Untrustworthy sales tactics. I would suggest taking precaution. The store’s non-leather / fake leather products, are advertised by the employees as genuine leather. I purchased an item that was advertised as genuine leather by employees at the store. Within a month and half the purse handle began to shred into string, proving the purse to not be leather. In attempt to return this product, I was forced to take store credit. Unfortunately this store having lost its credibility, that store credit is just money down the drain for me.

I had one of the best experience with chyenne 181981. Because of this young professional I will continue to shop in this establishment. Others in your employment can take some well need customer service from her. Above and beyond in customer service! Knowledgeable and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied at all cost. I bought a jacket from Wilson leather Tanger outlets and found it low quality to the charged price. When I went to return the same within week, they didnt allow to to return & forced me to exchange. Seems they dont have clear written policies.....

Had broken a zipper on one of the bags and had to return it. The people there solved the problem immediately and didnt charge us a thing.

Why is it called wilsons leather when anything affordable is faux. I was looking online and the faux cost more than real leather on other sites. Made in China products with a middle man to mark it up.
