Yoko is absolutely amazing! I have been knowing and using Yoko for almost 8 years now. I only trust her with my hair, to do my makeup and eyelash extensions. Yoko not only routinely cuts my hair but she also did my hair and makeup for my engagement photos as well as my wedding and the Chinese tea ceremony that was the same day as my wedding. My makeup for that day, tea ceremony & wedding, lasted me the ENTIRE day and thats saying ALOT b/c I sweat easily and was outside all day in the humidity in Hawaii. I can not thank Yoko enough for how beautiful she made me look and feel on one of the most important days of my life. I knew I was in good hands and having Yoko there doing that made one less thing for me not have to stress about. There is not a wedding picture I dont like of myself thanks to Yoko, which is huge b/c I am very hard on myself about that kind of stuff.Now that my family has grown (two kiddos under the age of 3); she cuts the rest of my family members hair. She is great with kiddos as my 2 year old adores her (she gave her her first haircut; I wouldnt have wanted anyone else to do it but Yoko). She is actually able to get my 2 year old to sit still for her and lets her use the hair dryer, which she would never let me do at home.Yoko is super knowledgeable and talented as well as always professional. Her prices are more than reasonable, especially for the high quality and treatment you receive from her.

I have been going to Yo-ko San for my hair for years and consistently receive comments on how nice my hair looks without any styling (not even blow drying!), I’ve even had people drive up from OC to get a haircut from my hair stylist because of the effortless “I woke up like this” layered look! I’ve also had Yo-ko San do my up-do for weddings which was stunning even after a night of dancing. She listens carefully to what you would like and has the magic touch to get your hair looking exactly the way you want it, not just fresh after the cut, but for months!
