When you shop at a beauty supply that only serves licensed cosmetologists generally anyone that works there is highly familiar with the majority of their products that they carry. Not so much with this place. I dont think anyone there has ever known the answer to a question that I have asked ever They are not licensed cosmetologists and you had better know what you are going in for because you will get no knowledge from the staff. Big disappointment. They are very friendly though.

My girlfriend is a licensed esthetician. She buys products here. Great place, great products, great prices.

Went over two weeks ago, put in a order, waited a week extra for a call for my items. I spend alot of money, Ive called for my items was told Id get a call back last weekend and still no call, very unprofessional if I were the manager Id be upset considering how much money I spend. So I look like a flake to my clients because they keep forgetting about me.other then that they wouldve had 5 stars. I guess Ill call again for the 5th time in two weeks

This is the best store!!! I have gone to other Cosmoprof stores, but this one has the best employees and the manager Kathy is phenomenal. Super caring and thoughtful. Even though I live in Buckeye now, I’ll still probably be coming to this store because of the wonderful service.Thank you Kathy!!

Well stocked. They rarely don’t have what I’m looking for.Customer service is always friendly and met with a smile. Usually not too busy so it’s pretty quick in and out.

A little expense.

This is my new favorite location and I drive by 2 others to shop here. The store is soooo big and has far more inventory than others. The associated are very helpful and so pleasant to work with. Will definitely start shopping here!

I was chased out of the store for not being a licensed professional even though there is no sign or indicator to such upon entering. There was another customer there that didnt even know what kind of clippers she needed and yet I was targeted. Then when I askes for the customer service number I was met with a mocking Oooo and they gave me a fake number. Rude and unprofessional. I will be sticking to Sallys or online shopping. Also this is the second time posting as my firts one was removed.

This cosmoprof is the best in the entire valley. Hands down. You can come shop and know that the store is super clean, well stocked, and whoever working is knowledgeable and has a good demeanor. I visit this store often, and I live smack dab between this store and another store. Today I was helped by Mary, and let me tell you what a HUGE blessing Mary was to me today. I had a REALLY bad day and was running late grabbing color. I had my passenger call Mary at 5:57 when the store closes at 6. We were just around the corner and Mary understood the urgency of my situation and grabbed all the items I needed ahead of time and had them waiting for me at checkout when I arrived at 6:00 on the dot. To make it even better, Mary was so cheerful and genuinely happy to see me even though I was being really inconsiderate and keeping her late. I will forever be faithful to cosmoprof over the other competitors because of how good they treat me at this store. Mary, if you ever read this, thank you again!
