Very helpful store for the finer things you may desire I found they had a big selection too plus some good deals around holidays everyone was aware of the trends and whats popular

I always have good experiences from this store. The staff always pay attention even when they are overwhelmed with many customers in the store, they always try to assist each and every customer as possible. They also have some good deals. I obviously love their shoes! I have 3 pairs from this store. Shout out to Cristina for the amazing customer service.

Everything is on sale! Up to 60% off....the watch i got is so different and fits my style so well....my wife got a really nice purse and wallet to match...on top of the % off we got an additional 15% off for how much we spent....it was crazy! So for the price of 1 item at original price we got 4 items on sale....I suggest you check them out! By the way their employees know everything about the products and are so professional!

The line to get in went quickly. I was exchanging a purse for a different style and everyone was so helpful. The store was so neat and organized. Everything flowed so nicely.Im not a germ freak but it was nice to see how much care everyone was taking to keep the store clean and safe for the guests and themselves.They had some fantastic sales going on. Wish I had more time and money to spend in the store. I would have loved to buy other items because the prices were so good.I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new purse. It has a long chain strap with a thin lace of the same print on the purse woven through it. The flap locks so your items wont fall out.Lots of tree shaded parking at this mall. Only downfall is this mall only has 4 EV stations. I would have expected more for this size mall.

The entire staff at this particular Michael Kors store is absolutely wonderful everybody smiled everybody greeted us I ended up buying a purse and a wallet to match I will definitely be back... Sales person “Andre 830274” was super unprofessional. There’s a huge line and this man stopped helping me while I was paying to leave the register and talk to his friends. I had to ask someone else if they could finish helping me and let me finish paying for the rest of my purchase.

The staff was very friendly and attentive when I went in, and spent a lot of time helping my boyfriend find a specific watch for me. However, I needed to get my new watch resized, and they said they were unable to accommodate me for a few WEEKS because they were too busy. Not the sales reps fault, obviously. But, after spending all of that money, 5 minutes to resize a watch would have been appreciated.Pro tip: Fossil next door resizes MK watches for free, I was in ans out in less than 10 minutes

Got the cutest lil pink purse and wallet for only $150

They had the slowest possible employee working the register. It took almost 20 minutes to check out 6 people. Now Im trying to call to ask a question about my purchase and they do not answer the phone. The prices are good but they are either understaffed or do not care.

I was in the area so I stopped by before black friday starts. I came in and was greeted by a female with short light curly hair. I told her I was just looking and Ill look for her if I need help. No more than 3 mins later a security comes in standing in front of the door. Made me feel uncomfortable while shopping, looking at me like Im going to steal something. I was talking to another worker there a long blonde hair chick talking to me about the deals. After that I said F this I dont need to deal with this at 10:30am in the morning. Im just going to buy everything on the website.

About two weeks ago, my daughter went in and purchased some clothing and other things. She specifically asked if she could return them if they didnt fit her husband. She was told, not once, but twice, that it would be fine. Well, the next day she returned with the clothing as they didnt fit.The story changes now. No, it was never said and the clerks were rude about it. My daughter asked to see the camera as proof of what happened. They didnt find any revalense to use it as it does not record audio. I am sure if it did the clerks would have to be nice.Ending is that they NEVER made it right. I sent an email as well as my daughter to corporate. My opinion is that if you want to keep a good customer, you address the situation. I was looking for a solution. My daughter still has those clothes that dont fit.Rest assured, that is a customer you lost.

I LOVE Michael Kors bags. Went to this store and was very disappointed. It was not busy at all and the customer service was horrible. I wanted to purchase a few purses for an upcoming vacation and not one staff member offered assistance. I was in there for about 15 minutes and decided to leave. Will never patronize this store again.

I have never been treated so poorly at a Michael kors store as I was at the outlet store in Glendale. the two girls I did come in contact with who worked at the store, one of them claimed to be the manager, neither of them seems like they want to be bothered. When I asked to speak to the store manager or what the store managers name was the girl told me she couldnt give me that information. She also couldnt give me a phone number to call to speak to someone regarding the issue I had as well as the way I was treated when I was in their store. I will never go back to the store again and I will continue to shop at the Chandler store where I have been treated with the utmost respect at all times.

I took a chance at this Michael Kors location to see if they had straps for sale. I already went to the mall looking for a replacement with no luck. The ladies at this outlet location looked in the back and sure enough, they had an extra strap that matched my purse. Even better, they gave it to me for free! When I’m ready to purchase a new purse, I will be visiting this location not only for the products but for the wonder service.

Id rather have better quality than advertising that i cant tell the difference between the two levels of store. Love Michael kors. But to be honest the workers here suck! Ive been here lots of times. I usually come dressed nice then they help.once I was in a hurry went in my work clothes with my husband and they act is if your not r there or you dont have money to buy something! Over 50% of the reviews talk about RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. The staff stands around and talk to each other. I was in the store to purchase items a staff member ROLLED HER EYES. I wondered why because of what I was wearing. Lets talk about products this store carry what the main stores cannot sale at full price. Many talk about handbags shipped never to receive gift certificate or replacement. This covers 40% lets talk about the 10% who loves the customer service that was given at that time.I have to be honest the Michael Kors store in Glendale AZ needs new staff and store management. Just one consumer can damage a store. Many stores with terrible reviews due to unprofessional staff closed. Due to many customers continue to shop at this location and the cash flow is up the upper level administration care less about the awful reviews.

Had to do an exchange and was surprised at how easy it was. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Transaction was fast and painless. Highly recommend this store and its staff.

Stopped in to find a certain type of bag. All were very nice and the sales staff were very helpful. The store was clean, bright and well organized.

Nothing better than the 70% savings but cant find Xtra small sizes but you will have to add a purse or two to be on top of the fashion trend or maybe just a bit behind, nevertheless looking great. I simply go through my favorite fashion magazine and try to get as close as I can afford to pay for the looks I work with best.

I bought a white purse approximately 5 to 6 months ago and finally used it for the first time and noticed after I used it there was a slight smudge which I tried cleaning off but didn’t come off. I had even bought the spray cleaner/protector they tell you to purchase to protect your purse from dirt and smudges and sprayed the purse before using it. So I called the store and spoke to an assistant manager to see if there was anything they could do to help as the only reason I bought the purse is that the sales person reassured me that the spray would protect the purse and prevent any stains and or smudges which I was even second guessing on purchasing this purse but I took their word and bought it, but all the manager could do was give me 10% discount on my next purchase. Very disappointed with this store, return policy and customer service.

Received a coupon by mail for 20% off at select stores on the back. This was one of the stores listed. It was available to use for regular priced as well as sale priced merchandise. Not for clearance. We tried to use it with the purchase of a purse that was on sale, not clearance. They wouldnt honor it, even though it clearly stated regular as well as sale priced items were applicable. They honored a similar coupon back in November for us along with a sale priced purse. They were rude about it, both the sales rep and manager. Requested her managers info, called the 800 number given, told the rep about my issue, I have not heard back. Not planning on returning, as they havent even contacted me with an explanation.

They have good prices and good selection but the employees dont know a lot about certain items and warranty procedure. Everytime I have made a purchase they have asked me for my phone number so it would be easier to track my purchases in case i needed to do a warranty or so I was told. I purchased a wristlet less than 4 months ago its falling apart and Im getting the run around from both the outlet and the customer service. I was on the phone for over 40 minutes and still havent had my issue resolved. I wouldnt be so upset if they didnt lie to me when I purchased it. I was told all their items have 1 year warranty maybe they shouldnt tell customers this if they arent going to follow through.

Went here looking a bit like a hobo with my bf on August 27. Im desperate to find my petite mom a purse for her birthday. Almost everyone working in the store looks so stuck up (maybe because it was just after 10am?). Until Samantha (beautiful plus model-looking gal) came to assist us. Never have I been assisted in shopping, like how she did, before. I know my mom prefers bigger bags but shes not getting any younger, carrying bigger and heavier bags.So if you got this far from reading, I hope you bump into Samantha as you shop at this location. She will go above and beyond in assisting you. I hope you do buy something after all the assistance she will do.

My mom and I walked into this store and there where about 5 sales people on the sales floor all talking to each other and not one of them greeted us as we walked in. I found a purse that I liked and was debating on buying it, the reason I didnt was because not once did a single person come and check on my mother and I. They lost a customer and a sale due to their service.

I love all things Michael Kors, even the costomer service. The workers are always so welcoming and friendly. Especially Gigi the sales associate, she was super helpful. Everytime I come in I look for her.

I never been soo disappointed 😞This is what happen to me.In 2017 I brought a beautiful shoulder bag, few months later the shoulder handle ripped, I called customer service and provided proof of purchased and sent my bag for “inspection”.They told me that is was un fixable and sent me a gift card. When I went to the store trying to buy a new bag the gift card didn’t have funds.I called customer service again, I been told that the gift card was used in 2016 even they have it to me in 2017, that they will investigate what happened.I been calling every single month since then and this is what I been told every time “ we will scalate you call, a supervisor will call you as soon as we have an answer for you”The representatives are out of the country and I can barely understand,Appalling customer serviceI feel robThey steal my money, my time and my patient.

Horrible warranty policy. Purse is less than 6 mos old and the handles are coming apart. They wont take the return or exchange it in the store. Instead I have to call customer service and then mail it in for an exchange. Stores should be able to handle something this simple.

Bought a purse December 2015 and the straps started to fall apart 6 months later. Decided to call customer service and learn how to have it repaired under warranty. Was told I WOULD need to pay for the shipping and they would then determine if it could be fixed. Decided to go ahead and mail my purse in to be repaired because I was confident it could be repaired. Mailed my purse 10/27/16 and got emails saying it would be fixed. Then got email with tracking it was being mailed back. A week ago I received a box with someone elses BROKEN purse!! Now my purse is gone! I get absolutely no where with customer service. Nobody has called me back or EVER called me. Always me calling them. All I get is told I will be taken care of not to worry! LOL doesnt seem to be the case. All they are worried about is getting that wrong purse I got back. So be careful ladies these purses fall apart and customer service is a nightmare!! I own several coach bags and never have had one problem! So Michael kors when are you gonna make it right now??
