I really like this store! I came today to get an over the door elfa shelf system. They didn’t have the right size pole, but Gabriel went in the back and found what I needed!Store is always clean, and well stocked. I always find help when I need it.

Great store with containers for just about anything. They also have some pretty neat closet & door storage options.

I love the container store but this locations staff is beyond inappropriate. I made the choice to go in without a mask after the mask mandate was lifted in Arizona they however still require them yes. They asked me if I had one or if they could give me one but I was polite and said no thank you and very specifically asked if they are going to ask me to leave if I do not wear one and she said NO! She made it very clear she was not able to ask me to leave so I proceed to continue my shopping. The store employee who greeted me and the manager thought that gave them the right and power to harass me and stalk me throughout the store. They absolutely did not keep a distance from me and asked me on repeat over and over and over what they could help me find so they could and I quote get me out of there. I had one of them on each side of me each aisle I went in. Regardless of anyones stances on masks that behavior is unacceptable. They purposely tried to make me as uncomfortable as possible to try and get me to leave. Not once did they ask me if there was a reason why I wasnt wearing one or if I had a medical condition because they are not allowed to do that either so they made the clear choice to harass me and bully me in front of everyone in the store. After other customers came up to them to ask for assistance and they had to leave my side they still wanted to keep track of where I was in the store and were shouting across the store which aisle I was in. I asked them multiple times to stop stalking me and leave me alone and they rolled their eyes at me made nasty comments and continued their badgering. Childish unprofessional behavior they should be ashamed. I really wonder if they would have harassed a large man that way I highly doubt two women would feel comfortable harassing someone larger than them. Unbelievable!

Ive left two messages and hone into store trying to make appt with a closet designer.. this is the 3rd attempt with no reply. I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism of that part of the store. The organizer has not enough organization to even return a call.

Awesome selection. You can find anything you need here. Ways and items to organize absolutely everything in your house for every room. A little pricey but good quality.

Remember how pizza hut had pizza hut express? The container store is if IKEA had the idea of making an IKEA express. So many containers for all areas of your house. Even for travel, which was the reason for my visit. This place is dope as heck and as soon as I get my life together and get my own place Im coming back. 👍✌️

This place is pretty dang neat. Lots and lots of house organizing containers plus a few other things associated to organizing your life. I went in for drop down shoe boxes. They were on sale plus I got an extra 15% off. Some prices a little high for me but mostly pretty reasonable. The customer service was very pleasant and helpful as well. Ill need a lot more of these shoe boxes and Ill definitely be purchasing them here.

The store is great! The employees... not so much. I live in N. Scottsdale and called as I was on my way to the Glendale store to ask if they could hold a few items ... I got a speech about how their inventory is live and they couldn’t hold anything ... I let Rebecca know the website showed the items in stock at their store, but they weren’t available to purchase online ... she agreed to hold the items, but she had an unwilling tone. When I got to the store, I saw the items on the register counter and told the front door greeter that I was there to pick up those items, but I wanted to look around a bit ... she told me those weren’t my items and that they were in fact a return ... I just said fine and that I was going to look around. Not 2 minutes later she tracked me down, said those were my items and again gave me the “our inventory is live” speech. There was no point in explaining yet again the items weren’t available for purchase online. I would have just ordered them instead of driving some 40 miles round trip. Their inventory is NOT live. The website showed no availability of the small Nordic charcoal basket when in fact they had like 10. I ended up purchasing 3. Either the “our inventory is live” speech is BS or Glendale needs to do inventory so it reflects correctly on the website.The Glendale store needs better customer service

Mask holes everywhere, scared of oxygen. If you value your freedom, your health, or common sense....stay far away from this place.

I just discover the store and I swear it has a storage organization option for anything and everything you could ever want or think of. from travel storage to get through TSA to office storage to those beautiful chests storage solution and they will even come to your house and help find storage solution for whatever space youre interested in redoing the staff is very helpful and we have a ton of little adorable novelty gifts as well

My husband and I were greatly helped to update our walk in closet more efficiently. Our designer took time with us and helped us come up with a budget friendly closet design that we are very happy with.

Great inventory. Horrible, inconsiderate, lazy floor staff. A female employee walked right past me mumbling something with a box in her hand. Didnt stop to help me although I was asking for help and waving. Super rude service. Check out employees were great. But why would someone come back if they cant get help on the sales floor.

Busy and grossly understaffed. My wife and I tried to spend money there but we couldnt get someone to help us and answer a couple of very simple questions we had. I asked a young gal 3 times for help and was told they were very busy, and that they were running out a lot of online orders which is the LAST thing you tell someone who drove there, GOT OUT OF THEIR CAR, came inside the store, & tried to spend money only to be told the person who is sitting in there CAR (with AC) WHO ISNT WILLING TO GET OUT OF THEIR CAR That They are more important....we walked out and spent over $500 at a competitor who welcomed us and helped us buy the storage options we needed to redo our entire kitchen. Dont go during peak times...thats all I can say for now. Store was laid out well and clean at least.

I have always loved shopping online at the container store. They really do have great items. Thankfully so does it’s competition. I went in this evening to purchase some items with my husband. Yes I did purchase several items but unfortunately my experience at the store was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in and started browsing one of the store employees started following me around. At first I thought nothing of it and felt like she was trying to help and as we walked around the store I realized she was following me around and attentively watching my every move. I visited the store right after work and was wearing scrubs, I guess that profiles a thief. I’m not sure what caused this reaction from her. Maybe the fact that a minority was shopping in a predominantly white neighborhood? Probably. Nevertheless she ruined my entire experience here and I will never be going back. The container store is expensive and does not have special items, you can buy their stuff anywhere. I really hope this individual isn’t making anyone else feel the way she made me feel. I will probably be returning all the item and hope this store ends up going out of business because of the way they let their employees treat people. 😔

This was our first visit to any Container Store. we were amazed at the square footage of the store and just how many kinds of storage / organization containers available. and all the containers are segregated by function. A very interesting store, even just to browse for future storage needs.

Ive loved Container Store for many years. Love the container stores when I lived in California, and so excited to see them popping up here in Arizona. Im a big organizing freak. Anyone who knows me can confirm that. The staff at this location are amazing. Always helpful but never too pushy. Im the type of shopper I like to browse, and let you know when I need something. Theyre very respectful to the way I shop. The other thing I was happy to hear about, is that its dog friendly! Please please please dont leave your dogs in the car when you dont have to! If theyre well behaved bring them in if not, leave them at home. Great store!

They carry plastic containers to store ANYTHING. Their assortment of containers from items for the kitchen to containers for the garage to the entire house. Specialty containers even to store your artificial Christmas tree until next season. Need to store seasonal clothing? Many sizes of containers to choose from. Be prepared to spend some time looking throughout the store. If you can think of what to store, they have the container to do it.

Super fun store for ideas

Loved all the different items for organizing. A variety of wrapping paper containers. The checkout was a bit difficult, both cashiers had their backs turned to us and didnt notice us until my husband said something to them.

They didnt have the specific item we were looking for but they sure have a fabulous selection

The absolute best for storage products! Incredible selection. I got some good ideas just browsing. Everything has a quality look and feel.The staff is very friendly and helpful. They answered any question I had and I would guess that the company has some kind of extensive training program for employees.Yes, it is a little pricey. This is not Target or Wal Mart. Go to the Container Store for a huge selection of well made, great looking storage solutions. Take a list and try to rein in your impulse buy instincts. I have poor impulse buy control but have always been very happy with my impulse buys from here.

First time visiting, prices arent too bad however I bought 4 drawers organizers and they were placed in the wrong area so I read the wrong price. They were actually more so after I read my receipt I went back in, it was too much hassle to get a refund/return. Super annoying. I would recommend making sure you read the tag before purchasing. I wont be coming back.

Always fun and you can (and will) always find something. Sign up for there perks as you get money back, 30% of coupons etc. And the staff is ALWAYS nice, hopefully that never changes (like it has at so many other places). On this last trip we got a simplehuman touch free hand pump and used our 30% coupon ;).

Nothing compares to the Container Store. I love this store so much. At first it seems like hangers, plastic boxes and closets?? On the surface it doesnt seem that special. You have to actually look at what they offer. I could go on for hours but to start look at their wrapping paper. It is the best stuff year round for every occasion. Then check out the food storage containers, the lunch boxes will have you packing healthy meals and saving $$$ like crazy. Also look at the labels while you will find many many things not made in China which I personally love.

Great store, went in for something and the knowledgeable staff showed me something that met my needs even better! I also left with a list of about a million other items that would improve my life. Will be going back to this location soon!

I like looking around the container store - lots of interesting things. I dont buy very much - I think I need less stuff, not more stuff to contain stuff.Shrug. The prices are a bit high, but the place is well organized and there is plenty of staff happy to help you. If the price of plastic goes up .... Not good for the container store.

Be careful. Especially if you love organization. Youll be in there all day. They have alot of great stuff for every area of the house and reasonable prices.

Make no mistake, this store offers a toxic work environment and lots of empty promises. Store management will tell you exactly what you want to hear during the interview process, only to break every good-faith agreement that was made upon hire.The Container Store at Arrowhead Towne Center simply does not care about their employees, only their bottom line.

An OCD persons dream store. The store is neatly organized and isles are uncluttered. They have unique item that you cant find on Amazon or anywhere else.

My wife noticed the store so we stopped to check it out. Lots of different storage solutions for every room in your home. The staff is very helpful to find a storage solutions that works for you.
