I had came in twice to look at the engagement ring that I wanted and when my future husband came in and was about to order the wrong ring size that guy in the store quickly corrected him and made the adjustment, which is amazing, like the place next door where everyone knows you name, otherwise the selection is small.... Im not sure I would had bought there if there wasnt a good deal going on.

Sandy, the store manager is very rude! Every time I have been in the store she is nothing but rude to customers! On one occasion, I heard her ask a elderly woman if she got her bracelet from a bubble gum machine . Woman had received it from her granddaughter 😐I was able to call out of state and receive my answer that Sandy was being rude and a smart tail about.Please, go to another location and spend your hard earned money while receiving Outstanding Customer Service !

I would NEVER do business with them again. I stopped by tonight to pick up my engagement ring that was being fixed (which they NEVER called me about). I walked into the store (there was no one else in there) and the lady at the front looked at me, said NOTHING, and started heading towards the back. She directed someone else to help me although she was doing nothing (aside from being rude of course). Extremely UNimpressed here. You do not spend that much money to receive such POOR service. 😡
