My husband and I needed a car and we purchased a car 2yrs ago. From day 1 weve had issues! Every time a payment was made they mechanism in the car would still shut it off and we would have to call every single time! There service department.... We waited all day for the car just for an oil change and the GPS on the car would drain the battery. So within 4 months we had to get 2 batteries replaced! Now we just found out that on our credit it looks like we have 2 car loans and we only have 1 car from them. Called the lender and no response back! E e was advised after 2yrs we could trade the car in but not sure if we want to do business with them again aftet everything we have gone through. The car is not worth the money or hassle. Very disappointed!!!

I don’t care what nobody say, they nice or what ever but they definitely predatory lenders. They take advantage of people who really need cars and force them into uncomfortable ultimatums where they feel this is they only option. They prey on people and over charge for the cars as well. This is my second time dealing with them I really needed a car and all they good cars the also charge astronomically for. I was making 1900+ originally and they still wouldn’t sell me a decent car g I’m honestly over it.🤷🏾 Rocksolid Auto Mesa

If lying was a talent rock solid would have an award.....when you mention they are not honest they will ask you to come in and see them so they can show you where you signed...can we say better business burea....Run far away

So far it has been a good experience. I had purchased a car from somewhere else and the trans was slipping bad. I didnt have the time or place to do any transmission work. I submitted an online app and was approved that day. Went in the next day and picked out the car (which I love) and completed the paperwork. Very easy and Kyle and Dutch were professional and easy going. The only thing I dont like is the warranty only provides for any work to be done has to be done at their service center. Maybe yall should rethink that and at least maybe give an option on the service contracts. Thanks guys.

Got into a bad accident and had to get a car. Kyle and Dutch helped me to get a new vehicle and I drove off the same day. My car had a minor issue that still hasn’t been fixed (the cars come with 2 year warranties), and I still haven’t heard from their mechanic but overall I am happy it was easy to get a car and my car payments aren’t too bad. Happy to have found this place and get a upgrade.

I went to rock solid on Friday 9/11/20 and I had a great experience! Thomas and Dutch went above and beyond to help me. Even though extenuating circumstances prevented me from driving away in a car that day. They stayed 2 hours after they closed to help me and when I told them I just couldnt afford a vehicle at the moment they refunded my down payment no questions asked. I will definitely go back to these guys when I so have the ability to purchase a vehicle! Thank you guys so much

Worst place i could have possibly purchased a car from! Thinking id have a friendly visit with a good experience turned into a nightmare! Then when my tags expired they denied me another 45 day permitSince they failed to even send my plates out in the mail and lied to me stating they had already been sent out. It took us a long haul to even get another permit, they tried to tell me MVD has a law where you Could drive around even 45 days after the tag expired. This dealership is full of lies & excuses, dont come here!

Bought a car at Glendale loc. We had to go to Mesa location, pick it up and drive it to Glendale to fill out papers. After several hours and waiting for the video to be fixed we walked out with car, signed contract but didnt give us a copy . Said they would email it. Over a month later and no copy of our contract, both Rock Solid and the Finance company say its not their problem we dont have copy of agreement. But Im sure they still want all their payments. Dont know what dates they are all due. Dont go to Glendale location.

Omg I would give this place no stars if i could. They are A horrible company. They sell lemons for way more than they are worth. The cars they sell are always something wrong with them. I know because my sister and I both got a car from them. They are suppose to give you a rental car within 48 hours of Dionsing your car but they have you waiting for 5 whole days because they claim to be to busy to look at your car and diagonse it. payments are also way to high for cars that are not that great. I dont reccomand this place to anyone AT ALL

I have purchased three other cars from rock solid Auto but at their Mesa location with ZERO issues at all. I DO RECOMMEND GOING THERE. We go to this location on Glendale because its closer to my home, Im so disgusted of how at the end they refused to place gas in the car because it was on E when we got it. . It wasnt until I compared service quality to Mesa thats when they gave my husband and I two Five dollar bills for gas. The guy Elliot didnt have much experience, I had to help him with no issue but its not my job to do his job for him. He wouldnt explain to my husband the process even though I already knew how it was going to go but I didnt know if their policies have changed so I left it up to the ELLIOT. They gave us the car unwahsed, not clean. I gave them a chance and they have messed up. Im going be getting my service checked at Mesa with this car.

Rock Solid dont even deserve 1 star, terrible company.I don’t recommend anyone to this place. They will shut the car off the next day after payment is missed. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

My wife and I were interested in buying a car a suv as we have three children, after spending close to 9 hours at the dealership they sold the car right in front of our faces to some people who had just came in. So we take the only other suv on the lot a 2012 Chevy equinox while test driving we told them there seemed to be a performance issue which we were told no we have personally drove this car for two weeks it’s great! So we purchased immediately the car started having issues we had to drive it back and forth to the dealership because there was also a mistake in paper work. All though the people there are very nice it’s unfair we are stuck with a vehicle that is clearly not reliable when the check engine light came on two weeks after purchase it was put into a shop for a day and a half at the time of pick up I drove it around the parking lot hearing the same sound that it was previously making. And one exit away on the highway the check engine light came back on they told me the same part they just replaced failed again the exhaust cam shaft engine sensor. So now it is back in the shop. I do not recommend buying here unless you are a mechanic I called several shops to even see if this makes sense and was told NO there is a underlying issue causing the sensor to keep failing. We are so frustrated and it feels like no one is listening.

Ripped off a nineteen year old young lady first car going into military in July. Shes broke down do many times. Youve run her all over the dam car is a lemon sad during such a trying time you would take advantage. I hope no one does this to your daughter if something should happen to her broke down make it right

I don’t recommend anyone to this place, the sales man “ Elliot “ I had is very unprofessional he doesn’t know what he’s doing & every time I had a question about them adding their liability insurance on top of my payment after I’ve told him plenty of times I have full coverage kiddo. He said sorry I don’t understand that and you’ll have to call “ CSA “ he’s rude and I don’t recommend anyone to go to him maybe if they had a better sales representatives I would send people to them but Elliot was not the guy for me sorry .
