After 2 days of dealing with these people, I have found that they may be the most unethical group of people to ever work in the car business. Cadillac should seriously consider removing its brand from these people. We were working on purchasing a vehicle, and the first salesperson; warm and uber-friendly offered to bring the vehicle to us, so we made plans to do so, then sends a pathetic response about how his manager wont let him. After discussing it with my wife, we decided we would enter negotiations again, and work in good faith to purchase the vehicle. The buyers order they sent over had $10,000 more for the vehicle than the $12,000 over they already disclosed. The new salesperson was trying to explain to us how thin plastic is worth $6000 and they failed to disclose $4000 in other added accessories. Times must be rough for them, as they try to extract as much revenue for each vehicle purchase. Then as Im in good faith continuing to work the deal with the salesperson, they inform me that they sold the same vehicle that we were in good faith working on to another customer. They never disclosed another party was looking at or interested in the vehicle or gave an opportunity for a rebuttal bid. Absolutely unethical and the most disgraceful business tactic Ive ever come across. When the market turns back and they start calling and harassing you for business, make sure you take care of the dealerships that operate with integrity and honesty and leave these guys in the dust.

Arrowhead Cadillac always takes care of our mechanical problems. They keep us advised with what the problems are, and how long it will take to get it done. The Service Advisor is always polite and friendly and makes sure we understand what is wrong and what they need to do to repair it. When job is finished he will call and go over everything that was done. We would not take our car anywhere else. We feel they take pride in what they do, and it shows.

There werent a lot of used cars in the inventory, but its understandable during these times. As i mentioned, i recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Jeff the concierge for the parts department is always cordial does everything he can to make the experience satisfying. I do have to say if you have to go to the parts department counter you are not necessarily a priority. I waited almost 15 minutes before somebody would help me.

I walked into Arrowhead Cadillac to attain options on purchasing a Cadillac, my favorite General Motors Automobile.I had a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer to trade-in, which was the biggest mistake I had made due to the treatment of the Chevy Dealership from the get-go! So my attitude was testy to say the least, but when I walked through the door of Arrowhead Cadillac, I felt the weight lift off my shoulders, everyone was so kind and very helpful to achieve my goal to drive away in a Cadillac!Thank you Arrowhead, you have a customer for life!

I’ve purchased 34 cars and 28 motorcycles in my life. I’ve worked with many dealers, some brokers and a few private parties.This is, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had.This business, and it’s staff are disrespectful, disingenuous, and frankly, at least appear to be dishonest.The transaction was not coordinated, and the price appeared to increase on each contact with the next staff personThe vehicle I tried to buy had documentation of at least 2 accidents, yet I wasn’t allowed to have it inspected by an outside agency.At the end, the way I discovered that there wouldn’t be a deal is that my messages were just not responded to. Just like a 12 year old would act.If you’re going to buy a vehicle, find an agency who is at least willing to earn your moneyThis one is not itNot by a long wayTo add these kinds of fake platitudes to this situation is not only disingenuous, its insultingThe management of the organization set up, and now enforces the rules by which fees are added and deals dont add up, often without the knowledge or permission of the buyer.Management could have made things right at anytime while the deal was going on. They chose not to. I took my car in for service and when I picked it up and it had damage done to the passenger side behind the tire. requested that the service manager look at the video to see what happen and no response except send them pictures of what damage was done. Will never take my car back to them again unless I complete a walk around before I leave it there.

I really hate to do this because my shopping experience here was very good. My sales Representative was very professional and would definitely refer him out; however the service department is awful. I have had several encounters and it seems like most of the people Ive personally dealt with are always moody. Today was the last straw for me. I had an appointment to get my vehicle serviced and it was supposed to be picked up between 7-9am. When I called to schedule this appointment last week they gave me this (2 hour window) which Im ok with. Its 8:45 and I called to check status. Dan made an excuse! Personally I think he forgot to input my appointment because he asked what other time today we could schedule this for. I explained my frustration and his excuse was that its Monday and they are really busy and Im 7th on the list. They could of given me a heads up first thing this morning. I explained I had other appointments. He said they give us a (2hour window) but its not guaranteed. This was not explained to me when I scheduled my appointment otherwise I would of brought my vehicle in myself. He asked if I wanted to reschedule for another day. I asked to speak with manager and I guess he is in meetings because its Monday. ok..... I will wait and see if I hear back from Dans Manager. 🤞 otherwise I will have to take more time out of my day. Like I mentioned; its just the service department that Im frustrated with, it would be a different story if they were a little more pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. I also want to add that the gentlemen that come and pick up your vehicle are super respectful and nice! THE BEST CADILLAC DEALERSHIP EVER HANDS DOWN!!!! I brought my Cadillac CT6 3.0TT in for some service/warranty work and the warranty company was being a pain in the A$$. Mike at service was a killer when it came to getting warranty company to pay out. The drivers who took me home are amazing and very talkative in a good way (new to this town and asked a ton of questions to the driver).From the start of walking in the door they offered me free drink and breakfast. They also have an ice cream machine.Service department and sales floor is very clean. Like very clean!Sales team didn’t pressure me to buy a car once I said service. Been to other dealerships where sales team followed me around like I was a criminal.I have made this dealership my go to in the myCadillac app and in my car. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GET SWINDLED by Arrowhead Cadillac. We negotiated and agreed upon an out the door price. From here everything turned into an absolute nightmare!First thing the finance guy, ESTEBAN ALBARAN, does is tell us Cadillac customers dont like actually working on their own vehicles so they have that covered for us and our vehicle is covered under warranty including tire and wheel. He said, “This is your payment just sign here and here.” There was no disclosure which is required by law, no explanation of the products he was trying to wrap up in the deal and he became belligerent when we started asking for clarification. Nothing we agreed to was on the paperwork he presented to us. When I pointed out that the selling price was not what we agreed upon ESTEBAN ALBARAN argued with me telling us his numbers were right, we were wrong and questioning us on how we got our numbers. He was combative and extremely unprofessional. After he stormed out of his office only to find out they had loaded the wrong price in the computer and we were right, it was not the price we agreed to. After fixing the price without any kind of apology it was back to “sign here” with absolutely no explanation of what we were paying for. There was no disclosure, no line by line explanation of fees/charges or what we were or were not getting with our purchase. He kept showing us handwritten/scribbled on papers and nothing official. He was absolutely the shadiest finance person we have ever dealt with. He just loaded up our contract with additional items/charges and tried to get us to sign for the loan.If that wasn’t misleading enough there’s more. The window sticker says it is a Cadillac certified pre owned vehicle ‘WITH’ a 100k mile limited warranty! He told us it didnt have a warranty unless we purchased one so my wife brought up again that it says very clearly on the window sticker that it is a certified pre-owned and includes the 100k mile warranty. The sticker gave no indication of expiration or limitations. At this point both my wife and I were exasperated. We told Mr. Albaran to just take off all of the extras and give us the SUV with what was clearly advertised on the window sticker. I had hoped that after speaking with the General Manager we’d get some sort of amicable resolution. After giving it two days I called the General Manager, ERIC ZIMMERMAN to talk about the dreadful experience with his finance department and the advertised 100k mile warranty on the vehicle. When he finally called me back the excuses started. The first excuse was that the certification was from when it was originally a NEW Cadillac. I pointed out that a new Cadillac wouldn’t be classified as a “certified pre-owned vehicle” on any window sticker. The window sticker clearly states “certified pre-owned” vehicle with a 100k mile warranty. He then back peddled and offered a second excuse it was under warranty when they printed the window sticker. I said, really? Thats what you want to go with? Then came a third and even more insulting excuse… He said that, “They discounted the vehicle because it didnt have a warranty anymore.” I told him that made zero sense I negotiated with my salesman to get to an agreed upon price. This had nothing to do with the warranty at all whatsoever! To date no one from Arrowhead Cadillac has even attempted to call us back for follow up or to make right on their false advertisement. I’m sure an attorney will have more legal terms than Bait and Switch or False Advertising for Mr. Zimmerman and Arrowhead Cadillac. The flat out falsely advertised what was included on this vehicle and instead of simply correcting their errors the GM chose to make excuses for the unprofessional actions of one of his employees. I hate to think how many elderly customers have been swindled by their, “Sign here and here” practices. I will never again do business with Arrowhead Cadillac or any other entity I discover to be connected with them. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GET SWINDLED BY ARROWHEAD CADILLAC.

Very disappointed with Sales Staff, Joe and Sales Manager. Purchased 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. We was not given a key fob with option to pop the trunk. We have to get out the car to open the trunk. The service department at this location and the manufacturer stated according to the vin that option should be available and we should have been given the correct key fob. We called 2 days to get a resolution and Joe or Sales Manager would not call us back. We wasnt asking for anything free we just asked for help with getting the right key fob. We contacted another dealership and they will be ordering the correct key fob that will pop yhe trunk for us. Why would a 2021 not have an option to pop the trunk. Its amazing car dealerships are nice while you are buying but after the transaction is completed your not an important customer to them anymore.

I purchased a NEW2020 Escalade from arrowhead Cadillac . I came from Las Vegas because my wife had been rear ended at high speed and it totaled our Vehicle and I had hurry and purchase a new vehicle before leaving out of state for work for 4 months . I chose the escalade because I knew it would be a safe car for her after suffering severe injurys from the accident . It has not been a very good buying experience buying from Arrowhead. I rented a car and drove 5 1/2 hours after talking to the salesman and going over the vehicle. I wanted it to be a special purchase for my wife after her accident and she loved the white with the Kona interior and that dealership was the closest one to us that had those colors. When I arrived I find out the car had 3115 miles on it, not what I was expecting on how the vehicle was being advertised. BEWARE, never being titled does not make it New! Under the lighting and the fact that I was in rush because it was getting late and the car rental was closing I had to get the rental car back. I did not notice the front end damage (previously repaired crease front right with dirt under the paint) I trusted the people I was working with, that was my first mistake. A new vehicle you shouldnt have to look at with a fine tooth comb. But what was obvious was the damage on the bumper. I asked the salesman if they would fix that. Response was no problem! I thought they had someone that specializes on touch ups. Estaban Albarran finance manager at Arrowhead said with the warranty you purchased (they said they would refund and never did) they will fix the damage on the bumper because I noticed that the salesman was going out touch up the bumper with a paint pen. Estaban said have the professionals handle it and they will come to your residence to fix it, just give it 2 weeks from that day to call them. We waited the 2 weeks and called zaktek warranty company as instructed by the finance department and they said that they will not fix it and that it was fraud for the dealership to tell us to do that. Eric the manager from arrowhead had already agreed to pay for the front end damage and after my wife called the auto group after no replys from the dealership and they connected her with Robyn who had said they would pay for the bumper repair. They lied. They waited until the day my wife went to pick up the vehicle from the repair shop and sent her an email saying they already paid enough to fix all of the damage to the car falseand never once return any of the body shops emails. This does not even include the chips of paint under the clear coat. There was a lot of deception and fraud working with the people at Arrowhead Cadillac.My wife has been dealing with GM on this issue the entire time, today they told me there is nothing they can do for us and that I would have to deal with the dealership directly, 5 1/2 HOURS AWAY, who would not return our phone calls. Worst car buying experience ever. All of this for a $800.00 repair, shameful! Arrowhead Cadillac is sincere about their pursuit of customer service. After purchasing my vehicle, I had an issue with the battery. I contacted my salesman. Even though it wasnt his department, he went out of his way to arrange for their mobile service to come to my place to have the issue fixed. Both purchasing and service is outstanding. They truly go above and beyond to help the customer. They offer a roadside service and have picked up and dropped off my vehicle for service. I purchased my vehicle here and they were very transparent about everything. The dealership is very professional. I wouldnt consider purchasing or servicing a Cadillac anywhere else. We are really fortunate to have a dealership like this in the Valley. Try this dealership out, you will not be disappointed. My service manager is Jim B. and he is wonderful. However, all of the service managers Ive spoken with are nice and easy to deal with.

Been in the market for a luxury SUV and tried giving this dealership a look. Worst experience EVER!! Was told they were too busy and couldn’t help me. I hate to think it was a race issue, but it definitely felt that way. Spoke to a sales manager after leaving who didn’t make me feel like I may have been over reacting and pretty much justified the way I was treated. If you’re looking for luxury treatment I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.
