We had called around and shopped for Kias at dealers much closer to our home and everyone was not making buying easy for us... They either didnt have what we were looking for or wanted to force us to buy extras we simply didnt want, or they wouldnt sell us a car. When we came across Lupient Kia Milwaukees website and saw their upfront pricing it seemed too good to be true, I figured we were going to get the same result once we set foot in the dealership. The online agent did an amazing job of making us feel secure in that wasnt going to be the case. Skeptical based on other dealers we proceeded to visit them as they had the vehicle, we wanted at the price that was right. Gary Rotter made our buying experience fabulous from the moment we set foot on the lot. He had the car pulled up and ready for us to test drive. This was my sons first car buying experience so I wanted him to be comfortable with the process and make wise choices based on what he could afford. Gary helped by spelling out all the options and then allowing us to talk privately about them without some high-pressure sales pitch. I can honestly say this was likely the fastest and best new car buying experience I have ever had, and I am not inflating my praise. We had a price goal and a tight timeline when we walked in the door and Gary respected that along the way. I have been looking for a new vehicle for a couple months, as my current lease is going to be ending soon. I saw online a vehicle I have been looking for. Of course it was on a Sunday. I sent a online inquiry right away. I got a response on Monday afternoon. The person I was emailing with, verified the vehicle was still available and set up an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning. I get to the dealership Tuesday morning and the salesperson I had appointment with, was not there. I was told he had the day off. As the receptionist was trying to find another available salesperson for me to speak with, I walked around the lot to look for the vehicle I was there to see. It wasnt there! In the meantime the receptionist still couldnt find anyone to assist me. There was no other customers at the dealership at this time. I ended up leaving. I emailed the person that had set up my appointment and told her what happened. Never heard a response from her. Talk about absolutely horrible customer service! I drove 35 minutes to specifically go to this dealership and rearranged my whole schedule because I was planning on buying that vehicle that day,because I knew what I was looking for and wanted.

Tl;Dr: Rude service advisors, cars stolen off their lot left and right, didnt perform the service I paid for, utter incompetence.I chose to have my car serviced here based on the Google rating and would NOT recommend this location for anything. I was met by an extremely rude service advisor who basically told me to leave when I was confused why his instructions contradicted the first person I talked to. At this point I should have left, but the supervisor is an excellent salesman 🙄. While my car was being worked on I heard in detail the problems theyre having with car thefts on their lots and how they have you sign a waiver releasing you from all liability if your car is stolen off their lot. At this point my oil consumption test was already started so I had no choice but to stay. I returned in 1k miles to move to the next step and they told me your car burned through 2qts of oil in 1k miles, your oil consumption is over the appropriate threshold, please contact your warranty company. I contact the warranty company and they tell me that the dealership needs to contact them once they diagnose the vehicle.I chose to follow up with Russ Darrow Kia due to the risk of theft at that location. They explained the oil consumption test was not completed properly. The dealership should have had me return for a second visit, leave the car overnight for an engine cleaning, and then return in another 1k miles with my maintenance records to determine if I would receive a new engine.Lupient Kia wasted my time, and money by their incompetence.

This was the easiest experience Ive had buying from a dealership ! Everyone from the receptionist to the owner was extremely friendly. I believe my salesman name was Adrian, he was absolutely awesome. I never felt pressured or felt like we had to go back and forth to get to an agreeable price. With crazy chip shortages going on, buying a car is frustrating and finding the car you want is nearly impossible. Working with Lupient Kia was FANTASTIC! I do not live in Wisconsin and was going to have to drive long hours to buy from them. Dan, Don, and Adrian made things easy for me. They did not gouge us on a price. It was all straightforward with no hidden costs. We took care of everything over the phone and email with just a few interactions. When we drove up, Don was waiting outside with a big smile and took us right to our waiting car. It could not have been a smoother experience. Without a doubt, I would go to this dealership again.

Anybody living in Milwaukee or surrounding areas that have been having problems with their Kias either being stolen, broken into, or mechanical issues you should check out Lupient Kia of Glendale and speak with Paul in the service department!! He gives excellent customer service! He is upfront and to the point! No sugar coating! He will do his part in managing the care of your vehicle. It may take a while to get serviced but you wont be disappointed. Ms Alma Searcy the receptionist is a lovely lady with a wecloming smile. If you thinking of purchasing a Kia please look for sales representative Jerome Williams he will give you unmatched service. With all that said Lupient Kia of Glendale should be your only choice for all your Kia needs.

Theres so much hassle when dealing with car shopping; You literally have to prepare mentally and brace yourself for pushiness. NOT HERE!I was greeted with the best of people and left with the best experience, I honestly wanted to hang out longer. Do yourself a favor and ask for Gary, hes nothing short of amazing. I was in the market for a newer vehicle and was transparent with the dealership about my financial situation. At first, the dealership seemed hungry for my business and after test driving the truck I had my eyes and heart on (a 2012 Jeep Cherokee for $12k with over 148k miles on it) Thursday, they promised me a call back on Friday with news from their Finance Department. I never heard back Friday. I called Saturday morning and Chauntelle assured me they were just a little busy and I would receive a call back within 20-30 min. After about 5 hours I realized I wouldnt be getting that call. I decided to follow up via email on Monday morning, to which I didnt receive a reply until about 3pm indicating they were unable to work with me and the Jeep I was interested in happened to sell over the weekend.I was disheartened and didnt want to run my credit again, but after going through a different dealership Im now happily driving a 2015 GMC Terrain with under 80k miles and $6k more than what Lupient Kia denied me for. An honest answer when I came through the door would have sufficed, rather than string me along waiting for a phone call that never came.

This review is for the Service Department only as we bought our 2018 Sportage from Russ Darrow. We were unhappy with the customer service at Darrow so decided to try having our maintenance done at Lupient. BIG MISTAKE! Took the car in for oil change, get it home and notice OIL on the floor. Take it back in and was told the Lube Tech over tightened the drain plug and destroyed the crush washer and they replaced it and was told its good to go. Got it home and noticed new oil drips again. Took it back in for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. The service advisor called us and at first said the drain plug had a machining flaw from the factory, which is BS. On our way to pick up the vehicle the Service Advisor called again, this time telling us that their lube tech used a side grip pliers to remove the plug. I requested that I get the old plug back to look at it and sure enough, there are fresh teeth gouges on the flange on threads from either a vice grips or channel locks. I have the pictures of it but cant seem to put it on this review. In all of my years working on cars I have never seen a new oil drain plug removed with a vice grips and not a socket. RIDICULOUS. STAY AWAY from having your vehicle maintenance done here because theyre hacks. Please contact me if you want to see the pictures.

The experience was wonderful at first our salesman Jerome was great he was juggling myself and another customer and he didnt let either of us down in the process. The price wasnt exactly where I wanted it to be so he helped me work it out with the sales manager and we got an equitable deal for both parties. I was ecstatic to be getting a new kia minivan after eyeing one up for the last few years and it felt like I finally met my future salesman and the dealership I would be doing business with for a long time. Then I met the financial manager Donald. He basically sold me out of the van trying to sell me the extended warranty. If I didnt research this vehicle for years and keep up with issues and warranties I would not have bought this vehicle with Donalds instance of how many problems I was going to have. I hope my car isnt a lemon like my experience was I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Lupient was very friendly, good service overall. Chauntell is amazing! And our sales rep don was super nice and very informative. Even though they forgot to fill up our tank they sent us a 40$ check to cover it! No one was overly pushy, and they were very accommodating even tho they were under-staffed. 😁 thank you Chauntell!!! Love my new Kia!Since writing the above I’m changing my review. We never received the check for the gas they forgot to put into our tank. After reaching out 2 times no response. Lies lies lies, horrible experience Gary Rotter is a real piece of. Gm gave us a Written price for the sorento s glacier white which he told us cost more than black.Gary called us and told us that we had to pick a different color which was the black one at higher price, when i showed him the writen price he lied and said the black ws more. AKA...Jason F. My wife and I were not really in the market for new car but the incentives being offered allowed us to move up vehicles early. I had never heard of this dealer as they are not near us. Honestly I have bought several Kia previously from a closer dealer but ended up here because they had the color we wanted which was difficult to find. From start to finish we had a great experience. Marvin our sales rep was great. No pressure, BS or shady tactics. They were fair on my trade, price of the vehicle and went out and found us the vehicle we wanted at another dealer and brought it in. Closed the deal tonight and the finance manger was excellent as well. No up selling products we didnt want or need. We got the vehicle we wanted with no BS or hassle. So sorry this is long. We just want to warn everyone to do your research, get everything in writing, and be assertive when puchasing a car. Were only putting up two stars because we love the car, (we special ordered and puchased a 2021 Kia Telluride), the experience was not at all what we expected. We had a appt to pick up the car and thought itd be a smooth transaction but after spending half a day there, waiting mostly, at the end we had to essentially fight for what was promised us (the right accessories, trade in value of of the car we were trading etc.). The sales guys whom we had a relationship with was great, we loved working with him but the general manager was not. GM essentially told us to go somewhere else and that we should be grateful they werent marking up our car (since they are now due to the demand of the car) but after about 6 months of waiting patiently we didnt want to restart the buying process. All we wanted was for them to honor what they said. Very long story short, they finally conceded because we had everything in writing/email. We also left with defective and cheap all weather mats that we had to pay for extra when it was supposed to be included in our special order. The mat wont lay down flat and corner is bent, but we didnt notice it till later since we were in such a hurry to just get out. Were told we cant return it. The experience was exhausting (Im also 6 months pregnant) and still leaves a bad taste in our mouths since we thought that we had somewhat of an established relationship with the dealership.

I loved my sales rep Marvin Cameron. He gave his undivided attention and tried every option to get me financing. I did have to come back to finish things though and didn’t have the best experience with the sales manager Dan and/or financing manager Cody. When my deal was done I asked for a worksheet with the numbers and was only given them verbally after making several attempts with Jerome because Marvin was off that day. I expressed I didn’t want the tech pack to Dan. He assured me that wasn’t built into my package but when I signed everything with Cody it was included and I wasn’t aware until the end. I didn’t get gap coverage because they already had submitted things with this tech package and that’s what I’m not happy with. But I love my sales rep Marvin and would buy from him again.

We purchased a 2019 Kia Sorento in July 2019 from Marvin Cameron and had a great experience. He answered all of our questions. We didnt live local so coming onsite wasnt an option but Marvin did a great job keeping in contact with us over the phone and getting reasonable pricing on several cars. We ended up getting a vehicle from their Minnesota location and he facilitated it perfectly. Purchased a 2020 Telluride in December. Salesperson was good but when we went to pick it up they charged us $1500 document fee. Never heard of that before in all the years weve bought cars. Figured it was their way of marking up the vehicle.

These guys are great. Chads team, with Ben, Eddy, and all others, truly show that they care about their customers, and make sure that they have an excellent experience when looking for and purchasing a vehicle. They are very informative and patient with the customers, and make sure that they feel welcome every time the step in to the dealership. They also do a great job ensuring that the vehicles are in top notch condition by the time they reach the lot. Brandon and Brad in the service department do a great job keeping customers posted when their vehicles are being worked on, and keep an extremely clean an organized shop. The master technicians on staff are very knowledgeable, and are willing to explain how theyve resolved specific vehicle issues. Highly recommend any person in the market for a vehicle to check these guys out.

Let me start by saying that this review will not do justice to the great service and experience as a whole I received at Lupient Kia.Highest praises to my sales consultant Marvin. He is very knowledgeable (there were no questions I had that he didnt know the answer to), personable (relatable to myself and his other customers I witnesshim interact with), informative (I ordered a Telluride and I loved that he would check in with me to let me know any updates), and most of all understanding and trustworthy ( he understood that is was an investment for myself and my growing family and was not afraid to give his honest opinion weather it was in his favor or mine. This helped my narrow my wants and needs to be more realistic.)Next praises go to Chauntell the internet manager. She was not as directly involved with the day to day conversations of my order but she was always able to answer questions and help from the time she saw me walk in the door till Marvin was finished with a different customer. If I was asked how long I waited on my sales consultant I wouldnt know because Chauntell made it fun and busy. Also she was great and jumped to acton when I told her I hurt my back the day before and offered me ssage chair (who does that? Family!!)

My visit to Lupient Kia changed my life! I normally dont enjoy car shopping, however this experience was definitely the best experience in my car buying time, and with all of my situations making things difficult I was sure I wasnt going to walk out of there with a vehicle, let alone the one I wanted. Speaking with Chantell over the phone was pleasant, then when I got there, to work with Marvin, he was very patient and honest, Craig was definitely the man for the job when it came to getting me approved, and Don graciously finished the job. Mike made sure he came out 3 times while we were there to come out and speak to us whenever he could, really made us feel welcome. I received good and courteous service from everyone I dealt with at Lupient Kia, from having my old car looked at for little maintenance issues, to choosing a new 2019 Kia Soul to lease.
