Switched over to Arrowhead Ranch water from ReadyRefresh without any regrets. The facility is clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Purchased 3 5-gallon bottles and received my first fill for free. Water tastes clean and fresh. Also has 24 hour tap service outside for those times you can make it while its open.

Great service and some of the best tasting, best PRICED Alkaline water in the Valley. Its not the only reason I drive all the way from Tempe...but when Im in Glendale, Im sure to schedule my water refills into my day. The friendly staff has even stayed late for me once when traffic was bad. Now THATS customer service with a smile!

I fill my water jugs here with alkaline water. I tried other place that had alkaline water but tasted funny so I returned to this place, because I had never had a problem with their products.

They clean my water jugs for me they fill my jugs for me. They are extremely nice every single time I go in. I get more that the average person does and they are still super nice and quick. Tried others, self service, not as clean of a location, cant clean your old jugs out, rude service. Which is why I always come back to arrowhead.

This family has been here forever; unbelievably great service, pride in ownership really shines through. And prepaid card is the way to go, what a savings.

Best water in the area, tastes far superior to other water stores nearby. And great customer service!! The young man who works here most days is very kind, and also very efficient at his job. I was having a bad day and he could tell, so he insisted on helping me load the bottles into my car. The owners seem serious about following COVID safety precautions as well.

The customer service was phenomenal, the people who were working helped us with the procedure. The water quality was so nice and the store feels super clean. The cleanliness of the store makes me feel safe during these times and the store takes great emergency and sanitary precautions. Absolutely love getting my water here they are quick about getting my stuff in and out. And they help you take your full bottles of water to the car. They have RO water and alkaline water. They also sell snow cones for the kids or the kid inside of every adult!

Ive been filling my water jugs for years at this location! They are always fast, courteous and offer help to my vehicle. Hey be gotten both alkaline and R/O water and both are absolutely delicious! Very clean taste. Ive been hooked in alkaline ever since I made the transition not too long ago. Ive never had a bad experience at this location! And I love that they help the community as well! Ive lived in this area for over 3 years and finally walked in here the other day to ask aboit the RO water. The young gentleman thete was extremely polite and helpful. So much so that I returned today and purchased some 5 gallon jugs and he kindly gave me free water with my purchase. It was an absolute delight being a customer at this store.

An excellent place to go and get delicious tasting shaved ice and alkaline water. The staff is incredibly nice, and have been since Ive been going there since I was a young kid. They arent like the water and ice cream combos that you see popping up around the Valley, especially ones that arent clean. Great water, great service, very nice and helpful people there. They always rinse out the bottles before filling them, which I appreciate since is takes me quite awhile to go through all my bottles before needing to come in for a refill, leaving empty ones to sit around and collect dust.

Came here this morning with enough money for 20 gallons of water to get my water jugs filled periodIt registered more than half of my quarters as nickels or dimes and I left with only 9 gallons of waterNot only did I waste my time but it was extremely frustrating as Ive got more important things to do and for that much money I could have had the water delivered
