Bottom of the barrel service and mediocre ice cream for a premium price. Its at a convenient location, but if you care about experience beyond just having it within arms reach, go to any one of Glendales other ice cream places.

Delivery Driver: Came here for an easy order. Showed up at the empty counter, with two staff members in the back not really doing anything. Attempted to show them my phone for confirmation on the order. Instead, they just asked me if I was here for a mobile order w/o name. When they bring the order out, I tested them by stating who is this for. Neither one of them knew until they went into the back again. I wasnt surprised and gave an obvious sign of how no care. After I gave such rolled eye action and made an 180. They started to talk loudly behind my back, saying if I had a problem while not understanding why I made my reaction for the lack of making sure everything was good.

I recommend this ice cream place..

I asked for a chocolate shake and I Literally got more like all milk with a tiny scoop of chocolate too my shake. Its doesnt taste at all like a chocolate shake 😢😢

Ive tried many ice creams but perhaps this is the worst because of how sweet it is. After a few spoons I can mo longer attempt to eat it because it has so much sugar crammed into it. This is especially not worth its expensive price!

Its a very small and cute ice cream spot with very..instagrammable... dessert. The charcoal ice cream with crispy rice is very well made and not too strong of a flavor. Their charcoal waffle cone is probably one of the best ones I have eaten and would highly recommend it over a cup.

Delicious ice cream, mango sorbet is the best. Chocolate and vanila also very rich and creamy. van Very friendly staff, very quickly serve customers.
