It may be a bit cluttered at times, but its overall great. I get most of my hair there; they have the cutest styles of hair, in my opinion. Theyre friendly to their customers, kept a wig for me so I can buy it the next day. I highly recommend them to people. Keep up the excellent work!All they need is full lace 360 wigs for me to give them a 5 star.

This store has a big variety but I think maybe I came after a lot of people bought a lot of product because even though there was a vast variety, there was also lots of stuff gone which Im assuming means a lot of people like to come here!! The owner is very polite and funny :)

The gentleman thats at the register is friendly.His employee is also friendly, shes ready to assist you.She always compliments me about my natural hair. They have many hair products, accessories and more to choose from.

Great hair and customer service

The store was very hot, no air conditioning was on at all. The store is dark and unorganized. A lot of the hair products such as the wigs are out dated and theres not much variety to select from. The employee and who I assumed to be the owner were very friendly, that was the only good thing about my visit.

Came to return PERFECTLY GOOD HAIR UNOPENED WITH RECEIPTS . Was unable to find anything comparable. My husband and I come into the store several times a month to purchase items for our family, however many times this store is NOT stocked or out of all other products that we need! Every time I come in here there is a different girl trying to assist me and they dont even know the store and the cashier refuses to come from behind the counter to assist them. They say they are only willing to give store credit when I need my hair done for tomorrow to go out of town and the receipt I have in my hand is for $65!!!!! Should be able to give negative stars for this one!!!

Its over priced!!! Braiding hair 2xs what you would pay at And other beauty supply,and they do not have enough product such as shampoos and conditioners. I will not recommend anyone stop here for even a lip gloss which was $2.49...

The man working there is very nice I go here all the time and he keeps the store nice and organized, hair is in the front so i can get in and out easily.

It has all the same hair as the one on 48th street if youre wondering. Not a bad selection of hair, especially cost effective hair. The only problem are the hours. Ive come a couple of times and they have opened several minutes later than the stated hours

If I could give zero stars I would . Customer service is horrible, mainly the asian lady with the blonde weave . She tries to talk to you like youre stupid . Over priced items . Things that are reasonably priced and sell quickly, they will purposefully stop carrying ! Im not gonna spend more money, Ill just stop going .

I wish i could rate no stars. I have had the worse experience at this location. The man that I believe is the owner has a nasty attitude and acts like he doesnt want your money yet he will try to keep your change if you let him. The hair glue that i purchased was a 99 cents bottle and was charged $3 for two bottles and they are dried up looks like curdled hair glue yuck 😝 as all the other reviews say the prices are ridiculous and the custimer service sucks. I have had a better experience with the ladies who work here from time to time. I highly do not recommend hair land. I will never shop here again and word to the wise you shouldnt either. BBB Fashion is much better for my hair needs and they are always friendly.

Prices are too high for their low quality hair and you can catch them closing a little but earlier than the time their supposed to cause their competitors are killing them. They should go down on their prices so they will get more service. Its just a suggestion.

This store is great if your buying weave, staff is friendly but no hair products or tools for natural hair care and maintenance, the hair dye selection is very sparce and they have commonly found products in walmart but outside of that I wouldnt shop here, I didnt buy anything because I dont use the few products that they do offer here. If you use weave and dont care about your natural or wearing it out then this is the place for you. I personally hated my experience here. Three stars only because the staff was friendly, everything else was abysmal.
