Honestly this was the best first experience Ive had with buying a car. Although it was used me and my girlfriend got a 2015 Chevy Traverse and they did there absolute best to get it to a much lower price than what they had initially stated it was gonna be. Brennan Boutelle was pactient with our selection of a vehicle and found better vehicles for us to fit out pricing. So definitely go to him and get a vehicle if you need one cause they will work with you .

Went there for one specific vehicle, called repeatedly and again the day of to make sure it was available(the call was suspicious, they kept asking me if I was willing to look at other options so Im guessing they knew my car wasnt available). Sure enough, I get there after driving an hour from my house and said they had already sold it before that day. Then they try to get me into a more expensive car because my loan was flexible and they were desperate to make a sale even when I repeatedly told them my budget. I had no choice but to wait around because I was waiting for a ride since I was expecting to leave with the car I went in for. The salesman was clearly annoyed when I left, as if its my fault I didnt want a car 2x more expensive. Then, I got a call later in the week saying they messed up and they still had the car if I could come in by a certain day/time. Tried to get me to put a deposit down for it when I had never even seen the damn thing. Yeah, no thanks. This was back in January and Im still getting spam calls from them. As if I would want to do business six months later. At least it reminded me to leave a review of my experience so thanks for that.
Great place with a lot of vehicles. Clean inside and outside. Personable and friendly staff. Worked with Danny, had a great experience. Would definitely recommend them and Danny specifically, not forceful or overbearing at all, just helpful people selling cars and trucks if you want them. They also have trade in options. Suggest checking them out if youre in the market for a new vehicle.
They do not listen to you when you speakthey will pressure you into higher payments than you even try forhave some respect for yourself and pass over this dealership. there are many others and this one is god awful as far as customer service goes.
Salesman was polite over the phone. He happened to meet us outside when we pulled up. Gave me the keys, just asked if I had my license on me. Didnt verify or make a copy, hope we were covered by their insurance. Road test was a couple miles, all city; which was just fine. I was going through the car, realised the interior was pretty grimy. I even found a cell phone case in a seat back pocket. Sat down to talk numbers, then presented something $6k higher thank advertised, which included a $2700 reconditioning fee. I said no, absolutely not and started to get up. He then asked what it would take. I gave my number, plus fuel, interior, and exterior. He hand wrote all that. As he was doing that, I got a call I had to take. As Im on the phone, he wants me to sign a hand written contract. I ignored him and then left. Moral: they are typical used car dealership. Going to get you in on a good deal, and then try take you for everything youre worth.
