I love how this place is so organize, clean and they have chocolate tasting.I ordered their chocolates and strawberry dipped with chocolate. Its not that sweet which is good. I love the taste of the dark chocolate.Customer service is great too!

Gigi was very sweet and inviting when we were tentatively staring in the door. She let us try samples of the chocolate. I’m not the type of person normally to spend $40 on chocolate but these are truly delicious and I quite enjoyed picking out which to get and talking to Gigi. I definitely recommend this place!

Can we please talk about Hot Chocolate?! Oh my gosh, if you are in the mood for a premium hot chocolate experience then you Ethel M Chocolates is a must!!! They steam whole milk to get it to the perfect temperature and real melted chocolate to make it chocolatey. It is the best-best. Everytime I took a sip I was totally surprised by the mouth feel. Smooth, warm, and flavorful with no grit or bitter aftertaste. At $3.00 for a cup, its also nicely priced. This is a must try.

Lovely spot. Delicious chocolate and helpful people. It’s like a good version for see’s candy. We got a few bags of the chocolate covered espresso beans as gifts and are very happy with the purchase.

Service is excellent thanks to the friendly staff. Milk and white chocolate pieces are creamy and rich, maybe a tad too sweet for some. Chocolate is on the pricey side though not as pricey as Godiva, but the truffles are much smaller. I hope they do well, but with the competition in the Galleria, it wont be easy.

So happy they are here now!!! Try the tasting experience. It is really fun!
