Went in for an alignment, they claimed wheels bearings where bad. Gave the ok for repairs to get alignment. Vehicle does not go straight. Took back. They claimed it was the tires. I had them double check everything. They gave the ok. Not 12 miles later. Brake guide pin, came loose damaged rotor, brake pads, brake caliper & rim damage on passenger side. I took my truck back. Spoke with manager informed him of issue. He claimed they did not remove caliper & brake rotor. Even though my recipet states brake-59$ to repack wheel bearings both calipers and rotors need to be removed to pack rear bearings. Dont risk taking your vehicle to these hacks. Not only did they place myself & my vehicle in danger. But Also placed every single individual on the roads in my vicinity in danger. Dont waste your time or money.

First I called and explained my situation with my truck. Matthew was amazing over the phone, he listened to me explained back to me what I was asking for. Great customer service on the phone! When I walked, Scott saw me walk in from his office and helped me immediately. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful explain in detail what was going on with the car I give these guys 100% Plus... As a older woman I havent seen customer service like this in a long time if I could give these guys a 10 I would.

Had a great time and experience with Network Alignment they installed my H&R lowering springs on my 21 Civic Type R and they did it for a great price took no more than 6 hours as the Type R suspension is very complicated to do these guys had no issues and apparently have done now 7 Type Rs Wow! My elderly mother went here to get her front end aligned It turns out she didn’t need a alignment and something just needed adjusted. They did not charge her any money and my mom was so happy she found a honest mechanic. We highly recommend this place and thank God there are still honest places to get your car fixed.

Really went downhill recently. Sat there and heard them tell almost everybody that they had some problem and couldnt do the alignment. Then they told me the same thing.Took it to two other shops that confirmed my ball joints were fine and had an alignment done elsewhere without a problem.

Asked them twice if they do a full alignment including track bar adjustment. They said yes everything. Only took them 20mins to align. Once it was done I went and looked. They didn’t touch the track bar the at all and it’s the reason I brought it for an alignment cause I had to change the joint on it and threw it off center. They also like to hot rod it around the parking lot and numerous times of turning it on and off inside the garage.

Great honest work, no better place to go, great customer service, and their kindness is unmatched.

Do your due diligence, get a second opinion. They are ripping people off. Dont believe me? ask them for part numbers and check prices you will see 100 to 200 percent mark up on parts you probably dont even need. Thats the way they tried to get over on me.

Called for an estimate to replace a brake caliper. its literally a 30min-1hr job requiring a few dabs of grease, pads and maybe a rotor. they quoted me $900 for a single caliper replacement and I hung up the phone.With the cost of parts, this job should cost around $450 at most. If parts are provided I shouldnt be looking at anymore than $200.a caliper is only $140 with a $50 core charge ($90). Pads range between $20-$50. A rotor can run around $100. I paid $50 each for mine, which of course... we cant use those! It doesnt allow them to charge me a 200% markup.Who would pay $900 to have a single brake caliper replaced? Who the heck are they paying to do the work? Is the grease monkey messiah going to descend from Heaven to fix my brake caliper?Look, you have many great options for garages. They arent usually very clean and pretty, but they do real work and charge honest rates. I urge you to go elsewhere, its clear this place is a stereotypical pretentious price gouging garage that takes advantage of ignorant customers.operations like this should be illegal.

This a very honest shop every time I been there. They never try to tell u something just to make money off of you. They tell u exactly what needs to be done on ur car and why. It can get pricey for their work but you pay for quality work. I trust that more than a dishonest shop.

Really good place to go theyll test your brakes for free test to see if you need it for an alignment free and the price is great $59.99 for front end alignment and theyre nice people it just need to make sure if you go there to make an appointment because if youre walking it takes quite a while but it looked at my card told me that there was something else wrong with it didnt try to pressure me into getting it worked on just told me that was what I needed and that theyd be here if I wanted to come back youre very cool I would tell anyone to go there

They scheduled me for a Wednesday as soon as i got there told them im here for an appointment an took my keys got my car fixed in 1 hr i was out and satisfied with their service.

This is a great place as they are honest. I came in with what I was sure was an alignment issue and they said that the alignment was good to go and I did not need one. They could have done one and charged for it but they did not. Turns out it was a tire pressure issue. Only bad thing is the hard chairs in the waiting area.

I got to the business before it opened. When they unlocked the door I ended up being first in line. I had a complete alignment and I was out of there within 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. The only place to get an alignment in Phoenix. Every time I’ve called they’ve told me to leave it with them and they’ll get it done, and they do. I do all my own repairs but alignments. Lonnie keeps this place moving without sacrificing customer service and I swear he must be there seven days a week. This last time they declined the alignment and said I needed some new parts. Sure enough they were bad. There was never any upsells or pushing estimates, it wasn’t able to be aligned so either come get it and fix it or we can do it all. I will never go elsewhere and always recommend them.

Dropped my truck off for alignment after installing a leveling kit today. Left the truck for several hours while I was at work. I came for an alignment and once I left and started driving, my car was shifting to the left. I went back and was told that I need new tires and the whole problem would be fixed so I went to get brand new tires and the problem was still there. I went back once again and they said they would fix the problem. When they were done, I drove my car again and this time it was shifting to the right. They then tried to put the blame on my car, when since the beginning my car never had this problem. My car is a 2019 vw jetta r line. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They did a great job but charged even more than the Honda dealership does for a four wheel alignment. I was referred to them by a car repair shop that did not do alignments that had replaced my suspension system on my car. They did a great job but charged more then I felt was fair especially when dealerships usually are the highest price for services.

Network alignment has been my go-to alignment shop since it first opened. The general manager Lonnie, is one stand up businessman. He does excellent service and work and stands behind it. Theres no better alignment shop in the valley.

Lonny and his crew do a great job. I have thrown a few race cars their way with specific alignment settings and they were able to pull it off with the car still going straight down the road. I have done the same with lifted vehicles with the same results. There are a lot of options in Phoenix but Network Alignment is the place to go if you want a great alignment for a great price that includes a warranty, go see Lonny and his technicians.

My company uses Network for servicing our work vehicles. They work hard and honest. Ive had my personal vehicle worked on here, and Ill definitely be coming back.

Ive been taking all my vehicles there since the early 90s, when Terry the owner worked there before opening another location. Service and repairs have ALWAYS been EXCELLENT. Prices are competitive but its the customer service that continues to bring me back. Lonnie, the manager is AWESOME and has been there as long as I can remember. Hes ALWAYS courteous with GREAT customer service. He will explain the necessary repairs that need to be done, and if you choose not to have the work done there is NO HARD sales pressure. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

This is my second time there and both times they have been friendly and reliable. I called ahead and was told that if I didnt mind the wait, they would work me in, and they did. I watched them work on my car and the one mechanic get assistance when he required it. That impressed me. When I left, I felt my car was safe and I count on that.

A waist of 2 hours..came in for alignment.. They will not do alignment if you dont have new parts..so if you have a older or used vehicle you better get new suspension before trying to get alignment

I always used to take my cars to the cave creek location and the guy over there was always honest about what work and pricing is going to be done. Brought 3 vehicles over there and I’m always charged $40 for a front wheel alignment. Went to this location for the first time and after having my alignment checked they told me it was $100 out the door to align my front wheels. My car is lowered, but it still has wheel gap and isn’t incredible. The upcharge is understandable but why at one place is it $10 and the other $70. The workers didn’t care to help me out and just let me know their long ramps for lowered cars is the reasoning. Nothing changes about the way you adjust a tie rod. You loosen it, and move it in or out and then tighten it. Forza Auto took care of me since you guys were unable to.
