Went with a friend to take a look at some clubs. I was shopping for clothes, he for some irons. This place is huge! You can drive a ball here and practice your putting on a green here. Everything you would need to golf, you can get here. My buddy left some new irons and a golf bag.

Where do I even begin? This PGA Superstore is the best golf store I have ever been to. They have everything you could possibly need and then some. The employees there are some of the best and most supportive people ever. They almost treat me like family and are just super kind and also will become your friends very quickly who also try to help you out to what you need. Their equipment is great and they will get you fitted to a tee (pun intended). They have a MASSIVE selection in high quality shoes, hats, shirts, and other clothing and golf products as well. Once again, I always have an amazing experience here and if I could even give them a six star, I would.

What a rude service! Went into to test hit T200 and few other irons to make the decision on purchasing them. Was told that cant be on the bay without appointment without any explanation and basically got kicked out. We had 3 wood that we purchased from PGA superstore and wanted to return it to get the driver instead along with new iron set. But if this is how they are treating their customers, Much rather take the business else where. We dont come in and just spend 2000+ without testing the clubs first.

Ben made my purchasing experience extremely easy, and has an incredible memory. I called him a week later to confirm a change on my order and he remembered details in our conversation making it personable.Also thank you Joe. They have a great team at this store.

The quality of the products they are selling are more like 2nd line or outlet products not 1st line products. The last 4 pieces of clothing I bought here starting coming apart after the 1st wash. The last glove I bought ripped apart the 2nd time I put it on. Their loyalty program is a joke as most brands are excluded from discounts.

Brought in a 3-wood after damaging the shaft and Ben was a great help! He got me set up with a new shaft, length, even a grip! Thanks again to Ben and team for the assistance today!

Best beer in town IMO. Their beer is more for the craft beer aficionado. Not a huge menu, but they have great food.

Larry had me swing a few clubs on the simulator and he was extremely helpful. Sold me a brand new set of Srixon zx5 irons and I am absolutely pleased with them! Larry and Darin got new grips put on and hooked it up. 5 stars!

Was going to buy grips and do them myself but they were faster, friendly and affordable. They did them while I waited and waaaaay faster than I could have been. Plenty of selections too.

Its hard to find a good partner in the golf industry. Club making has lots of variables, and finding people who actually take the time to do things the right way is a rarity.Most of whats in my bag came from PGATSS on Bell road. They fitted me into my irons, worked with the manufacturers to make adjustments to my orders, and cut me breaks when things didnt work out in my favor. Darrin put the straightest set of grips on my set Ive ever had.This is where I will continue shopping for my equipment.

Walked in planning on getting some new golf drivers on Labor Day but because me and my husband walked in with cowboy and didnt look like golfers no one cared to even say hello or ask if we needed help . Very disappointed in the service of this store and see everyone is very judgemental

Usually friendly and helpful, my son bought most of how golf set here, the #titleist 3 wood club, in normal play on the range the head cracked and he took it to the store, the stores policy seemed to be to blame the player and pass the buck and have no interest in helping get any solution, in speaking with Darin the store supervisor I felt he was into “not my problem, I made the call, nothing I can do” attitude, it was weird speaking to someone that didn’t make eye contact with a customer,Golf galaxy is across the street

After a not very pleasant experience purchasing a set of Callaways at the Shea location I stopped at the Glendale location, the gentlemen there were fantastic. They helped me decide on a 4 iron to add my set and ordered it, found my bag and will return to complete my stocking up on stuff when my iron arrives. Should have gone there first.

Worst experience buying golf clubs ever! I’ve been playing nearly 30 years never experienced such horrible customer service. I will never buy clubs here or anything ever again. Took them 8 weeks and they didn’t even get the order right. They got it wrong offer nothing to help. Order anywhere but here go across the street. Wish I went across the street or online.

I walked i with over $1000 cash in my pocket definitely was buying the new Callaway driver and potentially a new hybrid as well. After walking around for 20 mins carrying a club in my hand no one would help me because they were to busy doing nothing. So after that great service I went elsewhere and bought my clubs with great customer service

Just went to PGA Tour Superstore and it was awesome! Everything you need....great customer service! We went in to figure out how to get my wife started in golf and met Larry right away. He helps us with our questions and guided us to a beginner set that was perfect. Didnt try to up sale us with stuff we didnt need. just the basics! Larry was awesome (as many of you have said)! I will be definitely be shopping here in the future, for the selections and great customer service!

Basically kicked out of store by some lady for doing nothing. I had my golf team there quietly on a Thursday afternoon using facilities set up by our partnership between team and store. She ruined it. We spend 1000s per year as a team with them. No more. Terrible customer service.

Ive been to many golf stores and a number of PGA Golf Superstores and without exception the Glendale store has met and surpassed my expectations. I wish I could them greater than 5 stars. Gary and his staff are knowledge professionals who strive to make sure that their customers are treated well and get the proper information to make the right buying choice(s). There is no high pressure just good advice. I look forward to working with them in the future. They are a great asset for the PGA Golf Superstore Brand.

I bought a driver that after taking out for a round decided I did not like. I was able to bring it back and trade in on another driver. No hassles. I went in and Larry helped me. I told him I wanted to hit the Taylor Made M4. After hitting it several times I wasnt sold. So he suggested the Ping G410. He worked with me for quite a while. Changed the club head settings and helped me dial it in. I now have a beautiful driver in my bag and was striping it on my last round. My thanks to Larry for his patience and knowledge and suggestion. Gary is another associate there who is very nice and helpful. I always enjoy myself whenever I go in, even if im just browsing to see whats new.Thanks for you level of customer service guys!

Staff person was very helpful in analyzing my swing for a new driver. Also, I had some clubs re-gripped quickly and efficiently.

The store is fully stocked with just about anything and everything needed on and off the course. I got a 25 minute swing analysis with Michael Wegner and have to say it was WELL worth the 40 dollars. I gained a lot from his knowledge and the technology used in the analysis was extremely helpful. I also got a breakdown of the analysis sent to me via text and it sent me to a link on their website that I can view it anytime incase anything needs a 2nd/3rd/4th examination. This store is a golfers dream come true! Can’t speak for the other locations but the Glendale one is A+!

Good store with great selection. All Staff is courteous and some really know their golf but not everyone is knowledgable so ask for an experienced associate. Would rate 5 stars if they offered military discount like other golf stores and taylormade does.

Go ahead. Buy your self a golf game. It worked for me. Before I walked in their well stocked store, I was an 8 handicap. Now, Im still an 8, but I dress better and have shiny clubs.Hit some balls in their simulator, using the latest tracking technology, where once again, I was proven to suck at golf. But this time, I have the miles of data to prove it.

I absolutely have to share an exceptional customer service experience I had at this location! Lisa was AMAZING, it’s rare that you find someone in the service industry that OWNS your problem! I wanted a specific pair of shoes in a specific size. This location didn’t have them in stock so at 720 at night Lisa took the initiative to go and find the shoes I wanted at a store in Florida! Took my info, called me the next day to confirm that they were ordered. Tracy the manager took her time to talk to me two more times. The people there obviously care about your experience. This isn’t about price or some other stuff this is about a real brick and mortar store who took genuine concern in MY experience. I could find the shoes cheaper but I will be back here because of the employees!

People are nice and the selection of items are plenty but the products are over priced. The used clubs are almost as much as the new clubs.

I like the selection and some of the people were nice, but then some of the people werent very friendly and they stared at me like I was an intruder or something. I was looking for a pair of golf shoes since where I live has a limited selection and after running across 2 people neither one asked if I needed help, which I needed. They just stared like I didnt belong there or something.

Treasure this guy PGA Superstore, he is good, real good. Ive walked around different PGA Superstores a few times over the years. I dont remember ever buying anything but my wife says weve bought balls there before. I always found them to be a lot more expensive for items you can get almost anywhere else for less. It seems like theres hardly ever any other customers in the place but they have a ton of used car salesmen standing around chatting with each other while they all do the Johnny Carson fake golf swing.The other day I went in to the store on Bell to ask about the practice bays. They advertised $9.99 for 30 minutes which seemed reasonable. I wanted to know if that was for just practicing with my clubs or if they had demo clubs I could use. I walked around for a good 5 minutes trying to catch the eye of one of the used car salesmen, but they all seemed to be masters at knowing just how to avoid customer contact, (not to mention their prowess at the air club slo-mo golf swing).One pot-bellied used car salesmen finally realized I probably wasnt going to leave until I talked to someone, so he excused himself from the other used car salesmen he was (busy) with and walked over. I asked if they had demo clubs I could use. He said, What is it youre trying to do. I resisted the urge to say Im trying to see if I have what it takes to be a world class pianist and I thought trying out a few different golf clubs would be the logical first step. Instead I told him I wanted to see if I could get a few more yards by changing to a different driver.Armed with only that info he said, Heres what you need and walked me over to the used TaylorMade M4 drivers, (at $300 a whack). It was a little uncomfortable. Not to sound cheap, but I really didnt want to have to keep buying $300 drivers until I found one I liked. I was hoping i could demo some, and I was hoping I could do it in the practice bay for the $9.99 price.As soon as he realized I wasnt going to buy his $300 used driver or pay $99 for a club fitting, he pretty much lost interest with me. He set me up in a bay with a launch monitor and let me hit a few drives while he practiced his putting behind me with as much apathy and indifference as he could muster. I hit 8 or 9 balls and felt like an idiot so I said, Thanks, what do I owe you for your time? Nothing, its on me! he said, and went back to his putting practice. I left.Kind of a weird, uncomfortable experience all around.

Needed to get my 6 iron reshafted, new grip. Let me take a few practice shots in one of their monitor, big screen booths. All in air conditioned comfort. Friendly staff too.

Prices were actually comparable and for some things less expensive than other golf stores. Staff was extremely helpful.Very shopping experience.

If you get fitted and order clubs. Get them checked as soon as you get them. I was fitted for Ping irons at 1° upright and 1/2 inch long. After 5 months of playing them. I went back in just to get lies checked. Found out my irons were standard length and 2-3° flat. Huge difference! Called Ping with serial number. They said that they were ordered wrong. PGA store fixed them by bending them and adding the length with extensions. Will never buy fitted clubs from here again.

Great staff. Very helpful. Bought a personalized set of ping irons. Sales associate was very helpful, and let me swing as many different clubs and shaft combinations as I wanted.

Clean...nice displays...went back today to get some grips replaced..very happy with the service...while waiting I hit a few demo hybrids and with the help and advice of Larry bought a new to me club...the staff were great...went in to spend twenty bucks... came out spending over 2 hundred and very happy...kudos to management

From the manger to the employees, this store doesnt have any well verse associates that have any product knowledge.Was asking about a certain club in store and 2 associates never even heard of it. Asked the manager about another product and didnt even know if it was an iron or a wood.How can consumers trust a store that specializes in one sport and associates dont have any product knowledge?
