This location was super nice. My first time in there a couple weeks ago. I even had some questions about the Starbucks app and the employee was super helpful to answer all my questions.Would for sure recommend this location even over others. They seem a little more hidden too. I barely knew this location was there. But will make sure to seek them out when in the area.

This location is nice but it sucks that it doesnt have a drive thru.Its fine for a typical Starbucks. Its pretty busy every time Ive been in there. Staff is nice and friendly. They have outdoor seating as well. The true downfall is just accessing the location or entering and exiting onto 67th avenue.

Great cold brew coffee.

If you order plain coffee you have to wait in line while they make all the fancy drinks.They used to just pour your coffee while the payment was being approved. Saved everybody a lot of time.

Okay so, first time like, EVER, visiting this location; mom & I were actually going on a driving adventure, & seeing whats in this shopping center. Want some coffee or tea? This is a busy happening shopping plaza, w/ also a Starbucks in the Safeway Grocery store, across the way! Okay so inside is very cool & crisp, lol..great AC & misters outside. They have a huge patio off to the side, w/ tons of seating & shade from Ficus trees. Inside is long but kinda narrow, but w/ lots of seating, including a long communal table; there are no fluffy chairs, but a few soft mini barstools. Im sitting at a high round-top bar table & the chairs are tall & wooden, w/ the side posts & back, digging into my muffin-top & spine - OUCH! Inside is very clean & fresh smelling, w/ pleasant baristas & standard options. Quickly we got our drinks, but mine, a Matcha Green Tea Latte, wasnt mixed all the way, w/ matcha dust all over, clumped at the bottom & dusted on the lid.My mom said the one stall, female restroom, was clean & nice.

Fast and friendly service and the drinks are always made correctly the first time.

Why offer curbside pickup when you are not going to bring it out!!!! This is not my first horrible experience with this store. They are often slow and inefficient. I placed a mobile order at this location because my regular store is temporary closed. Order was placed for 2 drinks and even after waiting in the curbside spot for 10 minutes no one brought out drinks. I was forced to go inside and wait to be acknowledged to get my order. THIS IS THE WORST STARBUCKS EVER!

The best part about this starbucks is their patio. They have beautiful shade trees and misters that keep you nice and cool. Its a great spot to read a good book

This is an amazing Starbucks location. I personally work at another location, and I love where I work, but this location helps to give me examples to work towards. The employees create a great atmosphere. The indoor and outdoor seating are great. Beyond that they have another level of coffee. This location serves the Starbucks reserve and has a clover machine. Not all stores have these things, very few in fact. This is a special location.

Gabs was rude, short, and did not hear or listen to me. This was the most frustrating Starbucks visit I have ever had.

Always get service and an amazing attitude when I walk in.

This location is really open and great for groups. There is a large patio area with lots of different seat groupings. Tonight alone we saw people studying alone, small Bible studies, and a large PTA planning meeting all going on at once on the patio, with room to spare. It is a great Starbucks location for all reasons you might want to go to a coffee shop. Parking was easy. Staff was friendly, but tired. They made our coffee well, so we were happy. :) the inside is spacious, unlike many other Starbucks locations Ive visited. Probably in my top 5 Starbucks!

This location was very quiet and relaxed even though Google Maps stated it would busy at the time I visited. Lots of nice outdoor seating as well as roomy indoor seating. This Starbucks seemed to have a variety of people (and older reviews agree), and I think is perfect. It pushes the fact that this specific store is a regular visiting place for some and it means its consistent. The staff on duty, when I visited, were calm and polite and created my beverage fairly quickly, especially compared to the tons of other coffee shops (Starbucks included) Ive been to. A nice relaxing place to sip coffee and chat. Clean, quick and the vibes are very very good.

This is a wonderful neighborhood Starbucks. The employees make you feel at home, and the pupachino is so loved by our little Aubry.

The staff at this location makes you feel like family. I’ve been visiting this Starbucks for the past 10 years. Out of all the Starbucks I have visited, this location by far goes above and beyond to make you smile. Great location.

Very nice and large patio area for sitting outside in the mild Arizona summer nights.The staff at this location is fast and very helpful. They can handle almost any drink order you throw at them, including items from the secret menu that kids tend to order.

People standing on top of people. NOT GOOD WITH THE VIRUS. There were people in the store with no mask on. Their food selection was terrible.

THE BEST STARBUCKS Around anywhere. The baristas really care, know all the regulars and make a sincere effort to make it special. Beautiful patio for studying. They clean it very single day but nature does get the tables dusty and leaves fall, it is beautiful so enjoy it :)

Great local, and people are sitting around talking in groups having a good time. I came through with my family on an adventure trip, checking out the sights.

Takes a little while for them to prepare your order, even when its not busy. But the drinks come out great and the employees are super friendly/helpful

As far as Starbucks goes, this is one of the better ones Ive been too. The place is always clean and the Batistas do a great job if getting to know everybody. Drinks are always delicious.

It was hard to find because their sign is broken.. Felt like an idiot looking for it.. It would be hard to see off the street even if the light wasnt broken.

Our barista Tori was amazing her customer service skills are on point. We made an honest mistake when ordering. When we asked if she could fix it even though it was our mistake. She didnt have any attitude at all about it and offered to fix it.

I wish I lived close so I could be a regular here!! I had to come to this side of town for work and had some time to kill so I hung out here, and they greeted almost Every customer by name!!! And all most of them had to sau was the usual and the staff knew exactly what to get them. I love it, Ive never seen a entire staff so engaged with their customers. I will not forget this place!

Like all Starbucks, you walk in and you can enjoy the smell and the quiet ambience of music and a friendly hello from the staff as walking.

Never had any problems here. Best patio to sit outside than any other starbucks that Ive been to! This last time I went I wanted a drink that is kinda a secret menu called the Carmel coco cluster frapp but it’s apparently not in season. The girl was very helpful instead of just saying they don’t have it anymore she was asking if I maybe knew what they usually put in it and she looked through a little recipe booklet they have and found it! Thank you :)

Best Starbucks Ive ever been to! The staff is always smiling and very polite. Make me feel like family. Ive seen some very rude (ignorant) people come in and complain about how they are going to be late for work and how its the baristas fault. Its not their fault you left late person! Take responsibility for your actions! Any way amazing service here. I will be coming here for a long time!

Some Baristas are fabulous. Others are not taking any care or personal interactions. There is outside space with electric outlets, but its not kept up i.e. tables not wiped off. Bring your own wipes. Many students study here inside. Also, they tend to close early...so just a warning, that the doors are locked before official closing.

Coffee is meh, much better options if you really like coffee. Sugary drinks are solid though

Best baristas.. one of them took a few days to warm up, but after the 3rd encounter she knows my name..impressive! Erica is by far the most spunky and best overall. Plus the drinks you can order just how they come and be satisfied..i usually have to modify to get a good tasting drink at 2 other regular sbux I go to, but now I drive out of my way to work to come here.because the drink is made better..plus the other customers in there are having a good time which is a nice effect

Poor customer service. I had to wait almost 5 mins to place the order, though only one person was in front of me. Two of the personnel behind the counter were busy talking to customers and for them I was oblivious! They should know to prioritize work over friendly talk, which they can do when no one is waiting.

This store is very busy every time I visit. A good sign for them, indeed, less convenient if you are in a hurry.

Im sad to give this location 2 stars because I know the employees looked liked they were working hard but appeared to be severely understaffed. Coffee was ok, not great like Im used to from a different location. I will give this location another try when Im in the area again though.

The service at this starbucks is fantastic! I actually go out of my way to go to this particular starbucks as opposed to the 3 that are closer to where I live. Drinks are always made the way I want and any food Ive gotten is also wonderful! The only down side is there isnt a lot of indoor seating so in summer months there often is not room to sit.

I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks in general, but this is a nice change of pace from the stereotypical Starbucks. With friendly service and a beautiful outdoor patio, this is the perfect spot to relax with friends or get some last minute homework wrapped up.

I had a great experience here on Saturday 8-4-18, at the 67th avenue North of the 101 Hwy Starbucks A beautiful lady named IRENE bought me my Mocha Frappé !! It was unexpected too. I would love.... TO FIND HER AGAIN, to get to talk ! She is in her 40s, shoulder length sandy blonde & brown hair, brings a laptop. And she has a foot cast on the right foot. Please HELP ME FIND HER Starbucks or Customers !! I believe Irene comes on Saturdays. I will be checking next week, Saturday. My Our Good Lord Jesus help me ! I was there connecting with an old friend so I couldnt meet with her further. I think she LIKED ME ! - Pauley
