If you want LED lighting and need knowledgeable sales people to talk to, this is the place. I normally buy LED replacement tubes for fluorescent fixtures from an electrical supply house near me. But they werent much help when I started talking to them about water resistant LED strips. So I called the manufacturer and they told me about Advance LED Supply. These guys were able to answer all my questions, gave me several alternatives, explained the differences and tradeoffs over the phone, told me what else I would need, and gave me accurate pricing. When I drove out to buy, they had everything in stock. This place is like a LED toy store for adult diy kids. Everything worked out great and Ill be back for future LED purchases

The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable and they answered every question that I had plus they demonstrated a few different Scenarios which worked just perfectly at my new patio. I bought 38 feet of led strips . When I installed them on my display case the light was a really cheap, Chinese quality tone or spectrum .It made the objects in the display case look cheap or gawdy. I was really disappointed . Of course they dont allow returns or exchanges . I lost several hundred dollars and the only think that makes me feel better is preventing someone from making the same mistake I did . Demand they let you exchange or return or walk away.

What business does that!), and genuinely helpful!The story: Brought in my flashing LED hat to be fixed which had a wire loose. I desperately needed it for a costume I wore the next day for a career-making Americas Got Talent audition.Raffi was a lifesaver! He figured out EXACTLY where the wire needed to be soldered to flash again.Bottom line: The flashing LED hat really made the costume, and I strongly believe it elevated my crucial AGT audition - including a lengthy on-camera interview I was chosen to give which may likely air on the AGT national promo on NBC!If it wasnt for these guys, my costume wouldnt have had the pizzaz without a flashing LED hat. Im immensely appreciative & grateful to Advance LED Supply!And cant wait to do business with them again!
