The cookies are soft, extremely flavorful, large, moist, rich in flavor but not too rich, and tasty! My first time in this store and I felt at home! The cookies are ideal and cooked to perfection. The cookies have a depth of brown sugariness, lightly toasted on the outside, and mysterious flavors combos into editable goodness. The quality and the quantity is exceptional.

Crumbl cookies are always bomb. I dont really know what else to say. The fry bread cookie was insanely good and typing this i want another. I may go buy one now. Eat more cookies.

I love the freshness of these cookies. The variety always keeps you on your toes and the express checkout with the app is very convenient. I do wish there was a vegan option just to relate with a wider audience/people who may not be able to process dairy. However, there isn’t anything bad that I can say about any flavor that I have personally picked. The basic chocolate chip is my go to but the 4 pack is such a solid price you have to experiment some.

Perfect. Everything about this place is great. Chocolate chip cookie was very soft. Only reason for 4 stars is the cookie cost 4 dollars and it wasnt very warm. It was more like room temperature. I dont know if I would get it again vs a warm cheap cookie.It was a good first impression but the cookie is very expensive for just 1.

Best dessert cookies ever! Every time were in the Westgate area we end up at Crumbl Cookies to grab some cookies to take home for dessert. They have never failed us. Especially now we can get curbside service. We order online and they drive by and they bring them right out to our car. How great is that ...?! The variety of cookie is large so take your time and order your favorites. These are really large cookies so they are meant to be shared. We got Chocolate Mint Swirl, Peanut Butterfinger, Rocky Road. Whoa! way too tasty.

Great place to get your sweet fix. When you walk through the door, you get slapped in the face with cookie heaven. You wont be able to say no. The flavors are so fun. Some cookies can be dry and crumble to bits, like the sugar cookie does. Some cookies need to be a bit more sweet, like the unfrosted cookies. Usually the frosted cookies are a 10 out of 10. Love this place.

It was SO quick & easy to order my favorite cookies. Tried the curbside pick-up and feel like they saved me lots of time. Cookies were brought out in less than 5 minutes and cookies were placed in the box in the EXACT order as I selected them in the app! Nice touch! 😉 And of course, the taste did not disappoint! LOVE!!

My family and I love Crumbl cookies! We love cutting them in four so we can each try a slice of a new flavor. My kids love the Oreo flavor and my husband loves the blueberry cookie. I think they are all delicious, but some of my favorites are the lemon and oatmeal chocolate chip. Staff is always pleasant and customer service is excellent! If you have not tried Crumbl, they are definitely worth the visit 🍪❤️

Sorry to say but I was very disappointed. I ordered 4 snickerdoodle cookies. At $3 a piece I expected to have the best cookie I ever had. They didnt taste fresh and were very dry. I went at about 7pm so I am going to guess they were sitting out for a long while. If these were fresh, then that is even more disappointing.

Amazing cookies...obviously...but equally great staff. I went in late on a Saturday night and ordered 2 dozen cookies for my staff (Im a manager at another business in WG), and the group working were not only friendly and helpful, but delivered the cookies to our business so I didnt have to wait in the store while they prepared the order. Oh, and it was done quickly while they were still helping all the other customers that were coming and going. Great staff you have, to compliment some great treats... you all make for a great neighbor and I look forward to doing this again and again (and im sure my staff does as well!)

Ordered a variety pack & the only thing I really wanted/expected was something with chocolate, like their popular chocolate chip cookie. Instead got 2 sugar-type cookies and 2 spicy cookies. 😒 Seriously? Gonna probably just throw out half of them. They taste pretty good but I expected a better variety and quality for the price.

You do get a lot for $3/cookie at Crumbl. A lot of grease! These cookies are downright gross. My only guess is that each cookie contains an entire stick of butter or lard? I’ve tried several of these cookies at several locations, and have yet to walk away wanting more. My advice would be to cut the grease in half (min), not take stale/hard as a rock, and speed up your Checkout process. It shouldn’t take as long as it dose to buy cookies.

I always go to the west gate location. The cookies are always served exactly how they are pictured. So good
