and I am usually able to find something just as good for my purposes as the thing I wanted when I came in. Also, the people are friendly.

The place is immaculately clean and the employees are very helpful. They have all the craft paints I need and many wood made products that are fun to paint. I always receive discount coupon mailers that I use on the supplies I purchase. They have lots of cool Halloween stuff that is somewhat expensive, but much of it is 40 to 50% off. If you like working with crafts or sewing materials, youll find all you need here. If you havent been here before, you will have fun walking around just looking at all the cool stuff. Parking is plentiful.

Even during the busiest time of year, and thru a pandemic, these folks find a way to move the lines quickly and amiably. The fabric cutters make easy conservation while youre waiting for your portion of cloth and they take a genuine interest in your projects.Beware of some shoppers not keeping the six foot rule as they squeeze past you through the fabric isles. Feel free to remind them to keep their distance if youre uncomfortable.

One of the most pleasant Joanns experiences. They had my items in stocks (that 4 other stores did not and canceled) 😱It was a 3 hour round trip but we made the best of a small road trip to a new area. We arrive let them know we are there. Within 2 minutes an employee is out with our order, a properly fitted mask and she places it in my trunk and tells me Thank you, have a good day I have not received that level of friendliness from a Joanns location in a while. And for me, that is huge!Usually I tell them thank you and have a good day and I get a a huh response as they are walking away. Almost like they could care less.Although I do not know the name of the employee, please keep doing what you are doing. Being polite made a world of difference for me 😊

Not your typical Joann’s. This location is HUGE! The best way to describe it is if Hobby Lobby had a baby. I’m used to my local Joann’s in La Cañada so you can imagine my surprise to the mother load of a Joann’s this location was upon entering. It left me in complete awe! It lacked plain colored cotton fabrics but I’m sure that’s due to everyone making masks. Other than that, the fabric section was pretty stocked up. Very clean and well organized. I loved the flow of the store and how sanitary everyone was being. My only downfall is not taking pictures while I was there.

I received an email for a product that was on sale. I purchased 5 of these items online. I went to pick up my order at the Glendale store and was told the order was not fulfilled. This is not my first experience with my orders not being fulfilled that I purchased online. I might as well drive to Michael Levines or Michaels. Uggh 😡 Such a waste of time.

Great Service - I found a lot of great fabrics to recover some chairs in my house. Not only on sale but the cashier at the register helped me find coupons to save even more. Here is a picture of my recovered chairs in the fabric I bought at Jo-Anns

I like this store very much.

The discounts right now are great but their customer service needs some work and fast. Had the worst customer service experience ever. The cashier was extremely rude! She bagged by items like she was in a rush almost breaking some things I had just bought! And when asking to check if the item I saw on sale in the back was in sale she didn’t bother to check and just charged me. Then I asked for an extra bag because she claimed they didn’t have bigger bags when I clearly saw them in the back she threw it at me. As a former cashier I can say she should’ve been better. If she had a horrible day she should’ve taken a deep breath and been polite. My experience was horrible and I won’t be coming back here!

The Peoria Store 101 and Bell has very limited fabric. They have a big shipment in August. Crochet for now. They have a great selection of all yarn. My favorite yarn, Sugar & Cream.

Store has its own parking lot so it was easy to park. Store is well stocked and well laid out. I really liked being able to check if the items were in stock on the website and retrieve them at the store. My only dislike was it is not very tidy.

I wanted to do something with all my old jewelry so I deconstructed three bead bracelets and two necklaces in order to create a single necklace that incorporated all the elements. I found Joann via Google and upon visiting, fell in love with the selection and quality of the items on sale. I found what I was looking for and I created an amazing necklace. Craft accomplished! Thank you Joann!

The place did not seems the same to me, I was interested in the sewing machines, looking around and the lady in charge did not acknowledge me at all, it gives you the atmosphere of loneliness not a great feeling

This is the Location that my mom stopped going to because she found a better location in LA. I went here a few times with her when we used to go here and it needs to be remodeled but the staff are OK.

Clean store, friendly staff, pet friendly which is cool. Other shoppers werent very good at social distancing, but thats not the employees faults.

This store has a decent selection of items- everything is *semi* organized, parking is great, location is great, and the coupons from the app make a huge difference. My biggest problem with the store is its employees. Most of them are plain rude and shouldnt be in customer service at all. Items are overpriced even with the coupons. I live fairly close to the garment district so Id just rather go there from now on.

Thank you for finally opening your door to the public. It was great going into the store to browse and shop. Buying fabric by the yard is better than online due to the the minimum requirement of 2 yards for fabric purchase.

Love Joanns, thus place seems to better organized than Michaels. I find lots of unique yarns here. They also honer competitors coupons here so you get extra discounts. Prices on their sugar n creme yarns are higher than other stores. But in all they do have a wide selection of yarns.

Plenty of parking and is easy to find while driving. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized.They have two aisles of Cricut stuff. A huge selection of fabric. A decent amount of sewing and embroidery machines. Things for drawing and painting as well.If youre sewing cloth masks, check out the remnants section. Sometimes they are highly discounted and have more than enough to make a good amount of masks.During COVID their online pickup would take a couple days, but they deliver to your car quickly once youre there.

My go-to craft store. I go here mostly for yarns and crochet products. I love that they have their yarn products organized so you know where to get them and are always neatly stacked. I can’t say the same for Michael’s, where their yarns are always in disarray, that I rarely go there for my yarn purchases. Going to Michael’s for yarns is like going to a junkyard and get ready to be there for hours trying to find the yarn that their website said... aisle xxx. Coz it won’t be there! Loooove Joann’s craft stores ❤️

It was very covid 19 save, they are doing it right compared to other places . I highly recommend it.

The store itself if an awesome place, lots of variety in the things they carry. Customer service however, was somewhat lacking. Its common retail knowledge that anything fragile or metal should be wrapped so it doesnt get damaged.

Giving them a one star review for now because they make you wait in the regular line for online order pick-ups, and every time I’ve gone in to pick up my order, the line is suuuper long.... the whole point of online orders is that it’s supposed to be faster (in and out)

Well stocked clean & neat. When I went to the counter to have some fabric cut the employee told me she had to go on break & someone else would be along. After waiting a few minutes no one came along so she cut the fabric. Why didnt management make sure her area was covered before sending her on break.

Wow, what a big store. They have everything one could need and plenty of stock.Also making the experience great are the wonderful staff. I asked an employee where an item was without noticing she was in the middle of helping someone else and she informed me where the item was and let me know she would be right there to help me after she was done with the customer she was with. The item was where she informed me and while i was inspecting it, she came over to see if i found it and if i needed any more assistance. Very very nice and helpful employees.

Great place for creativity

Nothing out of the ordinary. While I didnt need any help, I only saw one employee on the floor by the food baking area. The section was messy and it was a little hard to find the item I needed but I was able to find it. I was able to download the coupon to save 40% off that particular priced item. The clerk at the register just said next and rung up my stuff no other casual conversation or interaction about the shopping experience.
