Such a wonderful place to go! Its easy to refill our water now since I can fill all five of my 5 gallon containers at the same time time. I bring my little ones with me sometimes and getting some delicious ice cream for them while they wait is perfect. NW always has a fun movie playing too, so even better!The owner is great and the atmosphere is fun, especially with all the super heroes on the walls.🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

We go here for the Thrifty ice cream. We love it! The owner, Kevin, is a super nice guy. And we seem to go a lot because he remembers our order! Its our favorite place for ice cream. They also sell water and ice, but I often forget that because I have a one track ice cream mind. They have an swesome rewards program to earn free ice cream, another perk we love! Thanks for keeping shop in our neighborhood!

The new owners are great! They hire some kids that are nice too, but we usually have the pleasure of working with Augustine! He always goes above and beyond for his customers and his store is a great addition to the neighborhood!Theres many points of why this place is so much better than before, but here are some of the big ones for me:-I always hate making my gf go alone to fill water because it takes her a long time to move all the bottles, but since they actually offer to help at Neptunes; I dont have to stress or feel like a bad boyfriend.-The weekly water deals are great, especially for alkaline!-They added a natural/safe way to clean out your bottles. They also stock more of the 5 gal jug tops now so I dont have to order them online anymore.-Their hours of operation are fair.-They expanded the selection of Thrifty ice cream!If you havent been back to this spot since the Neptunes Water took it over; I highly recommend it!

Just move into the neighborhood, this place is great very convenient for our water, plus we love the Thrifty ice cream. They also have Alkaline water!! Its much cheaper here than at a at the grocery store. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Awesome customer service. I use to have to load up all my 5 gallon water jugs into the car by myself but with the store under new ownership they help me load the car every time. I dont even need to ask. As soon as I walk into the store they say hello and ask if I need any help. They are very friendly! I plan on taking my kids for ice cream soon

Best place to go get some ice cream with the kids!!! Yummy flavors! I love the pineapple, bubble gum and also the pineapple coconut flavors! Yum yum! Kids love the cotton candy!

Super awesome experience on our first trip here, the workers were extremely kind and were all about the customers no matter who came in from a child to adult they were treated with the same courtesy. Well definitely be coming back .
