All nerdy merchandise are cleverly designed in a way suitable for everyday use or something pretty to look at. Its moderately priced, and the atmosphere is great. I always have a good time walking in either window shopping or actually shopping.The workers dont bug you and are always helpful when needed.Its a place I always like to go when Im at the mall.

Great place to shop for gifts of any occasion. The only thing I wished they would have had a better selection for babies. But over all definitely found what I was looking for.

A great place to buy certain pop culture items. Its like Hot Topic but geared for adults and without the crowded aisles. They constantly change their merchandise and I love shopping here. Plus I love that they donate money to food banks.

Guy at the door was on his phone when we walked in and didn’t greet us until after we had walked halfway in. one employee yelled excuse me at me while i was looking at something and proceeded to plow through me. there were used gloves in one of the displays. will not be shopping here

Came here to do return on a windshield sun shade that was too small for my car, but spend about close to $60 for other things that we came across inside the store...

BoxLunch is akin to Hot Topic, minus the punk rock and edgy aesthetic. Opting for the cuter/Disney side if the coin. Theres lots of popular anime merch from series like Dragon Ball, My Hero Academia. Lots of Harry Potter stuff. A rotating collection of Disney items depending on the season or current movie out in theaters. Prices can be a bit high, but most of the wares are unique enough that it justifies the cost.

I’ve been coming to this box lunch for over 6 months. Most of the employees are very helpful. The manager Nichole is THE WORST. Super disrespectful. No customer service skills at all. Very loud and annoying. Basically told me she didn’t have time for me. When I buy something I want it to be as close to perfect as possible. She said she was too busy to let me choose a better looking figure they had behind the counter. When no one else was in line. I returned it. Straight up I’d rather drive an extra 30 mins than have to put up with her ever again. This isn’t the first time she’s done something like this.

Employees were very kind and helpful! As always the store of super cute and fun items for everyone. Always enjoy my time there!!

This is always a place I go to first when buying gifts for friends and love ones.

I loooove this place it literally has a little bit of everything! Although it’s pretty small I literally could be in there for an hour just looking through Disney, Cartoon Network, Harry Potter, Etc of stuff. I definitely like to visit this place once in a while to see if they have anything new.

Rather small but they have a lot of variety of fandom items. Rather pricier than hot topic but great quality. Staff were just standing around just looking at customers, they do not even greet you and where no cashiers in sight.

Its the pop culture aspect of Hot Topic basically extracted and put into a separate store. Id give it more starts, but clothes are seldom neatly folded. I only wish their funko pops were separated by fandoms, but that doesnt happen anywhere.
