After visiting the store, I decided to upgrade my phone and look into an Apple Watch. The employee ran the numbers and said I was eligible for $250 off of a watch since I got a phone, so it was a no brainier. While running final numbers of what I owed and how much needed to be paid up front, I was informed they’d waive activation and upgrade fees ($80 total) and I just had to come in when my bill populates to get that handled. I turned in my old phone so they could ship it back to Verizon. The very next day, I get a call saying to come pick up my phone because I have to ship it myself..... doesn’t sound right. I call Verizon to figure this out and because the employee had used their own email, it locked out the trade in. After two weeks of actual Verizon trying to remedy the situation, Verizon stores opened back up and I got that taken care of solo with no help from TCC. Fast forward to bill population. I go in to get the credits I was told I’d be given for activation fees. I was told “we’ll handle it”. Days go by and nothing is done so I call in. Same response of “It wasn’t done? We’ll handle it”. More days go by and still nothing so I physically go in. Same response. Picking up on a trend? Over the course of two weeks, same response and same result. Nothing. Oh, and that $250 off? Not the case. Just a sales tactic. My advice? Go to an actual Verizon store where they’ll actually take care of you.
Avoid this store! Spoke to Giovani about a new iPhone 12 pro and was looking to trade in an iphone from T-mobile. At the end of the deal his numbers did not match what we had discussed earlier and tried to back track by saying I said something different. The whole situation was a big headache and I’m still trying to correct after 2 weeks with Verizon customer service. Ended up having to go to the T-mobile store downstairs in the mall and the employees at T-mobile had nothing good to say about the Verizon TCC store upstairs from shady sales personal, incorrect sale promos and the list goes on!

I went to ask for a new plan and the salesperson was trying to sell me what he wanted. Then a couple months later, went to cancel my account, the salesperson told me that since i just notified him didnt have to do nothing else. When to different company and got service, to my surprise Verizon send me a bill to months later cause I didnt cancel on time according to them. BS, I did within 1 day so bottom line they send me to collection. So they may have good coverage, but they have poorly customer service for not calling them something else.

Dreary store in a half empty mall. I hate Apple products since they are made in the Coronavirus capital(China),and the selection sucks of Samsung phones.
Went in to try to get a plan for 3 phones. Sat there 10 minutes. No Hello or be with you in a moment. Nothing. But 2 other people come in 10 minutes after me and are approached. Talked too. I will find another place to go.
Very frustrating. Ordered second phone. Took about 90 minutes to get through all the talking and logistics. Was told it would be in in 1-2 days and I’d get a call. I called the store several times over 2 weeks, no phone. Called the 800 number 3x. Had to give up twice after being on hold 45 minutes. Third time got a rude rep, asked for a manager. After an hour on the phone was told phone was delivered almost two weeks ago, and if I didn’t go right away to get phone (drop everything I was doing) they were unsure of how long phone could be held.Going to get phone next day (today) and hoping this fiasco and time suckage is finally over. Literally wasted about 5 hours of my time due to incompetence and people not keeping their word.

We got Verizon and they said the bill was going to be 310 dollars and we have been getting bills of 400 an 500 dollars and we were with Geovanni he is the worst employee there we have had many problems with him an it like 4 or 5 hours to get new phones never got to that store

Aydimi was so very helpful and patient. We are senior citizens and have a difficulty with learning the phones and tablets. She surely has the patience of a saint. I most assuredly will refer her to our friends and neighbors.

Richard was absolutely amazing! I went to have Verizon help me activate cellular data on my iPad, and Richard helped me with another issue. He was very concerned about my problem and was so knowledgeable and helpful. If I ever have another cell phone issue, I will head right to Arrowhead Mall and see Richard. What a wonderful employee—so efficient. Richard is the man!!
I came in to get a replacement battery with an older phone and Jeff ended up getting me a new phone. Unfortunately I needed to return the device today and I returned the phone expecting the usual hassle of a return. Jeff and the rest of the staff was just as pleasant during the return. Highly recommend Jeff and this location for a wonderful experience.

Customer service was beyond my expectations!!! Aydimi was so helpful and so sweet. Her goal wasn’t just to make a sale instead she presented us with options for the best deal. On top of that, she even let my son watch YouTube kids on her personal phone while our phones were being occupied with the upgrade process. She made sure all of our data/info was transferred and even placed the screen protectors. I highly recommend this particular location because of the quality customer service Aydimi provided.

Such a good experience, I originally got told I would need a new phone after mine over heated and wouldnt turn on. However after about an hour of trying to let it cool off I came back ready for the worst, a girl name Angel did a manual restart and fixed it, and was so sweet when I accidentally set an alarm off by plugging it in. She was very nice and helpful the entire time and even showed me how to fix it incase I have further issues. 10/10 she deserves a raise! ❤❤❤

Went to Arrowhead Mall Verizon around noon today. The two men working didnt greet us until after we said hello to them. We asked them if they had iPhone XR and they immediately said no we are out from the holidays. They didnt offer to order online or look up other stores. Hopefully these two do not work on commission, they will not make any money .We did go to another store today at Desert Ridge. We were helped by a lovely lady. We bought an iPhone XR an XS Max, two apple watches, and all the accessories, and a google home mini. All of which are being shipped to us because they are also out. Which we are fine with.
Jeff was awesome. He was really helpful and helped me understand a lot that the store by me would not take 5 minutes to tell me. Will recommend him to everyone.

Dont purchase the liquid phone screen protector that claim they will pay your deductible. I shattered my phone screen out on the oilfields. The company(not verizon) refused my claim saying I never signed up. I spent $100 on a invisible phone screen and simple case. Next time I will just get another otterbox. Your representatives assured me this is better. Get rid of that snake oil product out of your stores.

She helped my friend and I very quickly and even upsold me on a cute phone case and screen protector ! She was very educated and able to answer any question. During the process we had a great time with her and Aydimi who made the experience fun and easy. I would drive out of my way to come to this location and work with them again. I had a problem with my card declining and it just started a whole slew of problems after we already went through the whole process of setting everything up but chris was super chill about it and helped me more than I could ask for.
I had questions about everything...how to backup my photos and videos, move files from my phone to the cloud, move files from my phone to a laptop...Not only did Anthony answer all of them, he NEVER made me feel like an idiot during the process! How cool is THAT?!

I just got a note 8 30 days ago made my first payment called this store and spoke with a Jacquelyn I asked her if they were having a problem with black screens with this phone and i had to force reboot the phone which I had already done but it also wakes me in the morning which since I had black screen did.Her response was when I asked how were they handling this I was told I only had one man come in with this problem. So file an insurance claim if you have insurance. Since our return policy is 14 days. I wasnt asking for a new phone nor would I ever deal with this store again. The sarcasm and the way she spoke with me was horrible. I have been a customer service manager for 8 years and would of been pulling any of my employees into the office if they treated someone like that with the sarcasm and condescending attitude. I will contact an actual Verizon store and let them know about this authorized dealer and let them know the rudeness of this one staff person.
