Today a friend and I went to Tanger Outlet Mall. We both love to cook and talked about neither of us have a Dutch Oven. We walked into Le Creuset Outlet Store to look around. I was amazed and blown away by Tamara. She told us about the pieces, facts, differences etc. Her knowledge and personality make her the employee everyone should have. I made a small purchase and, plan to go back to make purchase a Dutch Oven. I live closer to another store yet, I would want Tamara to get the sale.

I have to say, Tamara is a superstar employee. She was knowledgable of all the products, didn’t make me feel rushed while I was browsing, answered any and all questions I had... and though there was an issue that took 15-20 minutes to resolve during my checkout, she worked diligently to resolve it and was very apologetic. She handled everything so well from the moment I walked in as a first-time buyer. If management gets to read this review, please know Tamara deserves an award of recognition for outstanding service.

Quite possibly the least enjoyable, most uncomfortable shopping experience I’ve ever had. Came in to purchase a new set, but was approached with such condescension and what felt like suspicion by the sales associate that I couldn’t stand to spend more than 5 minutes here. I was the only customer in an empty store with no music or sound whatsoever. The sales associate was in the back when I entered, came out to “greet” me and then stared at me in silence while I tried to shop, following me around the store. At one point I attempted to make friendly conversation (not my job) to ease the tension and was responded to with an attitude and response not suited to someone working in customer service. I’m not sure if this is how everyone is treated, or just people who look like me. Either way, I’m shocked that this store is still in business. Save yourself the trip and just order online.

The staff has always been extremely courteous and helpful when weve gone in. Theyve never pressured us to buy, have offered to call other stores to check for stock, provided customer feedback on items weve been considering (pros AND cons), as well as been happy to hold items for a few days so we could travel out to get them.Its hard to overstate how much more weve enjoyed working with the members of this store over Le Creuset sellers like Crate N Barrel or William and Sonoma. The better than online prices dont hurt either.

A little more spendy than I was hoping but an excellent selection and the 30% off was nice. excellent customer service from the young lady working the counter.

Tamara is a total rockstar, indulged all of our questions, and gave us lots of helpful guidance. Definitely a far more boutique experience than I had a right to expect from an outlet store.

I really like this brand of cookware. Yes it is expensive but they literally last forever. I had a coupon so found this store. They were very helpful and found me the pan I wanted ( fire orange wok) and even have me tips for using it. If you are a fan of the brand get on the outlet mailing list. 50% off outlet prices has really helped me fill out my collection.

Very very knowledgeable friendly. Showed all the options and uses. Great staff shopped here two days in a row.

Anything you need, its there this place can be addictive if you love kitchen gagets

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I love the product but I will NEVER step foot in that store again. I was there on Friday the 29th and the older lady that was there, was the rudest sales associate that I have ever come across. I already knew the pieces I wanted to buy but after rude attitude, I decided to just take my business to a couple of other stores at Tangers.

Lots of good stuff, way better than wall Mart!

Very nice cookware, just very $$$$. I get it I really do, but for me I can get the same kind of Dutch oven at another store for half the price. I just cannot justify spending that kind of money on one pot, no matter how nice.
