The staff is so friendly and helpful here. I love coming here when I need copies and other stuff.

I just went in here to send a piece of paper to an insurance company. The dark haired lady I got was so rude and unprofessional. She barely even looked at me, sounded like a robot, acted like I was bothering her for coming in and when I thought $10 was a little steep to send one piece of paper she rudely states “ I recommend going to the post office and using a stamp”. Really??? I wouldnt be sending it Fed Ex if I didnt have to. She needs an attitude adjustment fast. I’ll NEVER be back here again. UPS here I come.

I have always struggled to find good places to get quality prints made quickly and for not a lot of money. I come to this location specifically because I know they always have what I need and are able to print my projects very quickly! I use a lot of printed material in my work and the crew over at this location is fantastic

Fedex is a good company, but they really need to have a system set up where they save your information. I misplaced my receipt and they couldnt find any way to look it up. I spent hours back and forth through the fedex and customer service, and couldnt get nothing, but a big ol waste of time. Please create a functioning system fedex.

I came to this location twice today. The first time (late morning) I was ignored for 10+ minutes, but eventually got what I needed done. And over charged for the service I received. Went back for project #2 at night and received excellent customer service from Tim. He apologized for the way I was treated earlier, he actually asked questions so I got what i needed and showed me how to use a machine. He totally redeemed the morning people. Tim rocks!

There are many locations to choose from. I suggest you find one that doesnt employ lazy rude people.

Why does it take UPS three seconds to take a packaged already prepped but we have been waiting at FedEx twenty minutes - literally to hand them a package!?

I came in with just a few minutes until closing and the associate was still very helpful and got me in and out in just a matter of a few minutes all while having a great attitude. I would definitely recommend this location and will be returning again because of the great service I received!

Shipped all Xmas presents from this location...never made it. Tracker said it made it to warehouse and then nothing. This leaves it either lost at the warehouse or at this branch. How does a package run through a modern tracking system and not flag someone when a ship step is not reached? Instead after waiting we had to follow up and lets just say their inventory control still allows loss with managers standing by aloof. Will never....never...never ship Fed Ex again.

Today was my first time going to a FedEx store and my experience was amazing! The employees at this location are sooo friendly and helpful!! They are appreciated!!! Best customer service!Earlier that day I had went to a USPS for my first time as well and I had a horrible experience the employees were rude and unhelpful so I left and came here. So to be able to walk into FedEx and it being the complete opposite literally made my day! Thank you!

Super chill and quick. Both reps greeted me and assured Id be assisted when approaching the counter. The shipping cost was comparable to USPS, give or take a few dollars but more convenient if youre someone who works late.

Bad customer service. I was sending a package back exactly how it come and they were trying to charge me 3 dollars to fill the box in. I would be fine with paying 3 dollars if the package came with it and I didnt put it in but this was not the case. I sent it the exact it was shipped to me.

On 8/5/2015 I used this office to ship a package. The staff were uniformly courteous, greeted me with warm smiles and helped me complete the job faster than I would have done by myself. I would not hesitate to return or to send others here!

On a recent trip, I was contacted by my wife who needed her laptop charger for work, and I inadvertently had left with it. By the time she noiticed i was just outside of Peoria. After a panicked phone call, i did a quick search for a fedex and was led to this store.Ive never had such outstanding service from a fed ex. I know most people only review to complain, but this store did a stand up job of getting my wife her charger that I felt compelled to take a moment and thank the late shift at the store for not only letting me in just a few minutes before closing, they didnt complain or act put upon by my late arrival, they just handled my business and got my wife her charger a couple days later.Thank you so much Glendale team!

My son gets his assignment papers printed there and most of the time theyre last minute. We always encounter great service an awesome attitude of all employees and most important get what we need pretty fast.

Very slow...Trying to drop off a package that’s already paid for and no one can seem to step away from their print project and do the simple act of receiving and scanning in the package. Waited 10 mins

Awesome staff, great service. Worth the trip

Customer service was TERRIBLE. I waited at the machine for 20 minutes with no help even though both of the people who worked there knew I was having problems. I got to the store at about 8:30pm and did not leave until around 9:40pm. My problem was never even solved. If I could rate this a zero I would. I will never go back!!!
