Some food are expired mostly the Milk and some stuff have the same price like medium and big coke its the same price

Today I bought about 5-6 pieces of meat and veggies and he charged me $90 and asked if I wanted to see the receipt knowing the receipt only had the final cost and not the item prices. He over charged me, scam alert! If I had got these items at ralphs it would cost $40 max.
