I was in town from Ohio and needed to mail a package back home that wasn’t so airplane friendly. The gentleman was super nice, very helpful, and got me taken care of quickly. I knew I wouldn’t get this kind of customer service at the post office. I highly recommend them for any packaging needs, and thank you again for your help!

This is the BEST place to ship from. They are super helpful & go out of their way to help you with whatever your needs may be. They are very professional & friendly. The shop also sells lots of cool items that are rare to find. I love checking out all the different items for sale. Everytime I leave this shop, I leave with a smile. The owner is amazing, he actually prints labels he sells Little boxes if youre returning something I mean cutest little shoppe it reminds me of back home in the Midwest!Ive been to other mail and More stores do homework just in general and a lot of those places, they dont sell little packaging boxes or envelopes!!Always friendly, always clean, and he is always on point.Thanks again for everything!Ana

I NEEDED INFORMATION ABOUT FAX SERVICE AND I CALLED AND CALLED AND THE PERSON IN THE AFTERNOON ONLY HUNG UP EACH CALL I MADE, SINCE I HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION I CONTINUED TO CALL BECAUSE I NEED THE INFORMATION BEFORE I GO INTO THERE STORE.

Great Store!! Great Location! Right in the Walmart parking lot. Cute things for sale inside! Very Friendly staff. Has been wonderful under the new ownership! Would recommend to anyone that has shipping, copying, or faxing needs. They also have notary, which is hard to find sometimes!

Craig was extremely helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to find me the lowest cost shipping method; which included trying various sized boxes/envelopes; priced with all possible carriers, etc..till he found the lowest option. All this, without making me feel like I was a burden; but rather, kept up friendly conversation all throughout. CRAIG was a pleasure to deal with!

Not sure what has made others so unhappy here. Male clerk was friendly and helped me out promptly even though I was just dropping off prepaid packages. Nice assortment of mail supplies if you need them. Ill return and appreciate the convenient location.

The people there are great. Great customer service. There are a couple of things that should be addressed. I have gone their many times because our mail box does not have an outgoing slot. They say they open at 9:00 am, but sometimes someone doesnt get there to open until after 9. I also think they need more help, because when I need to send a package, and the line is long, I have to wait at least 15 min. That annoys me. Otherwise, I have never had any problems sending a package, and the owner and Melissa are always friendly, and always have a smile.

Cozy friendly and fast. its not the post office but thats whats wonderful about them. they accept most major delivery service parcles with or without prepaid labels (otherwise you pay to ship by your preference) rates are good and the staff is friendly. I had to ship off a package that wasnt sealed and they saved me a few bucks on a roll of packing tape after printing off a shipping lable I could afford with pocket change.

Don’t normally mail things, so wasn’t quite sure of the process, but the staff here was very helpful, inviting and informative. Next time I need to mail something i will come back here for sure, and will definitely recommend this place to family and friends

Fedex package was dropped off for overnight priority Fedex tried to get signed receiptof package proving driver picked up. Karen said she faxed signed delivery receipt to fedex and 3 packages were unaccounted for from her end they are lost with no proof of signed delivery. Was not helpful or cooperated with customer or fedex to trace shipment.DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR FEDEX PACKAGES AT THIS LOCATION.

Does not open on time or if at all on Saturday. If its not possible then stop stating that you are open on Saturdays!

Unwilling to trust my shipments with a grungy hole in the wall that reeks of pot
