Went to see how much would be to get my audio equipment upgraded was ignored at first then when they finally wanted to help me I got a quote. The quote was pretty high for what I wanted but it was nearby my home. Asked when can I get the work done was told to call to set up an appointment. I called to schedule (which was silly because I was in store) then was told I would get a callback for an appointment. Never got a callback so I went to slanging sound and tint and got a better system with install for $300 less than their quote. These guys are liars and the up the prices of the equipment I would advise going somewhere else than here.

These guys are very helpful and know about audio systems. My cars factory subwoofer was sounding awful, so I stopped by to get an opinion. The gentleman explained my stereo system to me. Further, instead of trying to sell me something I didnt need, he explained my speakers were already good, not blown, and how to quickly fix the loose part that was the cause. This was more accurate, honest and way cheaper than what a different audio store had suggested to me! I appreciate the expertise and honesty!

Cardenal did a clean job installing my Viper security system; I called for a quote, and they got me scheduled the next day, having the whole thing done by mid afternoon. They even fixed an antenna issue I was having with my stereo. Would recommend!

My husband had a remote start installed on my CRV for my birthday at Cardinal Stereo. At first I was upset because it didn’t work all that well. But their troubleshooter Carlos met with us twice to resolve the issue and I am happy to report it is fixed and working beautifully! I’m so pleased with it, and excited to use it to cool my car down during the hot summers. Good customer service, helpful and friendly staff.

I was referred to this place from JL Audio. I had a box made for, four twelves. Totally worth everything from the visit, discussion, to my final product. I definitely see future business in the future.

They installed my interlock device and i have been using them for 9 months with not a single problem with there end of the machine or service. They will go out of there way to help you with what the courts require you to have. Dont get mad at them for the machines being a pain its not there fault. They dont enforce the late fees unless they are forced to and a phone call in advance they will float the days for you without charging you the fee they could have. Great people to deal with as long as you treat them with the same respect they give in return.

I was having an issue with my stereo system that I installed myself. I went to see if they could troubleshoot it and fix it for me. They went above my expectations, told me what was wrong and how to fix it and didnt charge me anything. Stand up people. 10/10 would recommend.

Took the aftermarket, pro-installed system to Tim and the guys, hoping they could do something to make it sound even just a little bit better. The previous shop did fine, but it just wasnt at all what we hoped it would be. And when we took it to ANOTHER shop, they too lacked the expertise to fix it.Picked it up yesterday from Cardenal with crossed fingers that wed get a little improvement. We got way, WAY, more than a little improvement.The system is sick. SICK!Youd be ridiculous to go anywhere else.

Had an alarm installed on my moms truck when it was brand new. I was told that it had a lifetime warranty which was a major selling point for me since my mom planned on having it for many years. A few years ago the alarm started going off on its own with no triggers. She took it to them to be looked at and they said there was nothing wrong. Since then she always left the alarm on valet mode. Within the last few months the truck would randomly not crank almost as if the battery was dead. I tracked it down to a bad alarm. She took it to them and they told her the alarm module was bad. Since Clifford had been sold to dei they would not warranty the alarm or even give a good deal on a new one. They expect her to pay full price for a new alarm. Since that wasnt going to happen she wanted it removed. Rather than taking care of the customer they are charging her $50 to remove it. HOW IS THAT FOR A COMPANY THAT PREACHES CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have spent around 3k on alarms from them over the past 14 years but not another penny from here on out. I will not recommend them to anyone I know either.

My experience wasnt the best at first, but the install was GREAT, Im happy with the end product and they worked with me on trying to improve my experience (had a rocky start).....OVERALL I would give them another shot when the time comes. THANKS CARLOS!!!! ☺

Way too over priced. I went in getting a quote for my 2-door Chevy Silverado. I showed them the Viper remote start alarm along with the accessories I had. They quoted me $500 for install. There’s no way I am paying more for the install than the actual alarm it self.

Had an Alpine reciever with Sirius radio, phone, GPS, and backup camera installed a month ago. Installation was awesome and the Alpine unit is great. Backup camera not so much.Initial unit had a short after about a month. They replaced it with an apparently used camera that was missing some hardware. That was replaced the next day. The day it was originally installed, they told me it was too much trouble to adjust the parking lines. Just turn them off they said as nobody uses them. It seemed odd to me that they were on the camera, but not useable? An internet search showed me how to adjust the camera and it is really easy to back into a parking space now using just the camera. I asked Cardinal for the calibration instructions that came with the unit and they said there werent any. They were unsure of the manufacturer. They said it could not be adjusted. Obviously, they are seling a product they know nothing about. I was going to have one installed in my wifes car, but Ill have some one else do it.
