Not sure what happened here. I took 7 bottles to get refilled. I have never had a problem with them and have used for years. He fills the last bottle and he notices it leaking. Shows me a long crack on bottom like someone punched it.Truthfully I told him it wasnt like that when I came in, but never the less I bought a new BPA bottle from him for 20 dollars (which is twice what they are worth) to salvage the water I just paid for he filled in it and 23.75 to refill these. I carefully put it all the containers in the back of my truck to get home and see that the container I just purchased is also leaking when I get home??? Same exact type of crack. HOW DOES A 20 dollar new bottle get broken traveling on the flatbed of truck less than 10 miles on surface roads. There were no rocks or obstructions or anything to puncture it in the flatbed. The bottles didnt move. The bottle was punctured from the bottom like it was hit with a hammer. None of the other 6 bottles were broken??? Just the one the owner had separated out for alkaline and its replacement. At the start he turned over each bottle and cleaned them, and you think we would have noticed any cracks in them at that time he truanted them over. Curious the only bottles that were broken were the last one I didnt watch him fill and its replacement.A brand new BPA bottle sold retail for $20 should not crack by just setting it down. I was so careful with it too. Now I am out 5 gallons of Alkaline water and have two broken bottles that were not broken earlier today thats $20.00 for nothing. After 20 years of getting water never had cracked bottles and especially not two cracked bottles for no apparent reason in one visit. Something else is going on here and I am not going back. I called and He tried to tell me the vibration of the truck must have cracked it. After continued conversation he did offer finally to give me my money back, but the loss of time and energy not worth replacing over-priced water and bottle. If what is happening here is what I think is happening, the monetary loss is not worth the effort which is what I think these cracks are banking on. I also noticed in a review that this exact thing has happened before with a previous customer. That customer supposedly got a discount. I was charged double what its worth because I didnt have a real choice as my bottle has suddenly sprung a leak. I wonder how may other people have gone through this?

First the owner is awesome! very nice with the customers. The water here has the reverse osmosis purification system to purified the water so no chlorine no fluoride and no other chemicals . And the water is super clean. I always get alkaline and I recommend this store if you want alkaline water too.
