Had fantastic help from both Ryker and Pierce(I hope I spelled those correctly) both times I was in the store. They answered all my questions and were straight forward with explanations on what I was buying. Will definitely be back for any future audio projects.

Pierce was great to work with helped me get a great sounding system in one of my vehicles and a back up cam in another one he was knowledgeable about the products they had very personable all and all I would suggest him to anyone going to that location. Downside is they are a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Overall I am a very happy customer of Pierces he was awesome! Thanks again bud really appreciated everything and my car rides are much more enjoyable now!

Can’t say enough good about the bell rd and 51st ave location! I’ve had the boys build me 3 full sound systems over the years…They actually listen to what your wants and needs are, and they stay within your budget… there’s no high pressure sales no trying to sell you things you don’t want or need…they give it to you straight …. Anytime I’ve had a issue (which over the last 8 yrs has only been literally a cpl times) they have been more than happy to tell me to come by!And, while it does take awhile for install, sometimes over night.. rest assured it WILL be done right!!You won’t regret any purchase made here!

Ryker is the man. Called the morning of and he gave me the estimate for the installation for Subs, amp, and wires that i already had. They did all the work in one night. A very communicated shop. Great work with prices that don’t break the bank. Will definitely be coming back for anything i need.

Let me just preface by stating I am in my early 60’s and I don’t have a clue about electronics. Therefore. I had a brand new unsealed in the box, hard wired at the location at Bell road on 6-/21.The sales guys are super nice when you are purchasing an item or buying product However, have a problem and a different storyI came into the Bell road location 8/31 and 9/2 I explained that my camera apparently showed a low battery and shutdown in the same manner as a cell phoneI asked if someone could look at the wiring as since it was hard wired that I didn’t think it should have gone deadOn August 31, an employee came out to look and said to try to come back another day. I came back Thursday. 9-2-21. I was told I could come Saturday morning before 9 and get a ticket as proof I was first in line.At this point. I realized I was being given the run around. I went to another location Saturday 9/4-21, and the sales person stated their location is not set up for walk in appointment and said he would set up an appointment, but I would need to pay a diagnostic fee of over 90.00 per hour.I won’t ever go back to any audio expressThe service was sub par and I was treated like a Non-personPlease note my temporary solution is just to plug in the adapter into the cigarette lighter. The camera works, therefore. I have concluded it was a issue with how it was wiredThis is a 2019 Hyundai IoniQ and I have had no prior issues

Simply put these guys are amazing. I wanted a full system overhaul and they were able to walk me through the process and made suggestions. I spent more than I had originally anticipated but every dime was well spent. The final product delivered was far beyond my expectations.

Got a fairly accurate quote over the phone, and a real one once I went in. They held on to a certain part for me until I could be fit into their schedule. Installation time was a bit over what was given, and the tech and I had a menial issue initially connecting my phone, but everything worked out. Very professional and courteous.

The people were excellent! They squeezed me in at the last minute and stayed late to get it done! I had a problem getting a ride back to pick up my car and they stuck around after close to ensure that I was totally satisfied! I am so happy with my new speakers! Im sorry I dont remember the name of the guys that helped me but they went above and beyond!

Pierce was awesome, he listened to all my needs and concerns and addressed them. He set me up with the right speakers for my audio needs and was an absolute professional the entire time. This was great, positive experience with Audio Express, and I plan to return for other audio upgrades in the future.

I cannot say enough about the entire staff at Audio Express. They were helpful, gave me information I needed to make an informed decision, and made sure they had the right equipment to fit my vehicle. Ty Abel was very helpful. He help me find exactly what I needed and what I was looking for. He took time to look at my car and hear my car before explaining what I would need to fix the rattling sound. Came over here twice, once for an alarm system and the second for a sound system. I was helped by a man named Ron, he was really helpful and helped me understand what I was paying for and gave me multiple quotes. The team did an excellent job on installing the alarm and sound system in my car.

The manager James will not hold his word …. I was told I would pay one price but when all said and done, he doesn’t honor what he agreed to .Not a honest shop in my opinion. This is one review I am happy to update. After speaking with Ryker and coming back to the shop any ongoing issues I had made sense and was provided excellent solutions to my problems and was helped out in every way possible. I have learned a valuable lesson and that is don’t rush anything when it comes to getting work done on your vehicle. Trust the professionals and they will take care of you. Theres a good selection and not terrible prices. However the problem is with customer service. They were not willing to help very much. Especially when I said I was installing myself. At that point they seemed to lose all interest in helping no matter what questions I asked. They managed to get through it but it was not a pleasant experience. Better sales staff with a little more knowledge wouldnt hurt either. The management staff seemed to have little to no interest in helping either. They would barely look at me while talking. I understand youre busy but take a minute to be polite and help your customers. I will not be back to this location for future audio needs

After a poor experience with a mom and pop audio place I decided to finally try a chain. Im glad I did. I walked in with expectations of hard sales and high quotes but left with an astonished feeling of, yeah okay this is easily in my price range.I already bought the dash kit and stereo I wanted cause I thought I was going to do it myself. So all I needed was installation. I picked up a few extras when it dropped my car off the day of install and she was ready that afternoon.The guy helping me out was genuinely excited about explaining to me how to connect my phone, and show off the features and new reverse camera.Good stuff. Now to save up for some better speakers and a small amplifier.

These guys did a Great Job! They took someone else’s problem made it their own and fixed it. It was not their problem that the Alpine radio may have manufactures defects but they did what they could do to get the problem resolved if only temporarily. I would recommend them and when my Alpine radio gives up the ghost I hope they can work with Alpine to get warranty work completed. Not a fan of Alpine California what so ever!👍

I recently purchased an alarm system for my truck. The alarm worked properly but my stereo was not holding my settings or stations. I brought it to their attention and they were eager to get it taken care of. The alarm technician personally came out and apologized for the inconvenience and had it fixed for me the same day. The employees were polite and professional. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Very friendly, helpful staff and a great selection of major components on the floor. The only improvement I can see the store making would be adding instillation gear like fuse blocks, RCA cables, power/ground wires and the like to the floor. Im not a huge fan of asking a lot of questions so the folks can help other people that really need it.

Installed as they said they would. Lack of communication. Lack of Covid precautions in place. And the fact that they don’t do appointments is crazy. Getting there 90 minutes before they open just to ensure you can get in for a service they make you pay for in advance in ridiculous. Took me 2 weeks and 6 tries to get in. After the fourth try I was refused a refund. What started as a $170 install turned into $1200 loss from missed work. Totally not worth the hassle.

I was told that even though I bought all my audio equipment from them that I still couldn’t make an appointment. They said it was first come first serve. When I showed up and waited for two hours to open, I was second in line. They took six people and the other five had theirs all done before me. When I called to ask for a status check they said they could not provide one. I came back to the store 4 hours later and asked in person and they finally took my car back. For a simple amp Install, they said one hour, it took three hours because the guy working on my car was in a cast with one arm. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any car audio place. The installation was good but the workers must get off on pushing people around.

Even though I was the last one in line when they opened to get my radio installed I was out of there in 2 hours. Will did a good job installing my radio and my Bluetooth and I have no complaints. Riker was friendly and efficient and picking out the right stereo for me and Will made it easy for me to make a decision to give them return business when I need it. Kudos all around.

When you walk in you will be greeted by teenagers thinking they know everything about ur system and ur speakers! This place is a joke buy all ur stuff on crutchfeild they actually don’t lie to your face when they tell you your speaker has a warranty! Fast service for being such a busy establishment. Everyone was really cool and eager to help out and say hi when you came in. Went in and purchased a stereo and next day came in early to get installed was done fast even though they had 7 people all online waiting to get installs that morning. Cool group of guys would recommend to anyone wanting a new car stereo or alarm or speakers. Just make sure you get there early for install and you are good.

Salesman was able to provide insight on different brands, their functionality and prices, and help put together a system Im happy with. There was an issue with my install, my subs would go off on their own when I started my car and pressed the gas. I took it back the next day and they quickly realized the mistake and fixed it within 20 minutes. Even though I did have an issue, I would still recommend. Considering how quickly they saw me and fixed my problem. Car sounds great! Happy as F***!

This place rocks I went in there brought viper car alarm for my 2019 corrella they install it within 2 hours.. The Bathroom was very clean and the Showroom was clean and tiny. I was greatly impress by customer service the respect they show each other and to the other customers. May me give the 5 stars I wish I can do another 5 star rating because this was a very clean business I was walking around the store looking for dust there wasnt any to be found. This modification that Audio Express made was to provide new blind spot cameras to the side view mirrors of our 25’ Mercedes RV. The work was successfully done in a highly professional manner. Afterward, the tech took all the time i needed to understand the change. I will recommend them highly.

Ryker said as long as they didnt have to pick up a tool they should be able to get my radio back on track for me, and he got my radio adjusted for me just like he said, will definitely be going back!

I went to audio express for a problem in my stereo. After greeted by Ty, the manager, he listened carefully to the problem and immediately asked Cliff, the tech, to solve my issue immediately. Of note, nobody ever resolved the issue before and I had the problem for more than 1-2 months. Problem solved. These people are very professional and prices are very reasonable. I will return again to upgrade my stereo.

This review can change depending on their actions come October. But as of now 3 stars for being stuck with a $600 remote start/alarm system that is a useless paper weight until then.Facts:1) Since install mind you this is for a diesel, tuner/obd2 port have not been working properly. I could not change between tunes and was causing my tuner to be sluggish and constantly reboot.2) I relayed this info to have a shop working on my truck at the time that was having difficulty obtain info thru obd2, they disconnected the viper system and now everything works perfectly as it should and can now switch between tunes.Its as cut and dry as that, but the response is a problem when im told by whoever that thats not even a possibility and how im wrong and ill most likely pay for labor for them to reconnect. Im sorry i didnt know audio express employees had a better insight on what the truck has been doing then the actual owner of it. What youre saying is not a possibility is clearly happening with my truck whether you like it or not. And in what world would i purposely wanna go through this trouble?Like i said could change come October and hopefully for the better

Bought my husbands Viper alarm and auto-start from Audio Express, then had it installed by them also. So its been almost 3 yrs and the battery died in the clicker, so I replaced the batteries, but, it still wouldnt work. Stopped by Audio Express at 51st Ave & Bell Rd in Glendale today. Techs Ty Abel and Ryker Milligan were so kind. They came out and recalibrated the clicker and in about 15 minutes had everything working like new! Thank you both - you were wonderful - Kathy Swander !!

Had to get an alarm system removed from my truck cause it wouldn’t start due to losing my fob and james and ty helped out. Told them I really needed to be able to use my truck and they got the alarm out fast and was back on the road fast. I recommend going to them great friendly environment.

The whole process was quick and painless. The stereo was replaced and it looks great. They walked me through the functions and helped set my phone up to the Bluetooth. Very pleased with the installation.

Very nice proffesional staff, very clean well organized show room floor. A lot of different levels of top of the line equipment. Alarms, back up cameras a large assortment of lighting and of course speakers, woofers, speaker boxes and head units. I gave 4 stars for a few reasons, Their first come first served policy is questionable, the cost of the install was high, I had a complete system installed and was the 2nd person in line because I got there at 7:40 AM and they open at 9. They had my truck from 9-6pm and I had to come back for a return visit so my install could be completed. Not a deal breaker, for me the experience was a success and I left happy. Just stating what I experienced.

These guys are amazing.. They were able to install a stereo for me and rescue my 6 CDs that were stick in my stock stereo.. I dont know all their names but the ones I communicated with and who helped me were extremely kind and helpful.. I will be back any time I need extra stuff installed.. Glendale location is amazing. I needed a backup camera installed on a 2012 camry the first come first serve style is a little bit annoying but if you get there an hour early you should be good other than that it was installed perfectly and works great

Had 2 TVs installed in my truck. None worked had to take my truck back to them 5 times before they fixed my in dash DVD still not properly working. Then the drop down DVD fell completely out of the roof. They wont fix it. Now trying to says its $124 for a replacement. What is the point of the warranty? I will not ever go there again. Thanks for nothing.

Install ws fitted right but there was a problem with the actual adapter they had to use so it went out. Had it fixed elsewhere just due to distance to go back. Audio express refunded me install costs..all good.
