Unfortunately, Had a terrible experience with Mrs. Joan. I spoke with here in the morning around 11am about having 25 shirts made. Giving specific details on what I wanted. ( reasonable request )After assuring me Id have a quote, she waited until the last 5 mins of the day to ask me questions that were irrelevant .My time is very important & the fact I could have used any other custom printing service .. I was fooled by her supposedly 5 star reviews? so I used her service thinking it would be fast or better yet efficient. I was clearly wrong.. DO NOT GO HERE if you need quick quality service..updateOnce I left a review about my experience of being ignored, she had all the time in the world to email me about the review I left hours previous about my awful experience. she definitely gave her opinion how quote on quote Wrong I am for leaving review about my neglected order..Well being said my times very important, I went down the road & got a quote instantly & am very happy with service.Remember every customer matters, not just the ones with Deeper Pockets .
