This place is ridiculous and overly complicated. They require every aspect of personal info (full name, adress, credit card etc..) just to place an order for PICKUP. Beyond that Veronica on the phone doesn’t seem like she likes working here as her attitude was dry and unhelpful. I Had to hang up on this mess and just buy a reasonable gift. (Was def the right choice)

The lady was very sweet. Shared a sample w us. Very pleasant visit.Was able to purchase what had left last min purchase for mothets day. Only thing kept me from doing 5 stars was wanted a normal day item there $5 cup chocolate marshmallows to try and do to it being mothers day they had not made them. The chocolate strawberries are good thou really big, juice has dark chocolate taste and even there mothers day sign is edible.plus got a balloon. Total $60 after tax.

They taste normal but prices are way to expensive!! (My friend had bought some before me arriving)The thing is it isnt rich chocolate its normal white and regular chocolate. I kept getting emails and Christmas is around the corner so I thought, let me check this out. Then I said never mind with these prices I could of just bought them a gift.So I dont understand why the prices are sky rocket. If you have time you can literally make it at home with store bought items. I mean if you can afford it every-time by all means go ahead. I feel they should lower prices they would get more costumers. Nobody wants to pay $50-175 for a three pack of covered apples. RIDICULOUS! You guys arent using home made chocolate? So whats so special that you feel like you have to up prices, when you only give us small portions.

The fruit and chocolate are great, but they have a specifically limited selection for mothers day, and $60 for 12 strawberries is always a rough concept for a man.

Debbie was the most rude person Ive ever spoke to on the phone. She should be fired and never work in customer service. I tried to use a birthday box reward. She proceeded to give me the run around because she was probably too lazy to make the box (because its a free box). Thanks for the terrible customer service Debbie! Choose a different location when going with Edible Arrangements.

Ordered balloons for my daughters birthday today. We wanted the package that comes with balloons. The order was received by my daughter without the balloons. We called the store on Bell Road (53rd and Bell) at 11:05 am thinking they would be able to send someone back with the balloons. NO....they think its acceptable to give us a credit of $13.00 and not fulfill the order. Its not about the money its about what we wanted and it would have been nice to get what we paid for in full. Next time send someone back with the balloons and keep your $13.00 dollars. Its appears based on all the bad reviews on Google this franchise owner does NOT care. I will be calling the main franchise corporation for Edible.

This particular location is top notch! They are reliable and they have very attentive and friendly staff. They have become my go-to for birthdays, holidays, and get-well-soons!! I’ve been using them for months and am so thankful they’ve remained open during the pandemic. Thank you all for everything you do!

Can we talk about the incredibly dangerous, negligent driving your delivery person was doing driving down Union Hills around 1:15pm on 7/25? Driving 30+ over speed limit swerving in and out of traffic, cutting people off, no blinkers. Come on, guys. Do better.

I ordered at approximately noon. With the understanding that it’s Valentine’s Day and my order would take awhile to be delivered. Me & my wife we’re trying to send her sister a little gift at work. Well after she got off we attempted to call and change the address but we haven’t gotten through. We started calling at 4 and it’s almost 6:30. There’s no reason a store like this should have someone on hold for 2+ hours. And I’m only saying 2+ because that’s what we are at right now, could be even longer because they haven’t answered the phone yet!!! If I could give no stars I would. We called HQ and are having the same issue. Oh wow and as I am typing this review someone answered the line at the store and hung up on me! Unbelievable. I will never use this location again. If you are trying to do something nice for someone else I suggest better more reliable options.

Please dont order from this store staff dont know what they r doing and when i asked to speak to a manager first the employee said why maybe I can help you and after 10 minutes of explaining she said let me get the manager without even trying to help me. Manager gets on the phone super rude and I can tell shes having a bad day so she took it on me and start making excuses and she even blamed the corprate because they under staffed and short of drivers instead of trying to make my Situation better she said Ill give you the number to corporate call them and make a complaint. Super rude and un professional

I ordered my arrangement online. Then day order was supposed to be delivered I received an email that the order had been delivered. It was a mothers day gift, my mom has yet to receive her arrangement. I attempted to call the store several times since I am out of state, kept getting hung up on and my mom is without her arrangement.

Cool but expensive

I know I did order last minute a small box of chocolate dipped strawberries but my order still hasn’t arrived. They said their was only 5 orders that are being sent out for the day and said my order will be delivered at 1pm but it hasn’t. I called 3 times this afternoon and they keep pushing back my delivery time. Why am I paying you $15 for delivery? Seriously? I’m not ordering from you guys again.And my chocolate strawberries better not be melted!

I have ordered from edible arrangements about 7 times. And every time I have to call their office around 2:30 and let them know my wifes about to leave work and has still not received. I always ask for a reasonable delivery time because I buy enough fruit to feed her office and every time my wife comes home with a $130 worth of fruit that we watch go bad in our refrigerator. I understand they dont guarantee delivery times But if I Specify a reasonable timeframe and you cant make it happen then dont take my money. After 7 times I have finally learned my lesson

Placed an order early in the morning, I know its Valentines Day and theyre extremely busy but to not have my order delivered at all is just ridiculous. Especially after I called several times throughout the day to make sure everything was ok because I was worried the driver would have trouble getting on base to make the delivery. I was assured several times that the order was on its way and I waited patiently for nothing to be delivered.Uriel was very nice and reassured me it was all ok but there is no excuse for my order to not arrive. I will be calling them back during work hours to get my money back.
