Not crowded, shelves were stocked fully.No complaints on selection of items. Everyone that I saw wore masks. The bag person (male) was extremely polite, patient and friendly.My only concern was our cashier, who would rather talk to her friend, than move the conveyor belt. When my husband asked her to please push the button to start the belt she snapped back at him stating, I need to see your ID card. Hum, we thought to ourselves, well why didnt you state that at the beginning instead of continuing to talk to your friend? Ive never had such a rude snappy answer from a cashier there until yesterday, Tuesday, Oct 26 at 3:28 and 15 seconds.Now the male cashier next to us had no customers and he saw me looking at something and was very friendly and explained about the commissary card.

ONE cashier. 40 minute wait. No handicap line. Six electric carts none functioning. Empty shelves. Meat still excellant only reason for two stars

Since Covid-19 the shelve stocking is very low. There are whole shelves that are empty. 18 to 22% where very low, or totally empty. They have also stopped carring many brands. They have substituted a yellow type brand of items. They did STOP the Tuesday and Thursday Active military only from 9 to 11am. Masks are required. HAND Sanitatizer are available at the door.

I will be shopping here from now on.. great fresh produce! The prices are wonderful and super friendly staff!!

Not the largest commissary in the US but it does offer a competitive inventory in comparison to what you would find in a civilian grocery store.One more star once the transition to the new cash register system is completed, because right now (August of 21) there are real problems.

Theres not much to say. Though my favorite part about it is that they offer a number of international items so if youre like me and come from another country or continent, they actually have some food from there that can help cure your homesickness. The staff are nice, the place is clean, and the bathrooms always seem to be closed for cleaning. Honestly whats not to love.

Monday is a great day to shop the commissary. They were out of many items but I found all I was looking for. Nice young lady bagger so that completed a good day at the commissary.

Store wasnt as clean as it usually is. The produce department desperately needs help or who ever orders to get better quality produce. We didnt buy any produce because honestly it looked old, some items had mold and the guy seemed annoyed when we gave him the items that were moldy.Baggers fall all over themselves and push each other out of the way if they know you tip well and its sad to see this and it has never changed.They also need to bring back their Swiss Lorraine Cheese at the deli counter.

We come here about once per month. It takes us an hour to get here, which is why we come this infrequently. The commissary carries everything under the sun. We get all of our favorites here. We dont have to visit multiple stores to accommodate each family members desired food and drink items. The prices are about the same as the big box stores.If you are a military member who is eligible to shop here, you already know this is an awesome benefit to us. If you are a future member this is one of the perks to be grateful for, and thank you for your future service.

Love this base, all around. Commissary has amazing prices & variety. Our favorite is the bulk 15# meat box- usually 3 different beef cuts, center cut pork loin, & boneless chicken breast- for about $2 a lb., & its high quality meat! Great customer service 👍🇺🇸

Very clean well organized and great customer service. Also no sales tax. The commissary has a great selection of products and I find the prices to be reasonable. Im most impressed by how fresh their produce and fruits are. The staff works very hard to keep the place running well.

Loved the variety & freshness of the produce section. It is great to find items not available at the local markets and at great prices. It was great to shop there again, havent been there in over a year.

HUGE RAT, yes RAT….. Spotted it running from the dog food isle to a cereal display. Not Good especially w COVID-19 on the side. It was almost as big as my chihuahua Gordo.

The commissary used to be great.but since the pandemic it is not stocked too well.but it is always clean.the prices are ok.but I only get certain things there and shop other stores for sales .they never have enough cashier s anymore and even less baggers.

Things have changed. I noticed today, after an 8 month absence, that many if not most of the prices displayed in front of grocery items were in no way connected to the item they purport to identify...not the price, not the right item. Beware when looking at shelf prices because chances are they are incorrect. Question would be, why has that been allowed to happen to a store which never, to my knowledge, had this problem before, and Ive been shopping there on and off since 1988.

I really enjoy going to the commissary. The shopping is chill and I can usually find whatever I need there. HOWEVER I need to say I wish yall would get the Jolly Time Buttery Seasoning back on the shelf the Kernel Seasons stuff is no bueno.

My husbands retired Army and weve only been married 4 yrs, and finally got me to go shop there after three years of marriage. Hed been declared dead to DEERS somehow, but we seem to have gotten that resolved, so weve been going often lately and I first noticed the wonderfully fresh,& high quality produce Loved all the sales & reduced price bakery & commodities were all together, which made shopping so much easier. Frozen foods at great prices that even rival Walmarts, and where it doesnt, the quality is superior. Base Excavate is like shopping at Macys as far as quality. My husband says Navy rivals quality even if that found through AAFES. Im glad to see this benefit for those who served and any efforts to messed with it should be closely guarded. That goes for medical, dental,, optical benefits as well.

Gray selection and good prices. The only downside is that it seems they have issues with their baggers. Since I have shopped there over the past month I have had to bag my own groceries twice. Dont get me wrong, I am a generous tipper so its their loss.

Safe atmosphere for shopping Produce selection, quality and price is not up to par with other local grocery stores.Ive noticed a trend lately of poorly stocked shelves; frequently unable to find products as a result. It seems to go beyond understandable shortages associated with the pandemic that one would expect like toilet paper and hand sanitizer.Also about a year ago they did something with their music selection that they broadcast in the store. Used to be a time when they played a local pop station on the radio. Now theyve found a service worse than Muzak. I didnt think that was possible. Its like theyve found no name artists or the b-side releases of popular artists that no one likes. It makes me want to stab myself in the ear with a pencil.This used to be my default choice for grocery shopping. Now I only stop by if Im already on the base for some other reason.

Nearly every single bag of meat Ive gotten since the start of the pandemic has had torn backs. I inspected before I cart it, I think the baggers are just being careless. This has cost me hundreds of dollars by now.

Went to the Commissary to pick up groceries with my dad, which we usually do every few weeks. This time the person in the front checking ID’s said you needed a military ID to get in which I have but my dad does not. Usually if you’re with someone with a military ID you can go in but this guy made up some new rule and was very rude about it. He did not explain why and made it seem like it was an annoyance to him when we asked him why. We literally went to the exchange next door and it was no issue getting in. If he had explained and was nice about it I would of been fine but bc of his actions it really made me mad.

Its great having the commissary nearby. The only issue Ive ever had is with the self checkout lanes. I think the tech needs an upgrade. The staff is always very helpful.

Great place for grocery shopping! Store is always clean, food is some of the freshest youll find anywhere, friendly/helpful staff, and of course, reasonable (low) prices. For active duty, guard/reserve and veterans this is one of our best benefits.
