Its not the best coffee in town, but its decent and the staff are friendly. Personally, I appreciate that it is a classic coffee shop. They arent a big chain, they arent hipsters trying to be the next trendy place, they are just a cozy coffee shop that is a relaxing place to visit.

The cold brew is good. Not bitter at all, but not particularly flavorful.Their baked goods and most of the snacks look like they were picked up on a Costco run.

Really cute little coffee shop! The coffee is delicious and they have a unique pastry selection. I personally love the lemon muffins! The baristas are always nice and helpful, and the shop is clean and cozy.

Excellent. Clean and friendly environment. We found the place on Groupon for the Italian Sodas that were very good. We also saw they can host small parties of what appeared to have about 25 seats. If it gets busy enough in there, it would be really cool to have a live guitar/violin player. It did look like they had a open option to play music on a staged tablet; something worth asking the employee on site if you want to change the music.

Pretty good coffee shop. The employee was really nice and helping us choose a drink we liked.They have teas, lattes & frappes. They also have cookies and brownies and other food in the fridge and protein bars.Its super cute and cozy inside.

I love the small cozy space, I love that it’s a local business, and on top of that, I’ve loved every drink I’ve gotten there. The muffins are great, and I even tried the tamales available there and I loved them. I love this place!

Great staff with a wonderful vibe. Very cozy and comfortable while still being clean and work friendly.

Have had their coffee before and it is ok but the smoothies are very expensive and horrible. Got the tropical one that should have had mango and pineapple but tasted like a watered down over ripe banana. My daughter got the strawberry banana that just tasted like strawberry.

Loved this place! The barrista/owner Jerretta was so awesome. My friend and I asked her to make 3 drinks of her choice and we would guess the ingredients. She served up delicious drinks and a great attitude. My personal favorite was the iced Flower Power. Seating available outside and masks are required ✋. Cant wait to come back!

I like the plaza it is located in a nice plaza called citadelle. This place is close to my work so I like to grab a bite, a coffee for an afternoon pick me up during my lunch break. I like that they allow me to sit inside during the hot summer during the pandemic because I need to go somewhere for my 1 hr work lunch and get out of the office!!

The coffee is okay. The beans they use just aren’t that high of quality. My kids like their flavored drinks!Lack of training. Every time I order a Golden Milk it comes out different. Once, perfect. Second time, brown. Third time I was served half a cup. ??? The barista knows she gave me half the serving I ordered and STILL gave it to me. Really?!

I had Lily as my barista and she was fabulous! She was so helpful hellping me choose when i couldnt figure out what i wanted!!! She made the drink perfect and overall the place was very nice!

Ive had a positive experience with every visit. The atmosphere is enjoyable and the drinks are delicious. I dont often eat but I had a bagel this morning that was very good. Megan has been my barista the last three times and the drinks have need great!

I would give 5 stars because their quality, cleanliness and personability are superb... but their owner is charging an extra 1% sales tax over the already high Glendale rate of 9.2% they add 10.2%. Is this even legal?Still a nice place to go relax. I won’t stop visiting over a few pennies in tax!

Went here yesterday and it was amazing! HOWEVER, went back today and was disappointed to see that the server was not wearing her mask and making customers coffee and food. Please as an establishment if you have a guideline that states customers need to wear their masks, make your employees follow the same protocol.

My latte was good; not too sweet but a bit bland (ordered a gingerbread latte). Good milk alternatives (e.g., oat, almond, etc.). Barista was so nice and sweet; speedily filled orders despite being by herself and rather busy. The food is atrocious. The toast is always very small, dry, and burnt (not worth the $5 cost of all menu toasts). It is a 50% chance your food order will be correct. They have some Costco pastries in the case, if that interests you. The tamales they get from the Tamale restaurant are the only item Id ever recommend from their menu.*Long story short, pick up a coffee and go somewhere nearby for food; much better options nearby.*

Used to be my favorite local coffee stop. I came here every day for a over a year to get a breve latte. The coffee got less and less consistent, and as a result I have slowed my visits. Last several times they have been out of normal coffee shop things (decaf coffee, cream). I ordered my usual breve today and was told now they no longer carry cream, just half and half. Additionally, the place is always understaffed and the waits are long. On the positive side, it’s still a cute place to grab a coffee if you’re not looking for anything specific or daily consistency. The patio is a great quiet spot to read or bring your pet, while the cafe area is nice for working and studying.

A great local coffeehouse. Had the mocha raspberry blended, it was great. They have homemade Cupcakes by Amber, amazing. Joetta,?the owner is amazing

Original review; October 2020. First time here and actually really good. Their large iced or blended coffee is only 20 oz which is a bummer (used to 32oz). Also was a little more pricier than I anticipated. But once again overall TASTE of my blended coffee was definitely delicious. Will be coming back.Review update: 5 months later, March of 2021......As stated originally lol (will be coming back) I am now a regular. The Owner is an absolute sweetheart. She comes in and works, to me that says alot about an owner. She cares about her service, her customers and overall business. Also I was wrong about the sizes the large is a 24 oz or 28 oz. I cant exactly remember but its still as delicious as the first time. I will continue to come here.

I have been to this location several time and I always leave satisfied. The staff is friendly and pay close attention to your order and ask what you want step-by-step to make sure they get it right. My go-to is the vanilla chai frappe, but a few other drinks were great too.The location is small so its not ideal to bring a big group to sit down but theres enough space for anyone looking to do some studying or reading.Only real con is that parking can be very poor. So you will have to do a bit of walking during the area busy hours.

The barista was a sweet heart and great place to do some work out of the office.

This is a local coffee cafe that serves a variety drinks, both hot and cold and freshly made local bakery items (muffins, loaf breads, etc). The cafe itself is very welcome with seating inside and out. It is the perfect place to grab breakfast or an afternoon coffee and bring your work their to work on or even to study/homework. So far my favorite drink is a Peppermint Patty Frappuccino. I would take my family and friends here rather then to a chain coffee shop. The staff is very welcoming and makes you feel at home with smiling faces and being able to have genuine conversation with them.

Very nice staff, cozy seating inside and pleasant patio area outside. They have a nice selection of hot and cold beverages, plus they will accommodate your special requests, if they can. They even helped make our dogs visit a happy one! We enjoyed our visit and look forward to visiting again.

Adorable little coffee place. They have smoothies, frappes, teas and lattes. To go food options and actual metal silverware to use while sitting in one of their rather comfy armchairs. Quiet, and free WiFi. I had an iced snickerdoodle latte with oat milk. It sparked joy.

Cute spot with lots of seating especially for a coffee shop. Service was fast and order was spot on. The dirty chai was very good. Good food options as far as little salads and muffins to eat for a quick breakfast or snack. Not a ton of parking but there was a spot right up front for us today.

I had high hopes for this small coffee shop but I got iced latte that just really tasted like almond milk barely any flavor at all I think Ill stick to my black rock coffee shop instead

My husband and I stopped in here for the first time to grab some coffee, but neither of the two employees acknowledged our entering or waiting at the counter. They continued to make drinks for other customers, never saying hello or well be right with you. After about 6-7minutes of waiting, we decided to just leave.

I brought my granddaughters for an end of summer treat. I was using Groupons.My girls absolutely loved their Oreo frappes. I am a purist, ordering their brewed drip coffee. Today they brewed their mocha java. Im sold. The black hot cup was flavorful, bold but not bitter...a win!

I like this little place to meet up with friends. Theres even a large wall of chalkboard you can write on. I feel like its probably slightly easier to find seating here than at some Starbucks nearby but it is still pretty small. It isnt usually crowded for me.

Disappointed in the americano; very weak. Tasted like water with a small coffee flavor. Vibe was relaxing; staff were nice. Won’t be back though.

The first few times I came here the coffee was really good. The last two times it tasted either watered down or not flavorful.

The shop is very small and seems crammed with chairs and tables that dont maximize the space. There were a few people inside but nobody in line. I ordered a coffee and a muffin but the cashier took her time getting those items together. The coffee was burnt and watery and the muffin didnt taste very good. It was kind of waxy to try and put into words. Expected a lot more from this place.

The Small town Cafe is bit spendy. I bought a bacon cheese burger with a side of chili peppers for $18 plus tip of five dollars. So $23.00 for a cheeseburger and bacon is more then I wanted to spend, but I had awhile to wait for my Uber ride s so why not?All things considered the Small Town Cafe is an enjoyable place and I think their service is top notch! The food was excellent but the price was about $7.00 higher then I wanted to pay

I come here 3-4 times per week for almost 2 years now. Great Americano, chillers, cold brew, and Italian soda. Employees are great! I like how the menus are hand drawn with chalk. The place has a lot of personality.

Want to love it. Wife is gluten free and got sick from gluten free blend. Not a great experience. Tried twice, then gave up.

This coffee shop is a great place to hang out and they make great drinks but if theres a line you can expect to wait 30 minutes for 2 coffees. Unfortunately they always seem understaffed and if you have 4 drinks ahead oh you it can take atleast 15 minutes until you get your drink if theres one person working.

Last time I was there I had come right as they were closing (which I know is so rude) but the owner insisted on making our drinks, she was just as friendly as the other gals. Love this little spot. Always a great table for me in the back. Only problem is hours arent very late but love visiting when its open. Very small coffee shop vibe with a typical selection. I would definitely prefer this style of shop over starbucks anyday.

The atmosphere has been shattered under this newest owner. Its no longer the genuine, comfortable place it used to be. Wont be going back. Theres better places to study/chill/meet with better coffee that doesnt taste burnt.

Visited with family from Delaware and have to say hands down some of the best coffee, nicest staff, and quality service I have seen in a long time. Wish they were a little closer so I could make it a regular stop on my way to work but will definitely stop in next time Im in Arizona!!!

I have been going to this coffee shop for over a year. They typically have slow service. Today the service was awful and the owner watched as the poor barista struggled with the influx of customers. She then bypassed customers already in line for someone in the back of the line. Once finishing with their order she went back to doing nothing. Slow service is one thing but if the person who owns the place is not supportive of their employees youre better off going to starbucks. Dont waste your 30 minutes waiting.
