This is a locally owned small business.. The friendly proprietors have an extensive knowledge of teas and one of the most wide ranges of teas in the Valley.The interior is nicely furnished. There are games, a book exchange and a small selection of handmade products for sale by local artisans.They also have a water refill station that is kept sparkling clean.One of the nicest small businesses in the neighborhood!

I was looking for assistance with finding a tea that might help with some health issues and they were open in sharing their own circumstances that was enlightening for me. I would recommend stopping by if you have areas with your health that you want to manage more from a natural treatment plan or you just want some really good loose leaf teas.

Bought a lot of tea, sat down at the open tables inside to drink a tea I ordered. Was told to put my mask back on and obviously I cant drink tea with a mask on. She didnt tell me I couldnt sit down to drink and there are open tables. Needless to say I wont be back there again. Not friendly people

I have been lost at sea buying Teavana, Starbucks, and store products. The prices at Puratea are very fair and competitive while the quality is far superior to any other place Ive ever been to. The wide selection of teas is incredibly impressive and the customer service is outstanding. They have a nice sitting environment for playing chess or setting up puzzles. This tea shop is my home away from home. Ive spent countless hours here studying, learning about tea, and meeting up with friends. The owners are exceptionally knowledgeable about their products and very friendly. I highly recommend the mocha nut mate with chicory root if you need some caffeine. If youre going decaf try the apricot cinnamon!

It is incredibly difficult to find a legitimate tea shop that not only serves and sells delicious and diverse tea but also knows the mechanics behind brewing temperature, time, and quantity. I was overjoyed to find such a shop so near to where I live. Top that off with the fact that the staff is beyond friendly and knowledge and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, I look forward to many more hours spent studying and catching up with friends in this shop.

They are super super nice people and they also sell local honey which is so good! The white strawberry tea they make is my absolute favorite. I highly reccomend this shop. My boyfriend who doesnt really like tea will even drink tea from here, will always reccomend them.

Rachel and Darrell are very funny, always will have a good recommendation if you ask, and are very helpful in explaining the many differences and flavors of the many teas that they carry. Also try the teasers. I love the the Tripple C (chocolate, cherry, chai) and if I need a boost the C4 (same as triple C but with more caffeine). The Mellow Magic and Freezer Teaser are really good too.

We were looking for loose leaf tea for my boyfriends uncle for christmas and he rememered there was a place right by our house so he went to check it out. They are very friendly and knowledgeable of their product and he got just what he was looking for. I dont like tea all that much but I like this tea alot. we have been back several times and they even remembered his name when we walked in. To me thats great customer service and makes you want to go back. We will be back to try different flavors but our favorite so far is the pecan turtle. If you like tea or are on the fence about tea you should really try this place they have a wide assortment of flavors to try and you can do iced or hot. A Big thumbs up!!!

I had purchased a significant amount of tea (and herbal blends) which, for the most part, were rather insipid (lacking flavor, lacking vigor). Its almost as if the products I purchased were left to dry out. The disadvantage of this particular store is that it just may not have the quality assurance of a company- wide entity such as Teavana.

PuraTea is like your home. Not a home away from home, but home. With friendly and amazing staff (the owners and sometimes an employee), tea is just an amazing bonus youll be addicted too. With around 100 different choices (not including up pairing up two flavors to make one), there is something for everyone. If you dont like tea, there are still teasers (tea smoothies), water stations for jugs, small baked goods, local honey, locally made wood crafts, ect.Other than the staff, the place is sweet too. With a trading library (pick one, leave one), games, and puzzles, youll be entertained without using their free Wi-Fi. (Also, decorations are awesome.) The place is typically quite making it a good place to study if needed. Also, did I say it feels like home, because, it feels like home.
