Remember going to the mall... then going to the mall with your kids to get out of the heat... then just going to get out of the house? Arrowhead is still open and vibrant! We were so excited to see all the shops open and people shoping and eating mall food. It was quite comforting in these COVID times.

Great mall! Clean and good! Provides good shopping experience.The music though..too LOUD and its the same music ALL DAY EVERYDAY! they need to change the playlist

It was tons of people but great experience here. This was a first time in at least one of the malls in Arizona. Going to try to venture out to other ones and get more photos. I am going to come back to this one. There were a bunch of sales and store I wanted to go to. So next time Ill update my photos. But here is one at least of Banana Split w/ coconut and pineapple and raspberry white chocolate and chocolate truffles. 😋 A must try combo that left me wanting to come back. Hope you try it the young lady that helped me was amazing and so sweet. She was very nice to ask on the amount of whip on top. Not a huge fan when there is a lot. She did the right amount.

The mall layout has 3 pretzel shops next to stores. They need to be IN the food court. Me and my nephew got Wetzel’s, then had to walk all the way to the food court to sit down. Other than that, great mall. Better than fiesta mall and desert sky.

Times have changed evolution has occurred. The mall is not the same as I once remembered. Though do not take my advice to be your answer thus preventing you and or others to visit Arrowhead Towne center yourself or with others. I will mention within the last 6 months, I visited this location maybe 5 - 10 times and each time I felt surrounded by smiles, laughter, Joy, friendship, and perfect role model families.Even if you just visit this town center on your own, just take a stroll throughout the entire Mall. If any of the businesses you happen to pass by catches your eye, dont hesitate to walk right in to that store and explore. Ask questions if you have any and I bet an employee will Happily answer.. without a single doubt.*If you are a Family on a low budget, bored, needing to get out of the House. Bring enough funds, or your plastic rectangle and discuss with your partner (Highly Encourage including.. with encouragement, of course, do not pressure them. Theyll make them feel included. Allow them the opportunity to speak to their mind, it is scientifically proven that the more we learn at an early stage in life, the more intellectual we shall become.

Great place. Prices are affordable. Had an excellent 1hr back and shoulder deep tissue massage. I was sore, and tensed. Left feeling great in my lower back and shoulders.

I had so much fun here!!! My friends and I spent about 2 hours taking photos. The staff was super friendly. They gave us so many ideas for photos. I’m definitely coming back. 10/10 recommended!

Very nice mall. Great shops and food court and is in a good location. Scottsdale Fashion Square is even nicer but I still gave Arrowhead 5 stars.

Great mall, take my grandson there to play, then shop one of the many stores if hes a good boy. Very positive social environment, even the teenagers are respectful and polite, not present in other malls weve visited. Im proud of all of those l encountered, especially when they thanked me for my service, it meant a lot to see that. Thank you

I really enjoyed my visit at this mall! It’s a beautiful place! Still gets busy and has very few vacant stores which is awesome! This mall is very clean and looks modern. I love malls and it’s nice to see that this beautiful mall is still thriving! Unfortunately with very many malls throughout the country they are dying.

What a great mall experience. Definitely one of the nicer and larger indoor malls in the valley. I enjoy the different stores and food options. They have your big retail stores like dillards and Macys, as well as some original stores ice never seen before. Very clean as well!

I used to come here often because it was my favorite mall. However, most of the stuff here is overpriced and the workers here are really rude. I had a bad experience my last trip and will never return here.The store I went to was the dinosaur grill in the food court. The workers and owner were very rude. Ive decided to make my review to a good one because the mall should not suffer over one bad experience. just avoid the dinosaur grill.

I havent been to Arrowhead for a while a count of the pandemic but it was good to see that it was bustling lots of new stores lots of activity. Very good for our area

This place was crowded when I went, but ultimately, I love this location. It has plenty of store and food options. Theres not many restrooms, and I think they could use some more vending machines, but it really is a great shopping mall. I recommend going, just not on a Saturday and in the middle of the day like I did because it was crowded, and the pandemic is not over.

Jimmy in the shoe department was so very helpful for my husband and myself. He went out of his way to assist us in finding the right shoe. When two other associates put minimal effort and said we dont have your size, my husband who had been trying shoes on with Jimmy, said lets ask him. And sure enough, Jimmy ordered my shoes for me. What an excellent employee and customer service he provided!!! 🙌

I cant believe how big this place is. Glad to see that malls are still in business! Lots of shops are open, very few are closed and/or out of business. Lots of people shopping and just hanging around.

My first time inside the mall in many years, I was there early to take advantage of the cool air inside and do some mall walking for an hour or so. Discovered quite a few stores Ive never heard of that looked very interesting, so I guess Ill be going back to see what theyre all about.

Arrowhead is still popular as it is aged with time itself. As an Arizonan seeing how it has changed throughout time, the business within this beautiful piece of architecture still remains as busy as it has been. This Mall has Alot to offer. From Jewelry to Restaurants, Clothing to Decorations, Your eyes will definitely see something worth looking for.Be Safe & Mask Up Arizona!!Much Love!

A great place to bring the whole family. Many stores and restaurants, however theyre a bit pricey than other malls.

Not nice clean mall like the layout everything simple to find. However the Hat Club employees were very rude and will not be back in that store but the employees at Lids extremely helpful kind and friendly

If you plan on going to JC Penney to try on womens clothing be prepared to wait in line at one fitting room.

I’ve been coming here since I was 13 and am 27 now it is the best mall in Arizona in my opinion and never has disappointed me. It’s very clean, the employees are nice, there’s a lot of stores and food choices to choose from. They do practice social distancing and people do wear masks. I definitely recommend coming here.

I go here to escape the heat in the summer, I usually buy a bag of pretzels and do some people watching. The food court is alright, it has your basic food court food. And they also have a summer concert series, which is cool. There is a AMC theater connected to the mall, which is nice but catch matinee because its cheaper. The mall still has a good variety of stores. A couple of large anchor stores did close down. But the mall is still surviving.

Nice mall half the people masked. Not to busy. Slight business. Friendly service by most vendors.

There are some really good shops in this place. One is the Kitchen Gourmet. i couldnt say enough about the variety of things sold, the courteous staff or how they do business without writing a book 📚😁. i was pleased to receive notification from them about an item i wanted that was out of stock being available...thank you girls, im making this a place to check in with often. 🥳

The best mall in the valley. My daughter and I live in Prescott but always hit up Arrowhead when we come down..Great stores, friendly people..theres often activities or holiday events packing the mall with customers in good spirits.

One of the biggest malls I’ve been to in Arizona, they have a lot of options ( food court & stores), one thing that kinda ruined it for me, is being asked 8+ times if I need help looking for something etc, especially if it’s a small store like hot topic, I wasn’t in the store for at least 20 minutes, I would turn my back to look at something and BAM the same two employees asking me if I need help :) . Same thing happened in Victoria Secret, I Went to the pink section and the sales lady asked what size I needed help with, I told her I was just looking around & that I was fine. Then she asked me if I was sure i didn’t need any help after I told her two seconds ago I didn’t.

This buffet was absolutely amazing! It had most every type of seafood you could think of. We will be back to eat here again. The lunch buffet was $11.88. Wow, everything including crab legs/softshell crabs for $18 or so for dinner buffet. Its definitely a big bang for your buck!

I love the food court. Great stores inside. I visit Macys often. It may have what you are looking for, whether its personal or for a gift. Plenty of shopping. Theres plenty of parking. Accessible ramps and entrances.

Good to be out & about again. Picked up an online order and a treat from Chompies. Hard to choose!Not too busy, was able to park close to the entrance.

This mall used to be great, there were several options available not anymore, I guess the mall era is dying. Tanger outlets are much better now.

Prepare to walk because is a very big mall you have everything you want like apple store bath & body pink victoria secret Aldo the reason I’m giving 4 stars is because you don’t have a lot of option at the food court is very simple you don’t have a lot of choicesThe only restaurant inside the mall is Chompies if you want other options you must to go outside the mall which I think is ridiculous, and also they don’t have a nail salon inside the mall which I think is very inappropriate.

One of the best shopping malls has everything from main stream department store shopping to speciality stores. Easy access, easy to find, a little something for everyone.

I like the stores and the food court. I like this restaurant called chappie it reminds me of New Jersey/New York City. The food is good also.

Pretty nice mall with a pretty big selection of stores ... With several odd ball stores you dont see every where . Including a store packed full ( floor to ceeling ) of funko pops . Also a lego store . And in the food court there is also a place that sells boba ... And if you have never had boba before you deff need to give it a try

Always a nice air conditioned place to walk around.

It actually felt dangerous. There were unsupervised kids that were racing through the mall on both levels and were pushing people on the escalators. Not one security guard in sight.

Amazing experience with my nephew. They made sure everything was safe and overall it was a pleasant and safe feeling experience. We first thought it was going to be quiet and deserted and it ended up being packed and filled with joy. The Lord must have blessed this place. When I get another opportunity to go I will and make sure that I invite all the people that I can. What an experience good job for the people running that place. 👏👏

The mall itself is very nice problem is I cant find a place to put a review in on one of the stores by Dillards called reservalife/ Royal Bee on the first floor about three stores on the right before you enter Dillards. My other half was kind of pulled into the store where they put this eye cream under your eye and it takes away the wrinkles. Im going to try to keep this as short as possible but still give you information. The cream that they sell you is around 425 with tax, they tell you the tube of eye serum will last you 2 years, this is straight up BS and I will tell you why. First off in all honesty the cream does work but it will only last you about an hour or two. My other half was amazed with the results and I have to say it did work, so we went back to the store and I went with her, very very very high pressure sales, and if you ask any common sense questions, they will avoid truthful answers at all costs! Needless to say my other half was almost scammed! As I was looking on my phone I think they thought I was looking at reviews on the product at that exact moment my other half was reaching for her credit card wanting to purchase the product and they almost literally ripped the credit card out of her hand and ran up to the register to ring her up. They did ring her up, within about 20 seconds I told them to refund the credit card. Needless to say the girl was not happy at all so much so that she pulled my other half aside and I heard her say to my other half why dont we talk over here away from your husband. My other half really wanted to buy the product, what about 2 hours later she noticed that the effects of the eye serum were gone! Later in the day she must have thanked me a half a dozen times for demanding a refund because she would have indeed been scammed! I wish there was a place other than the better Business bureau to leave a review on this location and this product. The better Business bureau has received many complaints about people being ripped off for thousands of dollars believe it or not! I just want to help my fellow man / or woman, because I dont want to see vulnerable people being ripped off! This is a high dollar rip off scam which for me I want to get the news out even more. Bottom line, if you want to spend $425 for a tube of eye serum which by the way if you do unfortunately buy it make sure you check the tube because theres been reports that theyre not even completely full, but if this is what you want, I can tell you the eye serum will only last about an hour or two, and later when it dries it feels like somebody put a light coating of Elmers glue on your skin and let it dry like how Elmers glue becomes flaky. I also dont have any allergies in my skin is not sensitive but I cant tell you in about 3 hours my eye felt irritated for about the next 5 hours. Please please I dont want to see anyone get scammed stay away from this location and this product unless youre only looking for something that works for at most 2 hours and you want to spend $425. Dont do it folks please trust me! Again this review is under the Arrowhead Towne center mall and I can tell you that the mall itself is very nice and very clean I would give it five stars but unfortunately this is the only place I can leave a review for this particular business that is in this location.

This place is usually pretty packed, but even with that it’s a pretty awesome place that is up to date on basically everything!

A variety of reasons to visit this huge shopping complex. men, women and children Clothes,shoes, cometics,watches, you name it you have them.. A huge food court and drinks..

Best mall in PHX! A good variety of department stores (cant believe they got a Vans too!). Food court has a good variety. Panera Bread is great. Havent tried any of the other ones, but probably hitt the Greek food next trip. If youve got kids, the train near the Forever 21 store is cute and only $5 a ride. Ride lasts about 5 minutes, too. Not bad!! Plus, if u take the elevator up, theres a little carousel up there too. Its $1 a ride and only accepts dollar bills or quarters. Unfortunately, no change machine around either (!), but we bought a toy at the Disney Store downstairs and got some ones there.Its a nice way to spend the afternoon. Clean, classic mall. Well be back! RECOMMENDED.

How in the heck do I walk in and see 1 in 7 people not wearing a mask and nobody has an issue with this. This place is definitely safe and following CDC guidelines... not.
