Super weak watered down latte. There was so much ice after a few sips my drink is almost over and I’m not feeling close to being caffeinated. I usually don’t like to write negative reviews but this latte was so watered down I am about to make my own coffee at home. For the price you pay it’s not worth it I will be sticking with one of the local coffee shops next time.

Starbucks drinks are still great tasting, and the coffee is the best in town.The menu items are tasty, but very expensive. Their locations are strategically placed and accessible at different hours.

Very slow service, over 30 minutes to make a latte. And still made it wrong. All customers waiting a long time. Workers were obviously not trained completely, management needs to make sure fully staffed and trained.

Very nice workers who have a lot of experience and they are always friendly and helpful to customers and they always spend the time to try and help out the customers and find the exact drink they are craving for that day and they are always very nice and helpful, trying their best to get to all the customers in time and they always have a smile on their face, I live right by the location and I’m an often customer so I have gotten to know all the employees pretty well and they know me that infraction makes one feel that they are wanted and they grow a bond with the employees which makes it a very cozy place to go to

Faster to park and go in than sitting in the drive through. Wear a mask for either pickup option.

This is the most clutch Starbucks ever! Even though theyre always busy, the line moves in hyperspeed. The drinks are frothier and the attitudes are way better here. No, but seriously. Everyone is so kind, at first its alarming, and then you realize that people can be nice and happy! Especially at this Starbucks. Maybe thats why the drinks are so tasty... Shoutout to Tatiana and Nick for todays exceptional service, and the whole Glenoaks crew. Ill be seeing you soon!

We had to wait in line (car) they were very busy and they only charge us for one drink, we insisted on paying for but because we understand, anyways they only charged us one, so we left an extra tip. They are busy! Please understand and be nice 🤗
