The manager and employees are the most helpful & polite staff I’ve ever encountered at a T-Mobile. They genuinely empathize with the customer’s issues and to above and beyond to resolve them. Great store, I come here every time I need them & they’re fantastic.

Griselda and staff were very good at the time I entered and went beyond my expectations. She not only diagnosed my problem but provided a solution that included a 5G phone upgrade through a T-Mobile promotion. I am more than satisfied, and T-Mobile now has a long term customer, by choice.

Came to this store to upgrade my phone. Lily greeted me and took care of me. She was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was polite every step of the way. Griselda came by to make sure I understood everything that was happening and working. Highly recommend coming to this store with all your needs and ask for these two ladies!

Best customer service Ive ever experienced especially at a store. They where so friendly and really caring of my situation. They where efficient and also was the cleanest store Ive walked into since covid started. As someone who works in the medical field its nice to know that I am safe when I walk in. I will only come to this store if I ever need anything. The staff was also very polite, friendly, very informative and knowledgeable about the products.

Griselda, has been amazing she helped us with adding a new line. It was seamless. She knows her stuff. I came back for more tech help and she worked magic. Her additude wonderful and her customer service is bomb!

Great experience with Spenser and the crew just now. Very professional, very competent and friendly. Honestly I had the best experience going to this store. The customer service was amazing and I was in and out of there before I knew it. Midalia was the representative who helped me and by far exceeded my expectations based on previous experiences at mobile phone stores. I couldnt be more satisfied then I was today! I really appreciate Midalia trying her hardest to recover my photos after my phone was dropped in pool. Unfortunately we werent able too. And Spencer was very thorough on explaining the difference in phones. They helped get me into a new phone the same day. They were both kind, patient and got me outta there in a timely manner. I had some problems with my current phone ...it was dead and I came to T-Mobile and I worked with Gigi and Lily and they were absolutely amazing women and they made everything seem very simple and easy and I now have a working new phone I would highly recommend T-Mobile 59th avenue and the 101 to anyone and I will also help promote them with current customers and new customers

The sales person (Griselda) was new and knocked it out of the park. I traded in my old iPhone 8 for a 12 mini and they were able to keep their ground on my questions and look me in the eye. Buying a phone is a long process, and the days of walking in buying a Razr in and out are long gone. Just know, you will be here for awhile and it is NOT the employees fault.

2nd time upgrading at this location. Thank you Spencer for making the transfer and upgrade effortless. Kirby was also quite insightful as well.

Josiah the assistant manager was the one who helped sign me up. He was very knowledgeable and helped me find the best deal that fit my needs. Always great service. Everrytime I come here for new phones or accessories i am always met with smiling faces. I have had Esmeralda help me many times she is very knowledgeable and a great help. Every time we have exchange student we make this our first stop from the airport to get them online and plugged in. I appreciate she always takes the extra step to help our students. Today I got Kim who also provided excellent service when I was trying to get a dead phone revived, I ended up getting a new phone and one for myself. Kim helped me look at phones and provided a nice personal touch by helping me with my transfer of my old phone data. She was very courteous and explained the process and made sure I was comfortable with the transfer. I will continue as I have to utilize this location for my needs, not only because its closer to my, but for the customer service.

My phone stopped working this morning. Went to this store. Esmeralda was amazing. Went helped me get a new phone with little money out the door. She set up my new phone, put the screen protector on for me. So easy in and out the door so fast! Great location and customer service! I highly recommend this location.
