Love this place! Everyone is super friendly, place is extremely clean, cookies etc. are delicious.

I thought it was going to be a little dessert place, but they seem to have allot of everything. Super pricey. We got 3 small cookies, 2 $1 waters and 1 shake. It was almost $30.

Great place to stop and get a wrap and a cookie too! They also carry smoothies and more so be sure to stop by and see what they have.

The gentleman manning the cash register & taking orders was a delight. He was charming, kind & very amicable. The cookies of course were delicious and I blew it on the yummy peanut butter cups ..Now, if they would offer decaf designer coffees...🙂

Ive had chocolate chip cookies from other stores and those were good but is one of the best Ive had.

Before we stumbled on this cafe, we had no idea Nestle had any type of restaurant! They have so many temptations in their pastry case and a ton of options that include ice cream as well! We had a strawberry smoothie and would probably try a different one next time, but everything else was top notch! Our favorites are the little bit of trouble and the double trouble. Theyre irresistible!

Recently went back after years of not trying any of their products. As a home base for all things chocolate, imagine our disappointment when we tried their hot chocolate and it was only barely comparable to a gas station chocolate beverage. In itself, the idea was great, from water and powder make a quick drink, but as a dealer of all things Nestle, we did expect a little more. Mind you, their baked goods and cold items are really tasty, and the whipped topping/whipped cream was creamy and delicious, but for the price and amount of calories, it was simply not worth it. Still, the place has social distancing regulations in order, providing hand sanitizer after every transaction, closed off seating, and its really clean in there. The worker was very friendly, with a upsale aura about him, but nothing against him and his work. I will come back for everything expect the hot chocolate, it is served in paper cups and not visually pleasing either. Like I said, everything except for the one item was perfect. 4/5 for sure.

I liked the cookies and everything they made within the cafe. They are always fresh and have a wide selection of cookies to select from. I would say the only con is the price of the cookies. No deals or coupons available for cheaper cookies. Cookies are almost 3 dollars a piece. They are definitely flavorful and high quality but when you expect cookies you dont think of high prices typically. Definitely will come back when I want some quality cookies.

This place has amazing lattes. I would highly recommend trying Nunana and add strawberries to it. I enjoyed it so much that after shopping i came back to have the flat-bread.I was greeted warmly by a young guy the first time I walked in, the second time I felt he was my friend.Definitely coming back to this place!!!!

The employees like to charge extra without telling you about it. I ordered an upside down milkshake and the younger male cashier said I could choose ANY pastry, so I chose a peanut butter brownie, and he smiled and nodded and charged me 13.50 for a milk shake that is listed to be less than 8 dollars. I take a look at the receipt and see a Misc 4.00 charge on my receipt, Which is super shady and I can only assume because I never got an explanation, that it was because i chose the brownie not the cookie. They basically stole my money and had nothing to say about it. Anyways, hope my 4 bucks keeps their business open! The food is average at best, the only advantage they have is that this is the only Nestle location in phoenix. I will NEVER be coming back here.

Great service and clean store. They have different types of cookies, brownies and ice cream flavors. I tried the mini chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich, chocolate shake (my fiancé shared), and a solo chocolate chip cookie. The cookies werent as soft as I would have liked. They were probably a day or two old.

I love the shakes there so good! The staff is really friendly and kind. They have a really clean store and its a good place to hang out after shopping at Tanger Outlets. They have different things to snack on to choose from I definitely recommend!

I came in to get a bottle of water but the smell really got me. The white chocolate chip cookie is boss.

I submitted an order on Nestle Toll Houses website but the order was cancelled by DoorDash...no reason given. I called Nestle and spoke to Ryan. Ryan resolved the issue by contacting DoorDash and following through with calling me back. Side Note: Nestle doesnt deliver; must be ordered through DoorDash or Grubhub. Experience started out bad and ended GREAT! Grubhub - thanks for delivering! :)

I love the Nestle Toll house Cafe. The location was clean a the staff was friendly. However the prices are just a bit high. I paid nearly $7.00 for a half of a brownie and to me thats just to high.

The staff is always friendly, and helpful. Its like Cheers, where everyone knows your name, because they always call us by name. The smell of chocolate his you when you walk in the door. Always clean. Do yourself a favor and try some of the savory food items too!

In my opinion it was pretty pricey. I had their colada smoothie, which was delicious. My husband had their strawberry banana smoothie, which wasnt really anything special. But they do make their smoothies with fresh ingredients, which is a plus.

There were flies in the glass desert case with the cookies. We pointed it out to one of the employees, and he was very dismissive. He pretty much said that they cant help that there are flies, because the doors are always open. He also said that there are fly traps in the case. Really? Health violation much? Then, he tried to get the flies out by swinging his hand inside the case. He gave up after he got one out. The other fly was too small. Then, he had the nerve to ask if he could interest us in some freshly baked cookies. Yeah, we walked out.

The cookies we had are truly good. We enjoyed every one that we bought. Unfortunately, two things keep this Nestle Cafe from reaching a greatness.The prices are extremely high. For the price of two normal sized chocolate chip cookies, you can buy a package of 24 from the store and bake them yourself.Second, we got our cookies to go. And they have nothing for togo cookie orders, not even a box. Frankly at these prices Id expect a sealed container, but they didnt even have like a donut box. They just slid the little tray into a wrapper.In the end, the cookies are good and can be worth s nice break during an extensive outlet shopping expedition. But the issues above keep it from a must visit.

Nestle really chocolate chip

I am not sure if the cafe will get this but my husband and I ordered our first cookie cake from there today. We like cookie cake alot, were having a small gathering and decided we would make the 45 min drive to get a Nestle one. When we got home we noticed they gave us a chocolate chip one instead of the peanut butter we ordered. My husband cant eat chocolate so the whole trip and $30 cookie cake is wasted. We are pretty infuriated. Make sure you double check the flavor under all the icing before leaving the store!!

This is a perfect place to relax and refresh after shopping in Tanger Outlet. This place has a advantage over other places as there are no coffee shop near Tanger Outlets.

Customer service is unbelievable! I had ordered a cookie cake and went to pick it up, only to find every single road to the store blocked off by police for Final Four traffic. I didnt see any option but to cancel my order & remain cookie-less because I had no way to get there, but the man who answered asked where I was & said to pull over (we were by the high school) and he would bring us the cookie cake in the Nestle van. Sure enough, he showed up about 12 minutes later and we were on our way with no disappointed recipient! They came through in a seemingly impossible situation, I will always go here bc my BF loves cookie cake so I have to get them several times a year!

This place used to be nice until they hiked up the prices so much. Used to have 1.50 hot and iced coffee but now almost everything on the menu is $5. It’s very overpriced and the coffee isn’t even good.

I had a slice of their chocolate chip cookie cake. It was very underbanked.

Only reason I visited here was a 2 jerk kids were riding skateboards in the tanger outlets and almost ran my kid over. One guy was trying to stop them and stopped one kid I rushed the kid in to wait for security to show up. Security finally showed up and kicked them off the property.

Called and ordered a cookie cake with a zombie theme for my sons birthday, was called back the day before we were to pick up and told it needed to be on a bigger cake and we had to pay in advance, which I was okay with but did ask if the decorations looked bad and if I didnt want to take it would they be able to refund, at that point he told me the zombie decorations would be difficult and that he would recommend us going somewhere else instead. Horrible customer service! Will never try to go there.

Ice blanded coffee is a little watered down. Its okay. They have a lot of different desserts available.
