Leticia is very friendly, knowledgeable, and has good energy. I felt comfortable asking a lot of questions and she provided me with guidance and answered all questions I had. I left the store with products I feel will help me with my needs. The thought crossed my mind about attempting to speak Spanish before walking in but thankfully she spoke English. Drove 30 mins to this store after looking online at their hours making sure theyd be open.. 10:30-5 for Saturdays. Pull up at 2:30 and though the OPEN sign is blinking, the door is locked and there is a sign that says theyll be back in 15, which has been crossed out to keep you guessing. There was a phone number to call.. so Im assuming they do this often. How rude. Change your hours if needed, this is not professional. No Im not calling and waiting for you, I will take my money elsewhere.

Their oils are not that great, I was looking for Palo Santo oil and she tried to tell me that tea tree oil was the same!! 😮

I called and asked a simple question, the lady that answered the phone was so rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. If I could give it zero starts I definitely would, I’m never one to give any bad reviews but there’s a thing called “customer service” and she lacks it.

I spoke to ask the woman who attended me for some pills, she seemed very inaccessible, and I asked why it was an herb that he was recommending I asked him what it was and his answer seemed very disrespectful since he is there to attend and inform you, he answered me do the Homework go to gogle and there is the answer I kept thinking about those rude people and bad employees, businesses sometimes do not sell if he is the owner, who is rude and if she is an employee, they should fire her, she is not doing her job, they pay her for running to customers ✌️ 😚

You call to ask if they have something and very bloody says that you have to go ... to spend gasoline and time.Why cant they tell you on the phone

Very bad service, they do not tell you if they have any medication, which one needs, apart from the person who answered the phone is very low, they do not have customer SERVICE ethics.
