Terrible customer services.. staff are very impolite and rude. Poor and negative attitude towards customers. Good range of clothing and at an affordable price.

Cotton on is kind of shop, when u go in impossible u come out empty handed, now on a lot of discounted items

Be wary if you are buying childrens clothes online as they only take refunds in store in 2 shops in Hong Kong DESPITE their refund policy on their website stating you can return online purchases in any shop. A very bad online shopping experience for this company. I travelled all the way here to refund the products and was told to go elsewhere. I doubt Id buy from this shop again.

Poor quality and awful client servicing. Lots of products are on sale, but dont get fooled. They will refuse exchange or refund, even if its within 30 days and the product is defective. Dont waste your time.
