All employees are doing their best, BUT its wrong when you serve some customers that they dont wear a mask. If youre looking something and you cant find it, just ask them once and they will help you nicely. The lines can get thick around 1pm to 6pm because there are only 2 or 3 cashiers all the times mostly. I can tell that this is the one of the Smart & Final that is clean and organized. I come here since 2015

I love this Smart & Final the shopping carts are always were they supposed to be and the floor is always organized and customer service is always there to assist with any inconvenience Rosa the service manager was very helpful and professional.

Extremely rude cashier on express check out line. If you try to go through with eleven limes you will rudely be told no way because he doesnt understand the concept of one item, 11 units. You dont have to scan all eleven limes you just need to do it once. Complicated stuff. The other cashier didnt seem to struggle with this concept however. The real issue was how ridiculously rude this man was for no reason. Unprofessional in the extreme.

Helpfulness of the employees has always amazed me. Other stores will point you in the right direction to where youll find what youre looking for but Smart & Final employees will take you directly there.

The place is nice and clean with friendly staff

I used to go just before they closed but there are too few Smart and Final employees working the registrars and the lines can get thick. Go during 300pm-600pm. Max lanes are open, very little waiting.

Probably just short handed today....All the carts were out in the returns in the parking lot & none in front of the store. It was like that the whole hour I was shopping.

I absolutely love coming to his store. They have pretty much anything that you need from a grocery store. But in a little bit larger quantities. I really love how they have spices in big containers and the prices are fabulous. I have been very happy with the freshness of the milk and the cheese and the neat as always really good quality. The prices of everything are really not that that bad.

They are fully stocked, fresh produce and the shelves are not bare. Good prices on everything. Its almost like shopping at Costco or Sams club without the membership fees. And lastly its quick in and out shopping.

Smart and Final was excellent! They are well stocked, I found everything I wanted. The line was short and their prices are fair.

Plenty of parking spaces, shopping carts were being sanitized, shelves were well stocked, as I approached the checkout line it seemed long at first but thanks to the speedy checkers the wait was very short. Well done S&F

Such a disappointing experience. The manager is a rude and nasty ninni. Her staff are all ignorant of where items are. But most of all, theyre always understaffed.

NO BAG PEOPLE. You are expected to bag your own purchases. I am older, disabled leg, so this can be difficult for me.We pay a lot for our purchases & I feel this change is disrespectful to customers.

I dont understand why theres only 2 cashiers available in the store when there is a huge line on both lines. Why is this store so cheap when it comes to hiring employees but other smart and finals have 5-6 registers open? Just a recommendation. You are losing customers due to lines being long and no assistance in store.

I was at this place yesterday to buy the Manila mangoes that were 3 for 99 cents. I didn’t see any so I asked one employee that walked past by me if she knows where it is. She just dismissed me with her hand and so I went to the manager and told her about how rude that lady was and she tried to make an excuse and she said the lady actually called the one in charge of produce. I said well she could’ve at least informed me and not rudely waive her hand and do to continue walking not saying anything. Today I called to ask whether the mangoes were already available and they made me wait for a total of 25 mins before they told me it’s not available. I had to call back three times coz they just left me on hold for a loooong time when all they had to do was look where the mangoes are which is near the cashier. The person who answered kept on giving me information about another type of mango which was not on sale when I clearly stated it’s the one on sale for 3/99cents. Sick and tired of the rudeness and inefficiency of the people working in this place. They have to be taught to be courteous to customers and know what they’re selling. Sigh...

The biggest deterrent at this store are the lines. PEOPLE - YOU NEED MORE CASHIER CHECKERS. I have only ever seen TWO cashiers going ever. I’ve been on busy Sundays, weekdays, etc. Never seen more than two. This company is so cheap they won’t even get ONE more person on the friggin cashier lane. Insanity.

They have cokes, sprites on sale most of the time. Also, I just got a big roasted chicken for lunch. Much cheaper than burger meals.

The manager was INCREDIBLY RUDE to a lady that clearly didnt understand english that well. Her eggs were broken and he took them from her lane as she was in checkout, didnt tell her why he was taking them and proceeded to yell at her from three checkout lanes away that he couldnt sell them to her. She kept saying she needed eggs and he got fruatrated and made her wait while he took a LONG time to get her the eggs. He also ignored the obviously new cashier that was helping me when she was trying to perform a refund. He was SO RUDE I can only assume it was because both the cashier and the customer were W.O.C. and he was a white man. Super disappointed in the management of this store.

A convenient place to shop based on its location, however checking out here is the most frustrating thing. There are typically only two registers open, meaning the lines get backed up quickly.

More selections than typical smart and finals, this one is a bit cluttered with restocks blocking aisles at times.

The manager at the Glendale store needs to order items on the weekly add and not hide in the back. Went there twice this week, to find the shelve for two items empty. Yet no rain checks. Need to open another register with the long lines. The Burbank store seems to always have sale items.
