I came into Baker Bros two weeks before moving into my house. Kathryn was able to find me a carpet that I love with a super nice pad that was available to be installed before I moved in. No small feat! She even came to my house on her day off to take measurements. All this for under the price of the Home Depot carpet I was planning on going with that was still weeks out to even come get measurements for! Im super happy with the results and love my new carpet!

Originally ordered carpet at a big box store. When it arrived it was defective and we canceled the order. Kathryn and team did an amazing job in getting new carpet ordered and installed faster than expected. The quality of the product and installation was second to none!

I had a great experience at Baker Bros. Before going in, I did a fair amount of research on the type of flooring I wanted. The sales associate, Deb Nelson, was very knowledgeable and helpful, quickly finding types of luxury vinyl plank that fit my specific criteria, such as at least a 20 mls wear layer and no transition T-molding required for the square footage of my home. She let me take home samples to better visualize how it would look. When I called and emailed with more questions, Deb was very responsive. Once the flooring was ordered, Baker Bros kept me updated on the shipping and receiving process. In addition Deb later followed up on how everything went. Im pleased with my experience and LOVE that my new flooring is waterproof and durable, feels softer than tile, is easy to clean, has a commercial grade wear-layer, came at a great price (it was on sale) and looks amazing!

We recently had Baker Brothers install tile in our new home. Kathryn helped us through the whole process and was wonderful. The other ladies at the store were also very friendly. Victor did a great job installing the tile and we are very happy with how beautiful it turned out. We even went back for a custom made rug that goes perfectly with the new flooring. We will be using Baker Brothers for any of our future needs.

Deb Nelson was excellent to work with. Baker Bros offers a huge selection with wide color and style variations. Deb supported us with good suggestions and wonderful insight. We placed our order easily and delivery of our 775+sqft order was on time and in great condition. Their tile is a better grade, thickness, and rectified, and a broader selection of colors than any other flooring or tile shops we visited.

The owners (Phil) response to my wifes review is simply false. They claim that we backed-out of the project because it was more than our budget but the truth is that Baker Bros simply didnt want to do the job. They never gave us an estimate for the extra floor prep. The salesperson told us they would not do the job because they could not warranty the work. We politely asked for our deposit back, the salesperson said she would but now the owner refuses to refund our $75. This has been going on for two months now. Stupid and unfair policy in this case.

We came in to Baker Bros on a whim but Carol, a design consultant, engaged us and helped us look through different rugs which we were thinking about, but not seriously, at that time. She was so upbeat, friendly and positive and we really enjoyed this about her. We found a rug that we really liked and after all our new furniture arrived, we decided this particular rug would give our new furnished room a whole new look, and this rug did. Really love how it blends and stands out at the same time and we were really grateful for Carols great sales expertise. Just an enjoyable sales woman without feeling pressured in any way. Thanks Carol for all your help.

Horrible company to work with. They charged us $75 for an estimate and than declined to do the job. Was told by Carol that we would get a full refund but the owner Phil will not do it. Recommend never to use this company. Use someone else for your flooring needs

Having been a previously satisfied customer, we used Baker Bros again to recarpet our guest suite. Kathryn Cates helped us pick out a great carpet and pad in our budget, she came to the house to pre-measure and draw out the design to get the most accurate estimate. The scheduling was good and timelines were met. The installer was very professional and did a great job. We have some extra carpet due to the room shape that we will have Kathryn bind into an area rug for us, they do a great job at that too!

Installer was late 2 out of the 4 days. Did not clean up outside, left globs cement all over.Did not sweep debris after each day.Installer ran out of grout, and we had to go buy a couple bags.Installation was good.

Great service, friendly staff, good prices. Ordered carpeting for two bedrooms on a Friday, and by noon Saturday it was installed. Remarkable. I would highly reccomend Baker Brothers.
