Good produce and meats, plenty of sales, store layout makes sense. Staff has always been helpful and nice, sometimes the lines back up a little but good people like Emily are always working through as quickly as possible. Frankies the star for me, seems like hes always working, always on top of everything, wants the store to be in tip-top shape 100% of the time, and I dig it.

It should be a Managers Goal to help customers. I came all the way to this store for Shrimp and no one (even the manager) could tell me why the Seafood Department was closed early. There’s signs displayed saying they close at 8. The worker in charge was still at the store, so I’m not sure why I was unable to be served 1 lb of shrimp. I had to drive all the way to another location (who was still open until 8pm)Very disappointed In the customer service, definitely need managers with more experience.

Nice little Ralph’s with a fake New Orleans theme to it. The produce guy was super helpful. The staff here takes pride in keeping things neat and organized. They’re owed by Kroger (I call it “Kralphs”) so I can get the same good products I grew up with back east. The self checkouts actually work so it’s not too bad to grab what I need and get out. Bonus because I can walk here to shop.

Sooooo disappointedI ordered cup cakes for my son bday 2 weeks in advanced & when i went to pick up them at the event day, they said sorry our baker thought its next week. i was so shocked & mad. Will never trust them anymore . They are very unresponsible & trustwortless.

Theyre open during the virus, so thats awesome. Theyre taking all the right precautions wiping down the carts after each customer, and they have masks you can buy when you walk in. Its important to be safe. The butcher was changing his gloves after each customer.

Free pick up service is absolutely amazing

The prices were down better than other stores. Its new renovations make the store more comfortable and organized for shoppers. The deli is amazing a lot better than before, the food is so fresh and delicious. There is a Starbucks located in the front of the store and they move really fast getting your order. The produce department is my favorite, everything looks and smells so good and fresh. The prices here are very competitive and fair. There were plenty of cashiers even though it was the Thanksgiving holiday. This made checking out fast and easy. The store was very clean even the bathroom which by the way is at the rear of the store. This store has a large variety of different products for different cultures. The staff was and is always helpful asking if I found everything I needed. Overall shopping at this Ralphs is a very positive and pleasant experience.

Supermarket is a supermarket. Youve seen one and youve seen them all. BUT, let me tell you. When it is right down the street from your house. In the middle of residential homes. 5 minute walking distance so you dont have to drive there.NOW this is why I love this Ralphs. Not because they have anything unique. No. Same old stuff.But it is a small store. Smaller than the normal Supermarkets. And it is so close to many homes and apartments. People can just walk here and avoid driving to town. Just love walking here at nights and picking up a few goodies. Not because I need anything. But because its close by and fun

This review is for Nina D in the bakery. I have never had a more kind and helpful Ralphs employee to date. She greeted me quickly and is so good that when I saw my lemon cookies were gone, she actually asked me what else I liked and I ended up buying something I liked even more! She never rushed me, but instead took time to show me around the department. Nina really knows her stuff. Shes very kind, happy, and very knowledgeable. Her helpful and excellent service, added to another good experience at Ralphs. I love your bakery and most of all I loved Nina Ds taking her time to know me and my husband too.. She even recognized us from the last time we were in the store. Nina D. made my day! I just thought youd like to know. Thanks

I have to say this is the best ralphs there is! I drive all the way from Burbank to come to this specific location! Everything is always nicely organized and customer service is amazing!

Fresh, clean, organize, and perfectly stocked. This Ralphs location may be one of its smaller stores but, its a top notch store. The staff and the shoppers here are friendly and courteous. Its now one of my favorite Ralphs. While its not my neighbor store, I prefer to shop here when Im in the area.

It is medium sized Ralphs. There are days when theres not enough parking. I usually stop here for a soft drink, coffee, or a fruit juice with either chips or something savory. Its a good market to have in the midst of a residential area.

Tiny store so not the most extensive selection of items, but some of the nicest people working there youll ever meet. The managers, especially Tim, are very friendly and helpful and make you feel like a valued customer and I think that attitude trickles down to everyone else. Theres good energy in that store.

I love this Ralphs. Everyone always greets you with a smile. In fact, I have purposely walked by employees and tried to have them not notice me, but they always seem to catch me with a good morning! or hello or welcome. Anytime I need help out or help looking for something, they are always willing to help with a smile.

I love this Ralphs, even though its a small place I feel like they have everything. Every item Ive purchased is fresh, not expired (like Jons). When Ive asked for assistance in finding an item, the staff is very helpful. The only thing I wish they would restock, is their Vitality Trail Mix but other than that this is one of my local favorite Ralphs.

Its a grocery store. Not much to say about it. It is very organized though (download the app and it will tell you which aisle the items you are searching for are are). Also has a goo bakery, good selection of organic options, and a Starbucks. Also open late!

Very busy at times and parking lot is small. Lottery machine is out of service frequently. They do have a Starbucks, Bakery, butcher and Deli. Floor employees are very helpful and nice.

I was very impressed. Very clean and well stocked with fresh produce (not always guaranteed at other Ralphs). I prefer this one to the one on Wilson and Glendale Ave.

Easy parking. Nice vintage feel to the building with a modem interior offering lots of choices. Large bakery department. Meat counter is small but offers quality, standard cuts of meats and some seafood. Checkers, staff, and managers have always been friendly even when understaffed.

Seafood is contaminated with cleaning solution. Horrible. Total disregard for human life.

My wife and I have been shopping at this branch in North Central Ave. over 5 years.We are very satisfied and very happy shopping here. The employees are so nice, polite and helpful. Well stocked and very clean. There is a cute sitting area right outside the entrance, if hanging out at Ralphs is your thing :) The employees were very nice especially considering that I was there very close to their 1 am closing time.

Ralphs on Stocker and Central recently remodeled including an extra isle. You cant move in there. Even the employees have complained to me about the same problem. Worse the selections are less than there was to begin with. If I had a choice I would go somewhere else. Good people though..

I visit this place very often, several times in a week. They basically have everything for your freezer. Food is always fresh. This location is not too big, but I like this place :)

Ive been a regular customer at the bakery department for the past year and a half and both Dina and Maricio have been very kind and helpful every time I ordercupcakes for my special childrens parties. Their cupcakes(with whip cream) are delicious and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended:)

Needs better deli, fresher turnover, more light, more aisle space. Bakery is a maze. Produce areas aisles are too narrow. Wine selection is microscopic.

The best Ralphs location in Glendale. There aisles are always full with items so you wont have to ask anyone to get you the items that you need from the stock. The parking lot is big and enough for all the customers that come to this location.

Fruits and vegetables were not as good as my normal location. I was surprised because it is bbn in an upscale area. Everything else is the same.

I live1block away and walk over frequently. The staff are great: friendly and helpful. The managers listen to suggestions and seem to really care about supplying what a customer needs. Over the last few years theyve really worked on building up their selection of organic and natural foods . Its gotten so good I dont have to only choose amongst Whole Foods and Trader Joes ( though i am a frequent customer of both) just happy to know i can go just a block away or walk and find great food at a decent price.

This store used to actually be really good. Recently they have made what appears to be a change in policy, and as a result the place is no longer my place to go shopping. I only go if I have an emeritus to pick up. The staff looks like they have come to a funeral no smiles no respect for customers not of them are talking to each other about tings they did or are going to do over the last or the next few days. I went a few days ago around b 10 am and there was about 25 customers waiting to check out and no regular register was open. If you wanted to buy something you had to check yourself out. I have a huge problem with this (even though I know how to use the registers I actually used to work for Ralph’s many years ago) the prices Ralph’s is charging for groceries, not only we should get full customer service, they should deliver the product home and cook it for us. Anyway the manager is never available, every time I have based for the manager the answer is “he is in an important meeting and can’t be disturbed for two hours”

Being celiac, Id like to see more gluten-free options. That being said, the staff is very helpful and they have a great variety when it comes to some of the more ethnic, middle eastern dairy products. Their prices are also significantly better than the local Vons - which makes it worth navigating the awkward parking lot!

Price are a touch overpriced though a decent deli and pre made meals. Parking can be tough at certain times...

Best store in Glendale for me for 39 years Managment need to put 2 cashier at all time. Thats the only issue I have faces since this year they put 2 station for self check out but older people dont use it and 1 cahier will not do .

Similar to other Ralphs, this store is not as large, so you find yourself queuing to get down an aisle. They also do not provide bags without a surcharge, so bring your own. Good produce selection.

I have just left this place 20 mins ago after ordering chicken from the prepared meat department and it was the oldest, dryest, nastiest chicken tenders I have ever eaten. I will never again eat from the deli area of prepared foods if this Ralphs marketplace; it is sub-par. I am embarrassed for the whole Ralphs brand on behalf of this poor excuse of a marketplace Yuck¡!

One of the smallest Ralphs Ive ever been to, but kind of nicely arranged and decorated as with the bigger fancier Ralphs in the more exclusive communities.

In live very close to this store so from time to time, forgetting, I end up stopping here for some item I need on short notice. I always regret it. They arent filthy, but they fall short of well kept in some subtle sense, and there is always something missing, our wrong, or spoiled. Im not a huge fan of the big supermarkets to begin with, but for a non-ghetto market, this one reeks.

Its a little on the small size, so the aisles are uncomfortably narrow and theres not as much stuff to buy. The bakery is top notch, though -- a cut above other locations.

I’m a bit upset that the manager Richard has accused my older mom of stealing a sandwhich!!! After she is outside sitting at their tables, half way done with the sandwhich he comes outside to ask her if she paid for it?!? She then goes back inside to go to the cashier to prove that she paid for it and the cashier said yes! I’m Very disappointed that Richard didn’t even offer my mother an apology after his mistake!! I mean who steals a sandwhich and then proceeds to sit at the scene of the crime to eat it!!! She doesn’t want to shop at this location anymore. I get everyone has a job to do but when u make a mistake like that you needs to own up to it or say sorry!!!
