I cant fined a worlds to describe how they welcome you with there delicious chocolates to taste they always fresh, Im not talking yet about the wrappings, those colors taking you to wonderland. I cant imagine me going somewhere else after finding and trying this place years ago. Thank you for all this

I am giving them two stars just for chocolate, I cant believe they forgot my order! It was ordered for baptism ceremony, to be picked up the same day! I placed my order a month earlier to make sure it will be ready on time! But they simply lost it! They just put some chocolate in a box and gave them to me, with a smile. The owner said: Sorry, we are human we may forget! Right! But at least it would be nice to offer discounts or store credits. Even when I asked them to wrap the box, the owner told me sorry we are busy! ...for sure this was the last time I will order from them I wont risk another ceremony! And if you want to order from them, make sure to pick up your order a week earlier, in case they forget, you may have time to order from somewhere else!

My husband received a box for xmas 2 years ago. Ive been hooked ever since. The prices are very high. We are low income. But it is worth it. If I was rich Id order a pound a week. Customer service is top notch. I love this place!

This place is hands down amazing. Me and my dad were treated with respect and kindness. Not to mention the hospitality, and of course, the chocolate, the best ive tasted. 10/10 would recommend going there again.

The chocolates are always fresh and quality never compromised. And customer service is of highest level and even during these unprecedented times none of their services are compromised!!! Still quality chocolates and still very high service!!! I called today to place a last minute order at 11am and they delivered my items by 12:30pm!!! Delicious dark chocolates ice cream simply delicious. I dont mind having it daily! Dark chocolates of probably 40 percent range as it has added sugar. However, its just nice to consume

Wonderful product accompanied by wonderful customer service. My chocolates arrived in wonderful condition and far exceeded any expectation, immaculately made for the price point. By far the worst customer service. Went for a good occasion walk out very disappointed. Service is very inhumanely. Doesnt matter who you are, they need to treat all as one.
