Called to ask about a car availability, told car was available. They asked if i was coming down and i said yes Im leaving now, she said see you in a little while. I live an hour and 20 minutes away. Got in the car and headed there. When we arrived the same girl tells us they transported the car to another lot because someone was interested in it. I explained that i had just called and said i was coming to look at it, and she replied yes i know Im the one you talked to. But we cant hold a car without a deposit. I was not informed of this on the phone even though i let them know i was on my way! Totally unapologetic, rediculous way to run a business!

From the moment we arrived at the lot, the customer service was apparent. Ana asked us what we were looking for and only showed us cars we would get approved for. Every step of the way Ana went above and beyond for us! My husband is a veteran and our income is fixed but we dont get pay stubs like everyone else. Despite the red tape that comes along with dealing with the VA, Ana was so kind and patient and understanding. We left with an SUV just like we wanted, a GMC Terrain, and are very happy with our vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends. Ana is an excellent employee with a huge heart and great customer service skills! She is a huge asset to this dealership.

This Place Blessed me! Billy and the ladies treated me with such kindness and fought to get me the Best loan. I was a little down after leaving DriveTime, they could help, said I was approved and yet I walked out with nothing only disappointment. Do not buy cars are lemons better off keeping current car

Would give zero stars if it was an option. I bought a car about a month ago from sun city cars in glendale got an approval made my my down payment bought insurance etc. Weeks later they call harrasing me and my family and friends saying they need the car back because financing didnt go through and if I didnt return it they will be reporting the car stolen and when I return it ill be charged a restocking fee and 35 cents per mile. I reached out to the finance company directly and the informed me that the dealership pull the car deal back not them (after running my credit numerous times and getting an approval) and they had nothing to do with that process. I call to speak with the general manager or owner but they refuse to let you talk to the owner or wont give his contact information only thing they say is bring in the car. I offer to pay the cash price which is 9000 (keep in mind I put down 3500) and they say if I put another 5000 down they can finance me through another bank! The car had bad tires and no headlights bulbs that worked and I had gotten everything fixed as well. I wouldnt recommend doing business with this place, spoke with an attorney and everything about this was illegal from the beginning currenting filing a complaint with the BBB

BUYER BEWARE !!!! Purchased a hummer for my little sister after 6 months tru k started having mgr issues!I took the vehicle to the Chevrolet dealership it was there for an entire year they could not find the problem! Hummer would shut off while driving had every part under the Sun fixed they sold me a Lemon I surrendered the car to the finance company and now I still owe do not buy a car from this place they are lemons! Only rated at 1 star because that was the only way I could leave a review otherwise they would be in the negative

My daughter purchased a Dodge Charger. Shortly after 3 months the motor went out. They wanted to charge $2200 to install another motor, because the warranty expired at exactly 3 months. When my dad went to pick up car on a dolly, they loaded the wrong car ( Saturn). My dad had to take the wrong car back and pick up the Charger. They would not work in trying to help with car. Poor Custmer Service and rip offs. Would never refer anyone there.

Decent car. Lasted me about a year before it had a few problems which was expected when buying a previously owned vehicle. I have just 2 complaints. 1. You have to go in and pay cash which is pretty inconvenient when you work a 9-530pm job,(Saturdays basically my only option) and 2. They havent reported one single payment to the credit bureau. But at the end of the day i would still recommend sun city cars to a friend.

Yesenia, the manager of that office, has theeee worst customer service skills. The woman barely lets me finish a sentence before answering me with bs and her minions just dont say anything besides I will have to call Yesenia... So frustrating. 1st of all we bought the car in July from there other site off Van Buren but we have to go all the way to Glendale for everything. Several times we have gone for some reason or other a few on their request just to be told come back tomorrow. Did I mention we live 4 cities away from Glendale. Didnt get plate/tags until October just in time for them to expire yesterday (11/30) when I paid $80 for registration the day I got the car. Let me not even start on how the car is completely falling apart, literally!!! Had to clean out the car cause it was full of the previous owners personal belongings, pay for an oil change, have had 3 blow-outs so far probably because all 4 tires were different sizes, most of the fastener were missing as I noticed when the door panels started falling off. Oh and my car has been red flagged as a drug dealers vehicle so Ive been pulled over several time now!!! That is just the tip of the glacier. Either way I plan on making a call to the attorney general and their dealership license will be in jeopardy, why not my license is also in jeopardy as I am now driving around with no registration and no tags. I fell in love with the car a month before I even test drove it. The engine is great and the a/c was perfect (especially in July!!). Just super unhappy with their service or lack thereof so, naturally hate for the first car I have ever bought is taking over. :( But she said I cant trade it in for a year and a half! Haa..

Took my car the same day i lost my job even thou the payments are up to days would not work with me and was very rude. They hung up on me when i was trging to talk to them. The tow truck guy said they are doing me wrong cuz i have all the paperwork stating my payments.

Do not buy from this place nothing but crooks including the owner Im not posting this because I couldnt get a car or anything Im posting because I did get a car and it turned out that they gave me a fake carfax the car had been in an accident and been used as a taxi car and had 5 owners and the car fax they gave me was zero accidents 2 owners and it was never used as a taxi so I went back they wouldnt help told me to bad its already done so I called the bank and the bank manager just told me sometime you win some sometimes you loose some soon I found out that the banker and the owner of the lot were golfing buddies so they more than likely have there little scam going dont buy here

I will never do business with this car lot again they sold me a unsafe truck this is my only vehicle and they want me to leave it for a day or to do not buy from them
