Very nice knowledgeable gentleman that took the time to show me all I needed to make an old keepsake look new again. I appreciate them very much.

Went in to see if they could make a couple of travelers notebooks for me. The gentleman who spoke with me when I walked in was immediately visibly annoyed. He was extremely short with me when I asked him if he could do the notebooks for me and wouldnt actually say whether they could do it, but instead just kept asking me how much I wanted to pay.I finally said, if this is something you cant or wont do, its okay to tell me. At that point he said he would do it for 50.00.I was supplying all of the materials for this request. All that had to be done was one cut to the paper and covers, folding, and two staples in each of the two notebooks I wanted. It appeared that he felt I was wasting his time, but instead of just telling me up front that they dont do what I was asking, he chose to be rude and deliberately quote a ridiculous price seemingly to get rid of me.

Very few people left in the world as valuable as book-binding and restoration experts such as Jack! Their services are second to none and go to them without hesitation!

My dad wanted to buy country music cds...When we entered we saw a lot of japonese music but we could find other american music too. I was surprised that we could find many country music cds between 1 and 3 dollars in this store. Very nice people to help us too!
