Absolutely love Ace Hardware. Great selection and they nearly always have staff that listens, knows what you need and where it is.You might pay a bit more, especially as the big box stores no longer staff with many knowledgeable people.

Nice local store. You can find things here you cant find at the bigger stores and the employees are really nice and super helpful. There is always someone available to help. Its a great store!

ALL THE EMPLOYEES I HAD THE PLEASURE OF BEING ASSISTED BY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THEIR INVENTORY, KNEW WHERE THE MERCHANDICED ITEMS I LOOKED FOR WERE OR TELL ME WHO WOULD, AND WERE ABLE TO SHARE HONEST OPINIONS ABOUT ANY EXPERIENCES THEY HAD WITH SUCH ITEMS . ALL THE EMPLOYEES SMILED AND THEIR MANNER OF GREETING MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE AND THEY DEVOTED ALL THE NEEDED TIME . Bought two grade 8 bolts and did not grab the receipt from the cashier. Went back to exchange for the correct length and thread pitch which they did not have the correct length and thread pitch. Asked for a store credit since I shop here frequently. They said no we wouldn’t do a store credit. $10 in bolts just cost them a life long customer. Will be shopping elsewhere for my nuts and bolts.

Its getting a bit tougher to find experts in the departments of Lowes and Home Depot that know anything. I tend to forget about Ace Hardware due to the size and variety of parts but they still know what they are talking about. Had a plumbing issue and the solution Ace offered cost me about half plus half the amount of work needed to do as well!

A great place but the last time I was in the older female check out person with shoulder length bobbed brown hair was very rude and unhelpful to me apon me entering the front doors

My truck broke down in front of Ace Hardware today. They came out to help me move the truck out of the way. The ball joint of the front drivers side broke making it impossible for me to drive it. They were so helpful and kind. Been in this store before and they have always been very helpful.

Always eager to help, as soon as you walk in. Was at Home Depot and waited 20 minutes for an electrical department employee who never showed. Drove to Ace in 5 minutes and problem solved instantly. Ultra friendly home town staff and helped me find the electrical items I needed. If theres an Ace Hardware near you, advise you go there first for much much much faster service.

I needed a ignition key made for my sons Nissan and Ace is the only place that still hand cuts keys for older vehicles. What a life saver!

Everybody here really knows what is going on and can direct you to anything in the store. If they dont have it, they know who does!

Customer service is always been good at Ace hardware and plus when I need to buy Benjamin Moore paint I always feel comfortable going there.

Staff is always helpful especially in the glass cutting department.

WOW!!!!!! What a remarkable place. Not only were the staff extremely helpful and nice the selection was nothing I have ever seen in Goodyear! So much selection for everyone!

Most of their Christmas stuff was 70 percent off and the 2 girls at the registers were super helpful. They still had some good stuff and we stocked up!We were there for a while as my wife looked at stuff and I wandered around. Manager asked me twice if I had any questions. I found out they carry drive belts for lawn mowers, so Ill be back once I find out what size I need.

Store is clean and tidy but still a hardware store. :) The employees are helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Since your employees cant answer a simple question on the phone without being condescending Ill drive the 2 miles extra to goto true value. All hardware store have pretty much the same products, comes down to attitude and customer service. Maybe have an employee meeting on that.

Friendly and attentive, and most importantly, knowledgeable. If you have questions about what to buy this is the place. Youll get relevant knowledgeable advice quickly. Compare to big box stores where the staff probably knows less than you, have to be hunted down, and will probably give you a bunch of attitude. I will always go to Ace over big box if possible.

This Ace location is great! The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been shopping here since they opened and they are very helpful in finding solutions for my many questions.

Served almost immediately by a friendly associate and my request was handled efficiently and was cheaper than what I expected to pay. I was checked out quickly by a friendly cashier and wished well on my way.Im coming here from now on! No other place I have been even comes close to the level of friendly service I received at this location.You guys are doing a fantastic job!

Small store with a surprising amount of stock. I often find hard-to-find items at this store when I cant find them at the larger hardware stores or even online. I go here for specialty items mostly. I find the prices a little higher than other hardware stores, but its worth it when youre finding exactly what you need.

Wow, service is on point. Stopped by while running errands so this isn’t my local store. Greeted at the door and answered her question about what I was looking for. Overheard her relay a message on her radio to employee on the floor that I was coming up the main aisle and what I was looking for. Greeted me again and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Owners are wonderful people. If he doesnt have it (unlikely), hell order it for you. He also orders several more so hell have it in stock for the next customer. The store is clean, well lighted and organized well. The employees are very friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about their products.

Visited this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff.They did a great job of greeting me and directing me to the area I needed to visit. I was getting a key copied, so the gentleman that first greeted me alerted the department of my arrival.The young gentlemen helping me with my key order did a great job. One of the two was training the other on how to complete my order.

Saturday Sep 29 at 5:45 pm, I came looking for a screw. When I walked in, I addressed the employees that were chatting by the hall. Brian looked at me and said “don’t interrupt me”, to which I answered “I am a paying customer. I am not interrupting you. I need help finding a product”. He said again that I should not be interrupting his conversation to which I replied that he needed more customer service skills. He was rude and got angry with my question instead of being professional.Manager of Arrowhead ACE store: what kind of training are you providing to Brian? It seems he needs to be written up and trained in customer service and leadership.I am very disappointed with this blue collar employee that being over 60 years of age would not find a job in the market. He should be more appreciative of having a job at his age and show more respect to the clients that keep ACE hardware in business.I am still expecting a managerial response to this incident. Otherwise, it will validate why ACE is slowly and silently going out if business.

The details of the store showed they opened at 9 on a Sunday and I showed up at 9:15, but they were closed. And there were no store hours on the front doors to verify their hours so I could just come back later when they did open. If the store hour details have changed, please update your info, nothing is more frustrating than leaving your home to make a special trip to a store and its not open.

I need a plenum Bolt for my car and was able to find one that works perfectly. The associate showed up once I found it and he agreed that it should work. When I asked what I need to do to tell the cashier the price he gave me a plastic bag and said write the amount and how many on the bag. He said some people just stick them in their pocket and I said no way I can do that Jesus is watching. He was very happy to hear that and I was very happy to chat with him for a moment and I felt like I found a brother in Christ.

Helpful, they make window screens here. Takes the hassle out of me having to do it.

The guys in there and the ladies work very hard to be very pleasant theyve helped me out many times once they actually custom fit and cut a piece of glass for a broken window without any crying or fussing they were very pleasant so I always make the trip there

They need to work on their customer relations a little, but all in all they are a convenient store for the quick job and great for hardware such as nuts and bolt.

I went into Ace today to have a copy of my key made. At first, nobody was available to help, but its because they were laser-focused on the people they were helping. Slightly inconvenient for me, but definitely valuable for the other customer, and it made me look forward to when it was my turn. The first available person (named Matt) came over right away and made the key with no complications, didnt try to upsell me a bedazzled or painted key, no questions, just got it done. Excellent service. Fast.

Came to this location for a few small electronic pieces that I wasnt to sure about. Explained the DIY project I was doing to JR. He was more than helpful today. Helped me find exactly what I needed. This goes for everytime I come to any ACE hardware. Very helpful and usually has the items you need.

I have gone to this store for several out of the ordinary projects as well as common ones and they have always had the answers. Good group of people with lots of real world experience. A little more than the big box stores but the service more than makes up for it.

Pretty good store I went in yesterday to find a specific kind of Bolt unfortunately with help from the staff I was unable to find what I needed but they are very helpful and helping me trying to find something that would work unfortunately what I got did not work for the for the job that I had so I went to go return the bolts Tina was on the cash register she must have been having a bad day or something she didnt really have the customer service personality she had me move to the back of the line to help somebody else before helping me to return the bolts that I had for the other customer and she was having difficulties with the computer system on the cash register and we throw her arms up in the air and bang on the keyboard tossing papers around finally I was up to do my return on the bolts I got after counting all the bolts and washers she made a remark to me that I should have came later to do a return because in the morning they only have $100 in the cash register every morning and my return was taking $50 out of it every time she had an issue she called the manager over and the manager was very nice and polite and help tried to calm the situation down and help try to calm her down because she was complaining to manager that she had to take all them basically almost all the money out and then theres said thats alright it is what it is the customer needs The Return doneTina blamed me for coming in and doing the return its not my fault that the company decided to only have $100 in the cash register in the morning she cant control when people come in to the store or money flow or anything like that if $100 is not enough in the morning then the company should change the policy to suit their needsOther than the experience I had with Tina the store is great and managers grey and customer service from the other employees is also great

I have used this location for the past 15 years and have always found them very helpful and have stock on most of my needs. I visited them a couple months ago and found a 180 from what I was use to. I went in to buy 4 ordinary household item......3 were out of stock and the other the clerk couldnt even find the isle it was located in. They carry ONLY Ace products.....no GE or other brands. Employees were also rude as they thought I didnt know what I was looking for. I know the owner, Paul, so I asked for him. He wasnt there I was told. No wonder its going down hill. I now go to the True Value Hardware on the corner of 43rd ave and Bell Rd. just down from the Hobby store.

Employee walked away while asking a question and no longer wanted to assist me.

Customer service is what this store is all about! That’s almost non existent in other establishments. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great selection of products. I have stores closer to where I live but I’ll go to this one just because of the service.
